Albert Mason, in a way, mirrors what Arthur could have been if he wasn't outlaw. While they both share a love for nature, they represent different sides of it; Arthur embodies the rough, dangerous, and wild side, while Albert symbolizes the innocence and delicacy of nature. They both find beauty in the world, but in contrasting ways; Albert gets to experience nature purely for his enjoyment, but Arthur is in a way, like an animal, in a constant fight to survive.

"My sleep was deep and invigorating." (Try to cover up the blood seeping out with your hands.) He's still worried. You must have really thrashed and squealed in your sleep.
We’re only a few months away from leaks and then it’ll be teasers and then promo and then press and then season 3 btw.
kid armand and his bright young reporter doll! based on this:
the reason i need the weirdo armand who blends drinks based on nothing but colour and feeds garbage disposals and makes weird home movies in the show is because as much as i talk about armand and the cycles of amadeo and marius they're like...the ultimate proof that he is not what anyone has tried to make him. he's not an eternal sex slave or child bride or cult leader or abusive figure. he tries to be all these things because they're how he experienced the world in his most formative years but at the end of the day he has a big heart and he wants to be loved and he wants to experience the world as it is and he wants to watch the same movie over and over again and he wants to protect those he cares about and he wants to ride jet skis and he wants to make a human boy coffee in the mornings and he wants to build a terrible consumerist island and and he wants to be a good father and
Armand really picked the worst guy to turn into a vampire and run away from.
He’s an investigative journalist and you’re a chronically online iPad kid. The moment you log in to play Minecraft, Daniel has his Gen Z assistant notifying him.
if there is one thing i love about book Armand (and possibly show Armand but i need to see more evidence) it is that he is a petty little hater. he practices haterism as an olympic sport. Night Island was the architectural equivalent of standing by the wall at a party with your boyfriend while both of you look judgmentally over the rims of your drinks at the rest of the guests like "ew."
