A Louisiana teen may have lost her smile temporarily in a vicious attack -- but not her resolve. "Getting my smile back is something to look forward to," Jessica Byrnes-Laird, whose mouth was disfigured

Byrnes-Laird was still in her bikini from a day of swimming on July 26 when she and her boyfriend stopped outside a Shreveport convenience store, she told KTBS. She waited in the car while her boyfriend, Jared Pelletier, was inside. Several men began making lewd comments at the teen. Pelletier emerged from the store and fought with the men. He managed to get inside the car when one of the catcallers threw a brass pipe through the open passenger window, crushing Byrnes-Laird’s mouth.

“I looked down and saw my teeth in my hand and I immediately started gushing blood,” the 18-year-old told NBC 6.

She suffered a torn top lip, a deep gash in her lower lip and lost teeth, according to a GoFundMe page set up to pay for medical expenses. In all, 12 teeth were damaged.

I was talking with some of my friends today about the same thing. People always complain about new designs because of what they're based on, but most of the pokemon in kanto have bland and lazy designs. Just think about it, how is a rock with a face too different from an ice cream cone? There isn't any real reason why gen 1 stands out besides nostalgia.

If you have the Calculator% app or any other hider app(things that hide apps and pictures), GET RID OF IT QUICKLY. This jackass district attorney has put the lives of a lot of teens in danger by revealing these apps to parents. Now parents everywhere are going through their kids’ phones, looking for trouble(which they’ll likely find). 

Closeted teens everywhere are likely in a lot of danger right now. If you use a hider app to hide resources or a diary or anything else, it’s very possible your family might find it. 

Please please help yourself and remove these apps immediately! Switch your SD card if you need to!  I’m not even trying to scare people but I know that when I was a teen, had mom found my hider app I would have been in for a world of hurt. Please be safe!
