My reaction to the bsd chapter
WAHT THE FUCK FYODOR BRING HIM BACK BRING HIM BACK
OH MY GOSH
SPOILERS FOR HIGH CARD(AGAIN)
THAT WAS EPIC OMGjwjhs I expected the brother plot, BUT I DIDN'T EXPECT A BROTHER CON????? WHERE TF DID THAT COME FROM
but anyways onto the serious bits, I love how from what has happened throughout the entire anime Tilt's "Everything is for the family" actually makes so much sense now. I mean it was clear that it was meant for the Klondike's but the recent episode shows a new perspective where the "family" he's describing is finn. I hope finn makes it so that he doesn't have to kill his brother tho, it would be very sad and just rlly obvious yk? I think it would be a better plot to show that Finn would realize how much he's loved by the people around him and honestly I would see it as bad writing if Chris' entire plotline is about familial love only for Finn to kill his brother.
I guess if you put it that Finn's family is high card, that would make sense but Flann(Tilt) hasn't actually done anything to Finn ykkk( aside from stalking him) or rather he hasn't done anything that makes him unable to be part of his family. All in all, I believe Flann deserves a second chance for Finn, all he's ever done is for Finn so it would be devastating to see them all be for waste.
Furthermore, since the next episode is the last, i wonder if there would be a third season. The story about the cards will probably come to an end soon and I have no clue how they're gona fit the coronation, Tilt's plot, the royal family drama, the joker plot, the detective young plot AND a happy ending in one episode.
and ig uh Theodore's saved yayyyy
I've had this weird feeling since season 1 that tilt was Finn's brother
I might actually be right
This is me after a week or so. UWHSWU I TOTALLY DID NOT FORGET BUT A LOT OF STUFF HAPPENED. Yeah I forgot what I needed to say
I'm probably gonna make 2 posts abt this book bcs I love it sm. this first one won't focus on the romance and more of like- the surroundings, specially Hazel's favorite book, AIA. I read the book at school so yeah that embarassed me bcs I was crying when the teacher came in.
Before I dive into AIA, I want to really talk about the surroundings of the book, the other people yk, aside from Augustus and Hazel. The book, aside from the romance, shows how people respond to other people with cancer, I mean, how they manage it. We see it with Hazel's mother and father, with Augustus' family as well as Monica(Isaac's ex). They all responded differently to their loved one's having cancer, and they treat it differently too. But I won't focus on that, I want to focus on how it affects them, and apply it to real life situations. The book doesn't really hide the fact that everyone around them feels bad for them, and that their parents are sad about it. And it's a good detail because the book is a romance book, but it deals so much with the "losing someone" concept. I love how you feel butterflies in your stomach yet heartwrecking pain at the same time. because the sadness in it, the way Hazel just accepted her fate, the way Augustus accepted his, and Isaac too. They never had hope from the start but their families and the people around them did. It's easy to have hope when you're not the one struggling.
But thats the thing. Hazel accepted her fate easily. but Augustus? She could not.
In Augustus' story, Hazel is part of the other people. She's his collateral damage. Hazel feared being the time bomb for Augustus but it turns out Augustus was the real one.
Its devastating to read the parts where Augustus was slowly succumbing to his cancer. Because the chapters were suddenly so short, Every time I flipped the book I got scared bcs it chapter got faster and faster. shorter and shorter. Then the devastating "Augustus Waters died"
Everyone was affected by Augustus' conditiion, everyone was collateral damage, their emotions were side effects. MAN I CAN'T DO THIS RN IM CRYING ILL POST AGAIN SOME OTHER DAY
we lost the whole emo band dawg. rip :((
Here's a theory, bram is only playing a prank on everyone bcs it's actually Aya's birthday!!! After he stabs fukuchi confetti will pop out and then fukuchi will stand, wiped clean from the blood on his clothes! And then suddenly they're all dressed up like Akutagawa from the 2hourslater scene! Except for atsushi bcs he's a very slow walker. Dazai and Chuuya will arrive on a pretty pink helicopter, throwing down gifts for Aya from everyone! And if you're wondering about the 2hourslater scene😂😂 well it's obvious!!! It was piñata fukuchi! No one else could destroy the piñata fukuchi and Aya became sad bcs she can't get her candy, so Atsushi and Akutagawa work together to break it! They will succeed and candy falls out of piñata fukuchi's stomach and they all live happily ever after! and sigma wakes up when Dazai and Chuuya are kissing. And then Fyodor looks down from heaven with Karma, they're looking at everyone and says "They are...the bungou stray dogs."
