Here Is My Part (Part 1) For @angelrathian 's Kid Icarus Uprising 10th Anniversary Map ^^ 

Here are some illustrations made for one of my college classes ~

Ford's World - Dimension Fri3nds46/’

● Humans have wings and feathered tails

● Alternative Pines family decisions timeline

● Ford is a minor god of dreams and a self-proclaimed god of anomalies

● 30 years old here (Young Immortal)

● Met Bill when he was 5 due to him attempting an interdimensional dreamwalk link, with Bill trying the same thing by chance, something that wouldn't work at their age without each other

◇ Gods Among Them ◇

● Most gods were mortals whose power was drawn to them like a magnet due to their personality in some way

● Fairly secretive and prefer to hide their works

● Rely on their believers to notice their efforts, resulting in an increase in power

● Can reveal themselves to the public, but building up power from faith alone is more sustainable for less powerful gods

● Stop aging between 25 and 100 (depending on what age someone wants to live forever)

● Bill is a minor god of dreams and a self-proclaimed god of weirdness

● 30 years old here (Young Immortal)

● Met Ford and Stan when he was 5

● Only gods have wings and tails as a power symbol

● Their wings and tails are invisible to anyone that doesn't believe in them specifically

● “Omnipotent” Euclydian gods only know everything about their own world. Bill's knowledge of the third dimension is seen as false teachings to even them.

◇ Bill’s Family ◇

● Scalene is a goddess of Truth and Euclid is a god of Reality

● No one believes Bill is a god except his parents, as godhood is a power grant at birth to someone who the power is drawn to here. It can skip generations.

NOW, ON TO THE ACTUAL DIALOGUE FOR THIS DRAWING! FANFIC TIME ~

Bill: So here's my problem - I need to show them the stars. It gets real flat to hear “you're delusional, Bill” and “stop talking about a third dimension!” “Shh, you're gonna get arrested!” “It's not real!” Over and over again. It's time to change up the law and their perspectives.

Ford: Hmm.. that'll be quite the endeavor. You might need more power for that.

Bill: Ohh-ho-oh, definitely. Some of my ideas get real difficult along the way. The kind of stuff only a god with twice my power could pull off. 

[ Pulls up a holographic board with his first idea. ] 

Bill: If I could turn their eyes towards the stars and give them the same vision as I do, that'd be ideal. 

[ Ford manifests a danger sign over Bill's board; a buzzer sounds in warning. ]

Ford: Doing that to the entirety of Euclydia could potentially be devastating. Even if you get that newfound power, without centuries of diligent practice, you could end up permanently mutilating thousands of people in the process. Too risky. 

Bill: Uuugh… even if the people I wanted to show the most were immortal too, I don't think I could put up with more of their talk for that long. It has to be this century.

Ford: I get where you're coming from. I’ll do my best to make sure it happens when we figure out a plan that won’t have too many risks involved.

Bill: I could probably have the world dream of stars if you help, but that isn’t real enough to me. It drives me crazy that I can’t see you in real life. 

Ford: We’ll meet one day, I promise it. 

Bill: I sure hope so, Sixer. 

[ Pulls up two more holographic charts. ] 

Now.. back to my list of extremely great ideas.. what if I put really tiny stars in the world and contained the heat? Or flipped the world on the y-axis just to prove a third dimension exists first?

[ Ford manifests two more warnings in succession. ]

Ford: Could easily start a fire if anything went wrong, and for all we know, flipping the world vertically could cause everything to fall bottom to top infinitely until it’s fixed. Also runs the risk of killing a lot of Euclydians. Not to mention there could be other forces in your space that could affect the world.

Bill: Yeesh. Alright then, you got any ideas?

Ford: Actually, come to think of it.. 

[ Ford summons a hologram with a vision of his own forming. ]

Maybe instead of dreams, we tried something just a step up from multi-dimensional dream-walking, something like astral projection. We bring them out of their bodies, but tethered to their world, into space. Without the limitations of their physical forms, their eyes should be able to see more than what they could before.

Bill: SIXER, YOU'RE A GENIUS!!!

Ford: Hah, well, I try.  

Bill: NOW THAT'S SOMETHING I COULD ACTUALLY PULL OFF RISK FREE! It might take splitting up the days people get to see it, but, they’ll finally see.

Ford: Well, hold on, splitting up the days could be risky for the groups who see versus who don’t on the first day, so, here's what I'll do. I'll give you my powers for as long as you need them for this. I would like to help personally, but I’d need to physically be there. This will be my contribution to your paradigm shift for Euclydia.

Bill: ..you really trust me that much? 

Ford: (smiles and nods) Of course. You're my best friend, my muse, the sun in my galaxy, Bill. I want you to be happy.

[ Ford offers his hand and godly powers out to his partner. ]

Bill: (chuckles, smiling) You’re the best, Fordsy.

[ They shake on it. ]

DARKPAW IN NATURECLAN HOURS :))

Top left: Darkpaw makes sure he's taken seriously upfront, whilst also sounding very ominous. Vineblossom is very confused oof, That moment when a child breaks into your home and announces he killed your enemy

Top right: Vineblossom is even more bewildered about his terms of living on her territory and only being identified as a "Warrior of Nature", but ends up accepting him anyway. The clan needs the help. (And she is also concerned for his health because of the state of his tail.)

