seventeen and nineteen
Jungkook stood in the dressing room of a very fancy clothing store in Seoul, trying out suits. Why you may ask?
“Is everything okay in there?” called a woman outside of the curtains. Jungkook scrunched up his brows at the familiar voice. Pulling the curtains back, both persons were surprised to see one another.
“Jungkook?”
“Yuri?”
She scoffs at the sight of him, “why do you look so surprised? Didn’t you know I work here?” Jungkook shakes his head no.
“I thought you work at like an office or something… not a clothing store..” Jungkook turns towards the mirror and back at Yuri.
“What do you think?” he asks, turning around, showcasing himself.
“You look great,” she says with a straight face. “I’m obligated to say that.” Jungkook sighs.
“You’re still mad?” he asks, putting his hands in his pocket. Yuri gives him a face.
“What do you think? Your friends embarrassed us–”
“You’re embarrassed because you felt guilty.”
“Y-yeah.. but,” she sighs. “I’m sorry..” She mumbles. Jungkook’s smiles, turning his ear and leaning in to her.
“What was that? I couldn’t hear you,” he jokes.
“I.. am sorry.. for everything,” she says, much louder and clearer.
“It’s okay.”
“I’m sure the boys would want to apologize too.. if you want, you can join us for dinner tonight. Literally just eating, no alcohol, no parties, no nothing..”
“No alcohol? That’s different,” Jungkook says, tilting his head at her.
“Well..”
“Yuri!” Someone calls, running to Yuri’s side. Guessing it’s her coworker, considering they’re wearing matching uniforms. “I just got back from my break,” the woman says. “I got what you asked for,” she says, handing her a box.
“O-oh, thanks,” she says, hurriedly hiding the box behind her back. The woman then turns to Jungkook and he shyly waves at her.
“Oh I didn’t know you were assisting a customer, I’m so sorry sir,” she bows. “Go and take the test, I’ll take care of him.” Yuri’s eyes widens and she quickly shakes her head no.
“Test?” Jungkook says, looking at the woman, then at Yuri. He walks over to Yuri and grabs the box she was hiding from behind her.
“A pregnancy test?” he asks, he looks up at her and smiles. “Congrats.”
Yuri frowns at him. “Shut up,” she says. “It’s not for sure yet.. I’m just taking it just in case.”
“No wonder you’re canceling the drinking tonight,” he laughs.
“I mean, you guys can drink, I–”
“It’s okay, I won’t be able to go anyways. I’m going to Busan to propose to Yn,” Jungkook says casually, hence the suit shopping.
“O-oh.. congratulations,” Yuri says. “I’m happy for you two– ah– three I mean.”
“You know, I can already tell that this baby is going to change you for the better.”
“I’m not pregnant!” Yuri yells, her coworker’s eyes widens at her sudden loudness. “Sorry.. I mean.. I don’t know yet, but I’m not sure I’m ready so let’s not hope too much.”
“Well if you are… then your life’s about to start. And it’ll be better than whatever it is now,” Jungkook turns to the other woman next to her. “Speaking from experience,” he explains. “But anyways…” he checks the watch on his wrist, “I really have to go.. I have a long drive ahead of me. I’ll take this,” Jungkook says, pointing to the suit he’s wearing. “I don’t think it matters what I’m wearing.. But knowing my mom, she’s going to take lots and lots of pictures.”
-
A few hours later, Jungkook, in his new suit, finally got to Busan. His heart was beating out of his chest. He didn’t tell anyone that he was going here. Not his hyungs, noonas, not his mom, his dad, not your parents, not Sian, not you… obviously. It’s supposed to be a surprise, so why would he tell anyone?
Parking in your parent’s driveway, Jungkook grabbed Sian’s bunny ,who sat in the passenger’s seat, and the small box that contained the ring he’s proposing with. He kept that one in the cup holder for safe keeping.
“Our life’s about to begin.. again,” Jungkook says to himself, holding the ring to his chest. “I got this.” With that he got out of the car, putting the ring box in his pocket. He hopes you’ll be happy to see him and that you’re not busy right now. The last thing he wants to do is bother you.
