Truly an 03 Mikey-centric murder mystery fic worth screaming about on the rooftop! PLEASE give it a read before you look at the other art to avoid spoiling the twists & turns!

Spoiler warning for the fic To Fit the Crime by T33la
Chapter 1. A holographic screen shows footage of a sky train platform and a yellow triceraton seemingly being pushed in front of a moving train by TMNT 2003 Mikey. In a dark room shadowed in blue, Leo, Don, and Raph are tense and seated at a table as they watch the footage. Professor Honeycutt stands behind Raph looking distressed. Two Triceraton guards stand on either side of the turtle looking on stoically.
Chapter 2. An unconscious Mikey, with his mask rested against his neck, is surrounded by his brothers as they focus on the three metal discs embedded into the side of his head. Don gingerly cradles Mikey's face as Leo asks "Don?" and Don replies with "I...I don't know."
Chapter 3. Mikey sobs in his brothers' arms as they hold him with tears in their eyes as Mikey babbles "Missed you. Missed you so much. Didn't know if I'd never see you again. If they'd" before the words get cut off in the image.
Chapter 4. Panel one opposed panel two, with Don and Raph standing on either side of Mikey as he looks down at the floor while in the opposite panel an elderly golden triceraton in maroons and golds, Senator Avada, gestures imperiously in her seat with a triceraton guard stationed beside her. Avada says "And so this is the kind of imprisonment that awaits those who have shed the blood of my family?" Raph points at her aggressively and says "Listen, lady. Ya got no right to waltz in here and start blamin' us."
Chapter 5. In a dark room blanketed in purple, Mikey coughs roughly, trembling with tears in his eyes, as he tries to shake Donnie awake in the bed. Donnie is out cold, face in shadow and arm dangling over the edge of the bed. Mikey coughs as he says "Hey, Don? Donnie? You gotta wake up! Something's wrong!"
Chapter 6. Walking through a grove of red trees, Donnie tries to subtly lead Mikey away from the triceraton guard following behind them. Mikey looks distressed as he says "She cried! Remember? Back in the room... She cried about Xania!" And Don replies "I'm sorry, Mikey. I'm so sorry, but Avada calling out the hit on Xania is the only thing that makes sense."
Chapter 7. Blanketed in red and surrounded by dark foliage, Mikey grips a big branch in clenched fists as he grits his teeth and stands protectively in front of Don who is on the ground on his side, the bottom left side of his shell cratered by blaster fire.
Chapter 8. Mikey, covered in small band-aids and flanked by Counselor Mardoon and Leo, confidently addresses Avada who glares and bares her teeth at him as she is held back by two of Traximus' guards. Mikey says "You're a coward. She would never forgive you. Not for the Republic, and not for herself. I'm glad I have her memories now, because you don't deserve them."
