why can no one just meet their pokemon normally anymore it's always "I saved my pidgey from a rampaging persian" and "my ulta rare shiny pokemon just came up to me one day and wouldn't leave"

Pippi is still pissy after being hefted up into the luggage area. The shock the flight attendant felt when the backpack she hefted up meeped at her angrily and wiggled around!

She was even wearing her lil jacket… remind me to get a good picture of her on the way back.

@poketherapist-in-training n I are mid-way through a flight to go see family, Pippi got mistaken for a pink backpack and got put in the overhead lol. Captain was checked in to the pokeball check-in, since teeeechnically he's a "hazardous pokemon". Hazardous to ceramic cups maybe but I don't think he's actually a threat to anyone.

I never really thought about that. Okay, will do. It would probably help him to speak with you alone at some point too. I think he fears making us sad, but he’s mourning hard. :(

Chief the Chansey, with his little Oddish passenger (they are inseparable… we’ve tried) are the clients!

Background: Chief was a medic in the pokewars of yore and belonged to my grandpa. He’s in my care now as my grandpa isn’t able to care for him. He’s not distrustful of humans really, more so he sees them all as in his care and can’t seem to submit himself to their care. He’s been pretty isolated and is mourning my grandmother and the loss of company of my grandpa/ loss of caretaking for him since he is in my families care now.

Breaking out of selfless habits in order to care for yourself or let others care for you can be tough, I've actually had that issue myself before when I get too into the zone. ^^"

Personally I can’t find a bad thing to think about it. I’ve met some interesting people on here, and it’s their authenticity that strikes me.

It seems like a nice way to live. But one that takes a while to navigate to. What does the road ahead look like in your estimation?

Ah yes, saw something that reminded about the bizarre attraction to POS women characters in various works that happens. And not like... ones that can be reinterpreted as something decent or the like either. Fucking confusing to me.

Y'know, I'm starting to be a little worried about the egg. Pippi and Chief are reassuring me that all is fine but it was supposed to hatch like... well, a while ago. Vital signs on the incubator panel are still normal, and I guess the chanseys would know best.

I've been carrying it with me constantly, and the incubator manages the temp, humidity, etc. so it should be fine, but idk.

Maybe the lil guy just doesn't wanna hatch yet.