Standing at the front door, Jungkook takes a deep breath. With one press of the doorbell, he leaned in to listen for Sian’s excited footsteps. Sian told him one facetime call ago that he runs to the door every time it rings hoping daddy’s visiting.
But instead he heard nothing.
He rings the bell again and this time he hears something. Not Sian, and not you, but your mom yelling, “Coming!”
In a matter of a few seconds, the door opens. Right when your mom sees Jungkook’s face, her smile drops.
“Jungkookah… w-what are you doing here? Why aren’t you in Seoul?” She asks in panic. Jungkook’s still smiling at her, ignoring the worrying questions she’s asking.
“Where’s Sian and Yn?” He asks, looking over her head.
“Ah..” she laughs awkwardly, “come in, come in sweetheart, I need to tell you something.”
Jungkook walks into their house, taking his shoes off at the door.
“Is Yn busy?” he asks, looking around. Your mom sits on the couch, pulling Jungkook down with her.
“Sweetie, they’re not home,” she says. “What are you doing here?.. And why are you wearing a suit?”
“They’re not? Well when are they coming back? I need to talk to Yn, I need to ask her a question,” Jungkook says, still not answering her question.
“They’re not coming back any time soon,” your mom laughs.
-
Your eyes widen as Sian releases a high pitch scream, along with a few other screams coming from inside your apartment. You know exactly who’s screams those were. The door was opened wider by Namjoon and you smile up at him.
“Hey Joo– E-every.. One?” You say as everyone’s face comes into view. Your eyes scan the room and everyone seems to be in there… except for the one you were looking for.
“YES FREE COFFEE FOR. A. MONTH!” Byul yells, throwing her arms into the air. Yoongi rolls his eyes.
“Hi Yn,” Yoongi says, a little disappointed. You don’t know if you were hurt by that or what.
“Hey… Where’s Jungkook?” You ask, looking around. Suddenly, all of your nieces and nephews comes running out of Sian’s room, making Sian scream with joy once more.
“You’re back!” Soojin yells, running to hug Sian.
“My turn! My turn!” The two youngests yell, pushing Soojin out of the way.
“Looks like the babies missed Sian more than me?” you say, kneeling down to get some hugs too.
“Auntie Yn!” Huimang and Minseok yells, running into your arms.
“I missed you little munchkins,” you laugh, pressing kisses to their heads.
“I want some,” Bora says, coming to hug you as well. You laugh, standing up to hug her.
“Jungkook isn’t here,” Taehyung says, answering your previous question. You look up, confused.
“What?” you say as he comes and gives you a hug as well. “Is he coming back soon?”
Yoongi shrugs, “he didn’t say where he was going or if he was coming back. Just said he was leaving.”
“What?” you repeat. He left without saying anything?
-
“Honey, they’re in Seoul. They both miss you so much, Yn decided to go back and fix things with you,” she explains. Jungkook’s eyes widen, he gets up in a hurry.
“I have to go back then,” he says, heading for the door. Suddenly, the door opens and in walks your dad, along with Jungkook’s parents.
“Dad,” Jungkook says, seeing your dad’s face.
“Jungkook?” his mom says from behind. Jungkook turns to your mom and then back at his parents, and your dad.
“Why are you here?” his dad asks. Jungkook laughs.
“You know I thought you all would be more excited to see me,” he says. Instead of walking past them and to his car so that he can leave as fast as possible to see you, Jungkook turns around and sits back down with your mom.
“We are!” his mom says, “but Yn is back in Seoul! She left this morning to come and fix things with you.”
“I heard.. Like a minute ago,” he says. “And to answer your questions, I came here to propose to her.” Everyone’s eyes go wide.
“I know I haven’t talked to you all about this so while I’m here… I might as well ask for your blessing now. Right?”
-
Byul excitedly runs up to you, “Well we think he went to–”
*Ding Ding*
*Beep Beep*
*Ring Ring!*
You furrow your brows as everyone gets a text at once. You take out your phone to check yours, but nothing.