[There's also a reference to Farvaduvet's "silly KIU AU" because Vineblossom would definitely give him a flower to wear and it would likely be a petunia lol]

Bottom left: That moment when you just sat down after doing chores but then someone asks you to do another task >:(

(Darkpaw is annoyed, and the flower suffers. Fun fact: Petunias represent soothing nature, resentment, and anger)

But look, the leaf is back! He found one like the one he wore when he was younger :)

(I imagine they use honey or treesap to put accessories on their fur. Or sheer force of will and artistic freedom)

Also, Serenemoon is Arlon. He will be drawn another time ^^

Bottom middle: NatureClan is known to tend to nature very often as part of their duties. Here, after showing him how to graft, Vineblossom supervises Darkpaw as he secures the new branch to the tree.

Vineblossom then starts thinking about how the tree was damaged and is bitter towards the rogues that invaded her clan and ended up trampling her plants and stealing prey. She is not fond of rogues at all. 

Darkpaw sees her staring into space, full of ire, and takes his turn now to be confused lol

Bottom right: Darkpaw goes on patrol with Lightningflash (Phosphora).

She often calls him a Fluffball of Darkness, so he shuts this conversation down immediately 

(He is a fluffball of darkness tho)

Illustration: Darkpaw rests in his den, tail fully recovered and looking healthier. Vineblossom passes by and is glad to see her apprentice feels comfortable being in this clan space a lot more than he ever was in CalamityClan :)

Here is the rest of this mini comic for my AU~

Pitpaw and Darkpaw are apprentices! (And 8 moons old, so somewhat close to the size of full grown cats, but still slightly smol. I will probably make full color references that better show their designs sometime :)

Now that Pitpaw is older and has shown to be a very promising and strong apprentice, he goes on a mission to finally confront Star Pantherblaze about kitnapping Darkkit. Palelight can also guide him telepathically when he needs the help, as they share a powerful connection that allows Palelight to see his path through his eyes.

He is very worried for Darkkit, as he stopped talking telepathically after month of being in CalamityClan. Pitpaw and Star Palelight talk about what may have happened to him, fearing the worst and hoping for the best.

He unexpectedly finds both Pantherblaze AND Darkpaw, and is shocked to see that he's allegedly chosen to serve CalamityClan / the Darkworld clans (this is a Dark Forest / Underworld word mix here). Palelight tells Pitpaw to be prepared to fight him.

Seeing that he has to fight his brother and tired of Star Pantherblaze's constant bossing him around, Darkpaw snaps and attacks her, knocking her off the tree and shoving her into the tall rock Pitpaw is standing on, which takes one of her lives (and possibly all of them.)

I did not want to draw a fight scene lol

Also Darkpaw sees what looks like a collar and immediately dubs his brother "Kittypit" lol. There are no kittypets on their island, but they know what they are :P (Darkpaw also doesn't have anything against them, but just really hates the idea of a collar.)

The twins run as fast they can out of CalamityClan and Pitpaw asks if Darkpaw will come back to LightClan with him, still hoping that he might, but also knowing that Darkpaw has probably made up his mind. And he has, no convincing can be done.

I like to imagine him saying he's "no clan's warrior" is this version of "servant to no other than himself". He's still a warrior that will live in a clan, but also not sworn to one in particular.

Which means that even though he's going to live in NatureClan, he's gonna be a future "Warrior of Nature", not a "NatureClan warrior". Star Vineblossom (Viridi) will just have to put up with this now xD

Extra facts:

-Due to the stress of having to put on a reluctant facade for his survival, Darkpaw's fur is not in the best condition. This is why his tail isn't very fluffy anymore :( (It will be better once he moves into NatureClan. It won't be as fluffy as Pitpaw's tail, but it'll be healthier ^^)

-Star Vineblossom will be Darkpaw's new mentor! Always take in the sassy lost child lol

That would curtainly be an interesting thing to witness xD

(I just now realized how intense the colors of the reference I used for Phosphora were lol. I'm easily entranced by bright colors)

If I were to give it an explaination, I'd say this close to what happens when she stands in an intense ray of light from the sun / other bright light sources. Her fur stands out alone already but under those conditions, it tends to take on a luminesent look that would make any regular person do a double take and question what reality they're in lol

Darkpaw takes it as a sign that it's too bright / hot outside to be in the sunlight lol. If she looks somewhat like this (an actual lightning flash) :

He's either not coming out of his den that day or jumping in a pond lol

And indeed they are!! :D The Fluffball of Darkness is quite content with his funky new plant family ^^

Thinking 'bout making a 3 min + Kid Icarus Uprising animatic sometime. Maybe after I start learning how to storyboard this semester or during. I like to imagine as Pit gets older he's more stressed and has an "Under the Surface" breakdown to Dark Pit

I'm mentally working on the composition of how it would turn out lol. Under the Surface/Surface Pressure from Encanto is such a bop

"You gotta do something about that "

Here's an illustration for a scene from my new fic/AU! :)

I think another reason why Dark Pit calls Pit a puppet is because that's how Pit feels sometimes, and here those feelings are manifested in a vivid dream (nightmare, beyond this point).

*Shakes flames off hand from drawing and editing so much* Worth it! Here's the project I've been working on for your AU @farvaduvet :)

This is a short little tweened amv centered around Pit and Wilted Pit, and their insecurities. Very fun to draw and edit, half pain half fun to tween/animate, and an overall success! I experimented a lot and it turned out very close to how I envisioned it. Still some flaws here and there, but I really like how it turned out ^^

More about the video in my tags! I also am working on one more small video related to your AU. That one has no angst, it's just a really funny idea to me. You'll see :)

Dark Pit's wing is injured from a fight, and he keeps to himself because of how badly it stings. Arlon sees how serious that wound is however and makes sure the young angel understands that he can't leave injuries untreated. Then Dark Pit lets him treat it, putting aside his pride ^^

I just want more Arlon & Dark Pit interactions lol :)
