Navel Gems are Psychopaths

Well, except maybe for Steven since he's born half human and lived like a normal human being would.

I rewatched some clips to recall Ruby(Navy) and RoseQ/PinkD's lines.

Here are some of Navy Ruby's lines:

"What a lovely Planet!"

"What a lovely sounding Planet..."

"Oh please, Oh please don't make me go back to Homeworld, I just wan'na stay here with you!"

"I just wan'na be somewhere where I can be myself"

"That was fun!"

"I love it, it's so sunny"

"That's so beautiful!"

"Any corner would be lovely"

"I love plants! Oh..."

"I... love... PUMPKIN!"

"Oh, I do love the dirt! Oohohohh..."

"You guys are the best! Thank you thank you all for taking me in. Ohoh we're gon'na be the bestest friends!"

"The only thing wrong, is that you're still holding on!"

"I could have done that, but then I would never see the look on you face when you were tricked by your favorite ruby! Ohoohoo"

As for Rose Quartz, we know she had tons of good, inspiring lines that she used to inspire Pearl, Garnet, Amethyst, Bismuth, other crystal gems and possibly other humans like Greg. But in her personality as Pink Diamond, she was shown as cheerful and childish to Yellow Diamond, but when she didn't get what she want, she got really furious.

Both Rose Quartz and Navy Ruby would do "anything" to get what they want. They would even lie and pretend to be good to persuade others easily.

And in the end they would just leave those problems behind because they don't care about the people who love them and just leave them mad or crying in the end, like a psychopath would...

But that's just a theory based on what we currently know about the show! So please don't take this seriously and I hope you understand my point.

=Succulent Fairies=

From Left to Right:

*Leavie- based on Aloe Veras and semi-succulents.

*Veanie- based on “bean/oval-shaped” succulents like Graptopetalums and Sedums, but I also added some striped kalanchoes that acts like a necklace.

*Zarpie- based on Echeverias, but her two hair strands are based on taily sedums.

*Pabbie- based on Lithops

*Fricklie- based on Cacti

Some additional info about them:

Zarpie is the eldest, next is Veanie, Frickly, then Leavie, the youngest is Pabbie. They usually go on adventures together in the desert, except for Leavie. Leavie is usually left behind the oasis, the jungle, or some shady areas, since she’s a semi-succulent and can’t withstand extremely hot temperatures in the desert. Pabbie usually hides inside the bulb on Zarpie’s back when they venture and sleeps. Zarpie being the eldest, acts responsibly like a leader and a mother for her fellow sisters. Frickly is the most loving sister, but she can’t touch or even hug her other sisters except Pabbie(who is hard enough to take Frickly’s spiny body). Veanie is the most joyful sister. She makes sure that her family stays happy all the time. Leavie is the silent one since she isn’t used to talking and bonding with her other sisters all the time.

The current Gem alphabet as of the second part of this playthrough (for ease, I borrowed the rune chart from the Madoka Magica wiki).

To reiterate, Gems appear to use different characters for the lowercase and capitalized forms of the same letter, and so far only seem to use capital letters at the start of proper pronouns like “My” and names*. In this chart, lowercase letters are on the left, capitalized on the right.

*Edit: The game is inconsistent with whether it uses an apostrophe in a contraction or not (some instances have them, some don’t), and at least one sentence began with a capitalized letter despite the word not being a proper pronoun. I don’t believe this breaks my theory so much as it’s just an inconsistency/mistake by the game devs.

I will be updating this chart regularly.

UPDATE: This chart is now “finished”, as all instances of Gem dialogue have been translated. The unknown letters are:

Lowercase: Q, Z

Uppercase: B, E, F, L, N, P, Q, R, U, V, W, X, Z