“What were you saying Byul?” You ask, getting back their attention.
“O-oh, I.. what was I saying?” she laughs nervously, slowly putting her phone down. Namjoon eyes her and you suddenly feel like they’re hiding something.
“Where do you guys think Kook went?” you ask, turning to everyone who seemed to be sucked into their phones suddenly.
“I..” Hoseok tilts his head to the side and shyly laughs. “We have no idea.. where he went.” Sarang rolls her eyes and you knew exactly what was happening. Everyone knew how bad Hoseok was at lying.
“O… kay..” you say. “Whatever then.” At that, they all go back to their phones and start texting. You let out a big sigh. “Hey, I’m back!” you yell out, waving your arms as everyone became texting zombies. “I spent the past weeks texting you all, do I have to do that still to get your attention??” With this, no one bothered to look up and you roll your eyes, about to go see what the kids were up to instead.
“Hey Yn?” Namjoon calls, you turn to him with a bright smile.
“Yes Joon?”
“You guys have no plants, Jungkook said to take care of them and we came here and you have no fresh oxygen in your house,” he says in a serious manner, crossing his arms over his chest.
“Oh.. we had a few,” you say, thinking of the ones Jungkook picked up a couple months ago.
“Where is it?” Namjoon asks, grabbing his spray bottle.
“Had,” you emphasized. It didn’t last long, Jungkook got three. You forgot to give yours water, Jungkook didn’t give his enough sunlight, and Sian over-watered his.
“We should go get some,” Namjoon suddenly says, walking up to you and grabbing your arm.
“Uhh.. Byul your boyfriend is kidnapping me,” you say, concerned.
“We’re going to go plant shopping,” Namjoon says, not bothering to turn around, instead he pulls you out the door along with him.
“Have fun!” Byul calls, again, glued to her phone.

touya and shoto’s friends
“WAKE UP WAKE UP!”
“What are you doing,” Jin groans, looking up at his daughter who is bouncing on his chest.
“We’re going camping!” Soojin yells, full of energy for being awake this early in the morning. Jin turns to the side and grabs his phone, being blinded by the bright light.
“5:30?” Jin says, looking back up at Soojin.
“Soojinah,” Soobin says, peeking into the room. “Is your dad awake?”
“He is,” Jin says in a raspy voice. “Take her away from me please.” Soobin walks over to his brother and grabs his niece from under her arms.
“Noona said that we’re leaving in fifteen minutes, so you better get up hyung,” Soobin says, walking away with Soojin clinging around his neck.
“Is he awake?” You ask Soobin as he walks out of your room.
“He is but he doesn’t want to beee~” your daughter replies, making you and your brother-in-law giggle.
“I see,” you say, pinching her cheeks. “I’ll get him up. You and your brothers go get your stuff in the living room and help uncle Soobin load them in the van okay?”
“Okay!” They both say, giving you two thumbs up.
“Yah, Seokjinah,” you say, walking to your bed. Jin groans, grabbing a pillow and throwing it at you. You gasp loudly, looking at him with wide eyes as you put your hand on your stomach. “You dare throw a pillow at a pregnant woman?? You could hurt the baby!”
Jin finally props himself up with his elbows.
“The baby is literally the size of a blueberry,” Jin replies. “But I’m up, I’m up.”
“Good,” you say, throwing the pillow back at him. “Everyone is already ready, just waitin’ on you.” You get up, about to leave to help the kids.
“Can I at least get a good morning kiss to give me some energy??” Jin says, watching you walk away. You sigh, turning back around and walking to your big baby of a husband. Who, might I add, had his lips puckered up and ready for you.
You lean down and press a big kiss to his lips.
“Mwuah!” You emphasize, pulling away from him. “Now get ready,” you say, patting his cheeks.

reason ☆ ( thirdyear!katsuki x reader ) suggestive — your boyfriend breaks up with you, and katsuki doesn’t waste opportunities
The first fact Class 1-A learns about you is that you have a boyfriend.
