Yubisaki to renren manga ch. 47
Yubisaki to renren manga ch. 47 spoilers
A semi-autobiographical comic told by way of Daffy Dumas Duck
With the exception of Sabrina, all of Chloe's relationships including Adrien follow a pattern where the person uses her until they don't need her anymore and discard her. Chloe was important to her when he was isolated, but as soon as he had new friends he started to immediately cut her out of his life. Andre wanted a daughter, and as soon as he found a better behaved one, he traded her for Zoe. Zoe used her to get the lay of the land, but when she realized Chloe was a pariah, she ditched her. As soon as Ladybug didn't need her help anymore, she told her she wad off the team "for her own protection." And, the only reason Hawkmoth never through her away was because he never git what he wanted.
That is an unfortunately accurate assessment of the impact of events. It's important to highlight that many of these weren't malicious (except Andre, F that guy)
Though that just highlights how much damage we can do unintentionally via ignorance, carelessness, or thoughtlessness.
Which would be a great lesson to put in a kids show, if they would just acknowledge it.

Listen, i've got a theory about Lila I need to share:
In the extract above from the "Ladybug" episode (S3), Lila threatens Marinette & tells her that she'll soon have no friends & Adrien will be hers.
After everything that went down in the last seasons, we kinda thought Lila failed. But what if Cerise succeeds where Lila failed?
Hear me out: What if Cerise befriends Adrien and Marinette and becomes a recurring friendly figure in their everyday life? Instead of antagonizing them like she did before, she'll gain their trust this time. And once she has their trust, she'll slowly puts her plan in motion. She will start making Adrien doubt about Ladybug's honesty and he'll start questioning everything. His trust in her partner will be broken and he will think he will be able to rely on Marinette but he will also notice that things are way more complicated than they seem and that Marinette isn't acting like herself anymore.
Marinette will spiral down because of the secrets and the guilt she's forced to bear and of course, problems will arise. Adrien and Marinette will fight, and Adrien will confide in Cerise who will use their weaknesses to split them up. She will start isolating Marinette who definitely is at her lowest point between her break-up with Adrien and Gabriel Agreste's web of lies and... DRAMA.
Maybe that's just a silly theory, but Lila is way more clever than Gabriel ever was. Lila was their everyday life antagonist in the past seasons, and Cerise could totally flip the tables around and become their friend instead this time.
What do you guys think?
༝ Sign of Affection Icons Parte 2 |like and reblog if saved|
Our animation pick for today is the recent series, A Sign of Affection. The general style of this series was highly detailed, but we also want to highlight the almost chibi style that appeared frequently. Having both was a fun mix that gave more insight into chracters' feelings and reactions. We really hope there's more animated in the future.

His aura is so crazy
It's kinda crazy how much I like Lila right now. I loved her in the movie, she was so cool?? Like I loved her akuma ghost powers and she could travel through time too!? And she barely spoke at all and almost succeeded in making her wish in less than ten minutes after the movie started and the only reason Marinette won was because of Bunnyx. I dunno, I just loved all the sassy little movements and gestures she had like casually stealing all the miraculous and giving Marinette a little wave as she phased through the wall without saying a word... and we still don't know who the hell she is, what her motivations are, why she has a hundred moms and a thousand more different wigs, or what her wish was. So yeah... super interesting. Never thought Lila of all people would make me feel this way

you are NOT JAMES BOND. you are NOT A GIRLBOSS. you are A 16 YR OLD BEING ABUSED BY THE DEEP STATE
Unknown danger
Rewatching the london special again and I have to say, despite my complaints, the first half of the final fight between lila and ladybug might honestly be in my top five favorite fights in the entire series.
I mean, just look at it. Not only did both of them found a way to effectively incorporate their respected transportation method into their combat style but are doing so against an opponent with a similar ability. It's just amazing. That's not even mentioning how well synced they are against each other.
I kind of wish these two were on the same side with these powers, solely because they would be an absolute powerhouse of a duo.

Just had someone tell me that Marinette telling Chloe and Audrey that they should bond over being toxic and entitled was okay because she was being sarcastic, and I just gotta say..... no? that doesn't make it better??
Thankfully this person was pretty civil, and open to having an actual conversation about that scene, and by the end of it we came to agree on some things.
But I still wanna blog about it, because I have a lot of feelings.
Even if Marinette was saying it to be ironic, which still isn't an interpretation that I'm fully on board with, but for the sake of argument, even if she was, that's still a horrible thing to say given the circumstances!
Marinette doesn't have to like Chloe, but if her first reaction to seeing a girl her age on the verge of tears while she asks her mother "Why don't you love me?" is to have a laugh and say "Well, you both suck, so you should be glad to be stuck together!" then that is terrible, and petty, and vicious!
If for some reason you wanna have Marinette banter with Chloe about it, at least wait until she isn't in the most vulnerable position possible, baring her deepest trauma while confronting her abuser.
Either way you slice it, Marinette had no right to say what she did! She was either giving harmful advice that she wasn't qualified to give, or she was being downright cruel.
