In the sixth panel Essek turns back towards Caleb and asks "Is that not why you were worried?". In the seventh panel Caleb looks worried and says "Nein, we thought Trent Ikithon was going to have you killed". In the eighth panel Essek looks shocked and says "You thought who was going to do what??". In the ninth panel Beauregard places her hand on Caleb's shoulder and says "Long story, he's dead now". Silly little post-Echoes Of The Solstice comic, I like to think Essek was oblivious to the entire evil-wizard-making-threats-on-his-life situation