Well — had. And now you’re third years, and it’s safe to say that you should’ve broken up long ago.
You had him since middle school, but they never met him. Your dynamic shifted from the perfect picture of high school sweethearts to something more toxic since you got into UA — 1-A, no less. Yuusei didn’t pass the UA exams and called you insensitive for asking him to come meet your ‘fancy hero friends’ while he was from some low-profile school, and back when you had sympathy for him, it was difficult to be peeved at his blatant jealousy. He had a compelling, teary face.
“That’s called manipulative,” Sero says.
“He was really insecure,” you confess. Not that it makes it any better. He was manipulative because he was insecure — but that wasn’t all. He’d been that way long ago. There was a different turning point.
Kirishima gives a gentle, understanding pat on the back. “We were busy enough as it is. But now we’re about to graduate; of course you started thinking more about your future.”
“And you got the perfect ending — a future without him!” Ashido cheers to that. You take a long, long, victorious sip.
Right. After your breakup, you phoned Ashido about it, unaware that she was out with the rest of your friends, but it wasn’t like you were on speaker. Ashido gasped and shrieked, and the rest continued in her apartment, bottles of fancy wine that probably came from Bakugou lined up on the table.
Bakugou had been silent the entire time, sitting on the far edge of the couch across yours. You didn’t even think he’d come along. He’d always been coldly indifferent when it came to anything related to Yuusei. He doesn’t offer a single word; you expected him to call you stupid for dragging it this long when you entered the room. He just stared, ruby tracing your every step.
“So? What made you snap?” Kaminari asks, nestling into the cushion beside you, slinging an arm over your shoulder. You feel like a prey as Bakugou’s gaze holds on Kaminari’s arm for a moment too long. “What shit did he pull this time?”
Bakugou had been the reason for your breakup, and it almost feels like he knows exactly that.
Yuusei despised him. Bakugou is the physical embodiment of everything Yuusei failed to be, and you were friends with him. It really didn’t help that Bakugou has an ego and can back it up; Yuusei didn't have either.
Yuusei was in a heated argument with a classmate, and you got irritated by his voice drowning out even your music at the loudest volume. So you got up, buried your feet in your outside shoes, and glanced back.
“Hey, I’m going out.”
Yuusei was already having an awful day, and came the bottled-up aggression that made him spit in seething venom: “What, don’t tell me you’re going out to fuck Bakugou behind my back again?”
You paused from where you had been tugging your jacket sleeves up your arms. And then, unadulterated fury. The rest is history.
But that’s embarrassing to admit to your friends. They’d ask why Yuusei would even bring Bakugou up — why he is even a recurring argument in your relationship. It wasn’t just Yuusei that was the problem. Somewhere buried deep that Yuusei could feel was your shame, the one that knew Yuusei wasn’t just threatened by Bakugou because of one thing.
“He was having a bad day,” you say instead, and the mendacious excuse slips so easily. Back then, you thought it was because you needed to defend Yuusei; now, it was because you feared them also knowing the truth. “And I realized I just couldn’t — uh, anymore.”
“Yeah,” Sero, Kirishima, Kaminari, and Ashido agree together.
Bakugou finally shifts from where he’d been unmoving, ducking down to fill his glass. “‘least you learned your fucking lesson.” His gaze flicks up; the intensity makes you feel so shameful. It coils in your gut. “Forget the losers who can’t handle themselves. Go for the best.”
Coming from him. Is he flirting? This has to be flirting, right? Every word he says feels so charged, blatant with intent.
“Whoa, fresh on the market and you’re already saying that? Give it a few months, at least,” Kaminari laughs, followed by some, but you and Bakugou aren’t laughing. You’re stuck in this weird staring competition — looking away feels like admitting defeat. Feels like you’d straight up confess that yes, it’s you! You’re the fucking reason why!
“Yeah,” you mutter, though you’re not sure if it’s in response to Kaminari or Bakugou’s. You drag on another sip but feel as sober as a judge. You feel like you’d need ten more before you could even deal with whatever shit Bakugou is pulling.
