Break The Stigma

Okay, so I don't post to often myself, but I'm pissed and I need to get this off my chest, feel free to ignore it.

So today was Thanksgiving! Me and my grandmother spent the last week buying tons of groceries, despite our very limited budget, and cooking the entire Thanksgiving meal. The day was pretty great as most of our close family showed up, even my aunt who dosent actually come very often to these kind of things!

The thing is, after I cleaned up everything for my grandma while she napped, she found that several of her medications were taken, most of it wasn't too important, EXECPT for the pain meds for her chronic nerve pain! The entire bottle is gone! And even worse she can't even get it refilled for almost an entire month as it's too expensive without insurance.

Honestly I'm just So angry, I like to think the best of people, especially my family, and to think that one, or more, of them would betray our trust like this is just infuriating! And while we're pretty sure we KNOW who took it, we don't have any proof, and their the kind of person to turn it around and make it out like their the victim.

I just can't understand doing such a thing to your family, especially to someone as selfless and caring as my grandma.

TL;DR- family member stole my grandma's pain meds and I'm pissed about it.

I'm in actual tears, to think that people (cops) that your parents told you to trust if you were lost or something doing this? Those are ACTUAL Children! Not even teenagers! (not that that would make it okay!) And the adacity they had to tell them to 'calm down'? I'm completely horrified! Yes I know cops have been doing absolute bullshit like this a lot but I still feels my heart clench everytime.

This is so disgusting to watch. They are 12 year-old boys, who “matched the description” and had to experience this horror. A little boy crying scared to death and the other one telling him to stop , because he wants to stay alive is what makes me cry. Just try to understand this- they know the way cops treat black boys and trying to calm themselves down TO SURVIVE THIS. How horrifying is that?

Truuuu. But why isn't he slitherin other than him asking not to be?
