Gunman in Virginia kills two TV reporters live on air 

A yet-unknown gunman shot and killed two WDBJ7 reporters in Moneta, Virginia, Wednesday morning during a live television broadcast.

The reporter, 24-year-old Alison Parker, was interviewing a woman in the Bridgewater Plaza when the gunman came into the camera’s view and fired at least six shots, killing Parker and WDBJ7’s 27-year-old photographer, Adam Ward.

So what with the recent Deinocheirus fossil discovery, (A dinosaur previously only known from an enormous pair of arms,) I decided to do the sensible thing and make a pokémon.

This Chrome extension, Medical Translator by Iodine.com, is effin amazing!  It identifies medical jargon and does a quick translation in parentheses right beside the word, then allows you to hover over the word (which it underlines) and gives a super legit and simple definition.  This is just a simple example, but it works really well with even the most complicated terms. 

We Need Your Help!!

Recently my job has been severely cutting hours. To the point where my partner and I have been working bare minimum and they refuse to let us take on more hours than scheduled. Which doesn’t sound like a big problem, but we barely afford everything when we work 40hrs+overtime. 

With this recent cut, we can afford rent and very few bills.

Our rent is around 800$, plus car insurance, phone bills and my medical bills.

What we can NOT afford is food. We’re eating all that’s left in our cupboard right now, but that will run out soon. Even when we get paid next this week, it won’t be enough to feed us through the following week.

We get paid minimum wage. And we are about to starve.
