whenever something especially good happens to me I like to use the phrase “and suddenly the world is a little bit brighter” and that’s not necessarily true but sometimes when a boulder is lifted off of your back and you’re able to stand up again, you realize your love for the color of the sky and the sweetness of air in your lungs. sometimes when you take a break in your climb up the mountain, you realize how far you’ve come and my g-d. the view from here.