“Cheer up, baby,” Mina coos. “You know you’re a catch. Yuusei will know exactly what he lost.”
“I don’t care about him anymore,” you say, which is the complete truth. “I’m getting shitfaced because I feel like I’m about to make a very bad decision.”
“Um?” Kirishima voices worriedly. “Do we need to take you somewhere?”
Bakugou stands abruptly, jingling his car keys in between his fingers. “Come on.”
“Are you drunk?” he asks before you can even pretend to open your front door.
“I only smell like it, but I really am too clear-headed for this,” you swear.
The moment he pins you to the wall and buries his mouth into yours, you know you are gone. This is what Yuusei had been fearing, what you’d been hiding — and fuck, it feels so good. He kisses like he’s starving like he’s been holding back for as long as you are. The shame comes spilling out soon after.
“I just got broken up with,” you say in a futile attempt to ease your guilt. “Hey — Katsuki, do you even—”
“I know what I’m doin’,” he says, mouthing over where your jaw and neck meet. "I know you want me."
“God, this is so fucked up,” you say, trailing off in a whine that really says a lot about you. “I’m an asshole. You’re really good at kissing — Katsuki—”
“Try three years of patience and tell me again what’s more fucked up,” Katsuki rasps, breath searing a mark on your skin, inciting a shudder that came down from your toes to your dizzy head.
“You were waiting for Yuusei and me to break up?”
“I get what I want.” Katsuki pauses, his eyes flicking up, arresting yours for a breath. “And he was a dick. Was bettin’ since year one.”
You curl a strand of his untamed hair, unwittingly charmed. “Sorry for making you wait.”
He responds by capturing your lips in a kiss, prying your mouth open with his, licking in, biting, pulling, grinding, and —
Katsuki softens his hold on your hips, pushing off. “Hey.”
You pant. Wow, you think, lightheaded, you don’t think you’d ever been kissed that well. “Hey,” you exhale over his mouth.
Katsuki bears his forehead heavily down on yours. “This isn’t some one-night stand rebound bullshit, you hear me? I didn’t wait three years just to get my dick wet — we’re doin’ this shit, got that?”
“I know,” you say, smiling. “You’re the best of all of them, right?”
gorgeous.

➳➳➳➳➳➳➳
Graduation day. The whole crew was here.
After all the hard work, the things they’ve been through, and a lovely wedding, Rina’s finally graduating with a bachelor’s in business!
Jungkook was especially proud of his wife.
He can say that now that they got married a few months ago. Jungkook couldn’t believe that she was graduating already. It felt like yesterday when Rina just got back to school.
But we all know how that went, and they rather not think about how that played out.
Any who, Jungkook was so so proud. He couldn’t stop telling everyone how hard she worked for this.
“You know Rina juggled working at the bakery, taking care of me and Sian, planning the wedding, getting married, and everything in between while she studied??” Jungkook says, snapping pictures of his wife from where they sat.
“She would study during breaks,” Sohyun pouts. “I’m so proud of her.”
“When Auntie Rin goes up, can we clap for her?” Soojin asks, watching everyone clap for their family members and friends.
“Of course, you all have to yell as LOUD as you can when they call Auntie Rin’s name. Okay?” Jungkook tells them, before hiding back behind the camera to take more pictures. “We have to be louder than everyone else here.”
Rina was finally standing up, getting ready to be called up to the stage.
“Hwang Rina,” they call. Rina walks across the stage and the crowd goes feral. By crowd, I mean the group.
“GO MOMMY!” Sian yells.
“THAT’S OUR AUNTIE RIN!!” The rest of the kids yell, whooing and clapping.
“THAT’S OUR GIRL!” Yuna yells.
“RINA RINA RINA,” the boys chant. Rina glances at the group, scrunching her nose at them as they were making her face turn a light shade of red.
“THAT’S MY WIFE WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!”
Safe to say no one beat their yelling.
And no one beat Hoseok and Sarang’s baby boy’s crying.
You’d think Somang would be used to loudness considering Hoseok’s his dad.
