I love Gordon Ramsay so much.

He comes from a very poor family. His father was an alcoholic who beat him and his mother (he once poured hot tea over her and put her in hospital several times), his brother is a drug addict, he literally built an empire out of nothing.

He credits his mother as his biggest inspiration and often has her cooking in his shows.

When he left his first restaurant he pulled a successful Jerry Maguire - the entire kitchen staff went with him. That tells you what he’s like to work with.

He was one of the first to give a restaurant to a female chef.

He went to prison (Gordon Behind Bars) and taught inmates to bake and they opened a bakery (Bad Boys Bakery) that is still running. He hired one of them when he got out.

He did documentaries about the cruelty of shark hunting and cocaine. (when he discovered cocaine was used by his staff he didn’t fire anyone but made sure they are offered treatment)

His kids are a treasure.

He is always ALWAYS kind to servers.

When one of his partners (Marcus Wareing) wanted to leave they got into a fight and settled it in court, they no longer speak to each other but this is what Marcus said about him after the fight: 

I feel bad that the first association to him for a lot of people is this shouty TV chef when he’s truly a wonderful person.

btw i translated the new Sun Wukong and Nezha FRZ comics before i disappeared

The second panel shows only Sun Wukong. He thinks, "From the looks of this kid's stance, his skills shouldn't be underestimated. Better scout out his motives before doing anything else."

Third panel has Sun Wukong asking, "Who approaches-" before being cut off by Nezha saying, "Ah."

Fourth panel has Nezha falling flat on his face, to the shock and confusion of Sun Wukong. Nezha states in deadpan, "A strong soundwave attack. I'm dying. I have lost." Sun Wukong exclaims, "AH?! Are you setting me up?" There's an asterisk next to Sun Wukong's dialogue, elaborating on his word choice in "setting me up,." This translation note reads "as in insurance fraud." -

2. Titled "Fierce Battle, FeiRenZai #777" First panel shows Sun Wukong kneeling next to Nezha, who is laying on the ground on his stomach and swinging his legs nonchalantly. Nezha says, "I've lost already. What are you coming over here for?" Sun Wukong has an awkward expression, "The way you lost was way too casual. You're hurting my reputation." Nezha responds, "I've got no choice. The people up top sent me to fight you and I don't feel like it. So here we are." Sun Wukong says, "Come on, kid, why'd you have to act like this though? If the people up top sent you, couldn't you at least bluff a bit?"

Second panel shows a close-up to Sun Wukong and Nezha. Sun Wukong has a mildly scheming expression, while Nezha remains nonchalant. Sun Wukong says, "But I do like your attitude. Say, how about we compete in something simple. That way we can buy you some time before you go give your report up top." Nezha considers this, "Hm..." Third panel shows Li Jing, looking down. He thinks, "Sounds like the battle down there is quite fierce." Below him are speech bubbles reading, "HA!", "AH", and "DESPICABLE!" Fourth panel reveals Sun Wukong and Nezha are actually just sitting together and playing rock-paper-scissors while eating peaches. Sun Wukong has an annoyed expression while Nezha remains nonchalant. Sun Wukong exclaims, "Another hand! Dai! There you go bluffing again!" Nezha responds, "You're strong."

3. Titled "Visiting, FeiRenZai #778" First panel shows Sun Wukong imprisoned in Wuxing Shan, with only his hands and head poking out. Nezha is seen visiting him. A textbox at the upper-left says "When Sun Wukong was held beneath Wuxing Shan, Nezha often came to visit him." Nezha says, "Hello." Sun Wukong says, "You again." Second panel is segmented into threes. Each section is the same, aside from Nezha's dialogue and what he is holding in his hand. Each section shows Sun Wukong looking up and reacting to Nezha with a bewildered expression, saying "Ah?" as Nezha brings him another thing he wants to store at Wuxing Shan. Identifiable are a ball, a Chinese children's pellet drum, the aforementioned celestial pill, homework, and scissors, a white kite, a jianzi, a book, and a cuju football. Sun Wukong thinks, "Is this punk using me as a warehouse! All he ever does is come here to store his stuff!" Fourth panel shows Sun Wukong, still surrounded by knickknacks. However, the mountain has been decorated with paper cut-outs of monkeys and one Nezha. Sun Wukong is eagerly cutting a piece of paper and a "ksssssh" sound effect is seen where he cuts. Paper scraps are also seen on the grass in front of him. A textbox at bottom-left says, "A few days later..." and Sun Wukong thinks, "If that punk's gonna be dropping his odds and ends here anyways, he might as well drop off some more paper."

These Chains I Called Home

They’re rusted and nearly broken but i felt safe knowing they were there. I felt safe knowing they would never leave. Knowing i had a place even if it was in a cage with chains. Now the cage door is open and the chains are breaking but i fear, that is my new cage. I have no where to go. What do i do now? I don’t know any place but the cage with my chains. I can’t wander i can’t roam. The fear consumes me and the people confuse me. I am free but what do i do when i had nothing waiting for the cage door to open and the chains to break?

Where do I go? What do I do? Why did the chains have to leave me with only scars?