And then post sequence, Nikolai is seen sitting down near a grave that says "Dostoevsky" and then he does the thing that Grell from black Butler did and it turns out he was actually pregnant all along!
Kuroko no Basket stays the superior sport manga
A random post where I'd like to say how much I'd be so sad and mad if Lily / All of love doesn't actually care for Misono:(( I get the "everything was for Mikuni to be the eve of the ninth servamp" thing but yk:(( can't it be to protect Misono?
It would be so devastating for Misono too, like all the stuff from Alice in the garden, Lily wanting Misono to understand that he was loved no matter what, and yk
I just don't want them to hurt Misono:(((( pls protect my baby:(
mha was supposed to go on forever I wanna see deku and bakugou in the retirement home balding and racing each other with their walkers
Finally cracked what was going through their minds in these panels
『HIGH CARD』 season 2 ピクチャーオーディオドラマ - Playlist
Illustrator and character designer: Ebimo
ok wow just wow I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT SO MUCH ITS SO LIGHT AND NICE AND COOL
i have a lot to say since i finished it in one go and didn't really do the same thing as i did with high card but anyways here it goes
firstly during the first season there's not much to cover since its your typical plotline where the mc's struggle and find a way in the most inspiring way possible much like any pther idol anime lol
second, I was so confused when they started mentioning acting because I had fully thought that it was an idol anime which it wasn't it's a musical anime like a legit musical anime that is about theatre.
Now onto the plot, third, the second season plot was beautiful, it was pure and really nice. I love how the story of shadow and lights parallels the actual story of the characters in the sense that they all had their role to play. And i can say that it did good in portraying the shadow and lights plot since the whole season, every problem, every argument is caused by shadow and lights and not in the technical sense, its more on the scenes that happen in shadow and lights are similar to what happen to the actual plot, it also works like the plot of shadow and lights is what needs to happen for the characters and through the show they would be able to achieve what they need to achieve, its like- really connected to the plot. "You are the most important person to me" THIS LINE DROVE ME NUTS, BECAUSE IT WORKS SO WELL WITH OTORI AND HIRAAGI AS WELL AS WITH YUTA. and shy yuta was very beautiful, adorable and ofc the main reason i loved season 2 was Ageha who developed in the best way possible.
Season 3, now this was the big change, since in the first 2 seasons we have the Kao Council being Otori, Hiiragi, Sazanami, Akatsuki and Yuzuriha as well as the former Kao Council. The new Kao Council was a really great group of people, and honestly i loved all of them, each of them had their own character yk? and as much as the other characters are good and nice i loved the writing for Ryo Fuyusawa, I mean first and foremost this is a bias commentary bcs of Saito Soma. But I loved how his main plot point was jealousy then thinking that he was unappreciated, which uh oh, was the complete opposite, I loved it as much as it was typical. And of course I loved the resolve of the second years in performing together and the end OH GOSH THE END WAS SO BEAUTIFUL I MEAN HOW CAN U LISTEN TO THAT AND NOT LOVE IT OH DEAR
it baffles me tho that Ryo committed crimes so yeah theres that loll bye and a last analogy is like
Tatsumi is the star of stars but based on what happened in the 3rd season we can see that his star is Yuta
so Yuta is the star of the star of stars
