Omar sketch that I liked enough to play around with digitally. Gonna be using this tumblr as my fuck around art dumping ground cuz i needed a place to share the less finished stuff i do for fun. In other words this is a place for me to make art for fun again.
Anyway, expect to see Aladdin Broadway art from me cuz that's usually what I draw for fun.
(my sketchbook is stained cuz i used it to press flowers)
Iago and the Cave of Wonders, set right at the end of Diamond in the Rough.
This is the first time I ever drew the cave but MAN I love it. This time I got to sit fifth row from the stage and seeing everything that close was fantastic. The Cave of Wonders in particular was just....wow. Seeing it form up from the ground? So cool.
fancy hat dude from that one game that came out like a year ago (old art)
Current BOK. Love these guys.
When you're seeing this, I'll actually be seeing Aladdin on Broadway again with some of my awesome friends for my birthday! Perfect way to celebrate :))
Some Fossil Fighters doodles from my sketchbook from last year. I did these in class after a critique. Spinax, Stego, and Elasmo!
brightly colored fish colored pencil sketch from my sketchbook. based on a little wooden sculpture i got while in hawaii
guineafowl are the best. perfect round friends. they look like they are so soft and would be nice to hold
i love Babkak and Omar's relationship so much. we don't get a ton of vocal interactions between them on stage, but physical interactions? they are always hanging out and they're very affectionate with each other.
this scene could be happening:
a) while Kassim is explaining his newest potential crime scheme
or b) during one of Al and Kassim's arguments
inspiration image below the break
When Al and Kassim argue and bicker, it makes Omar anxious. So this is how Babkak dissolves their little spats.
This sketch has been sitting on my desktop for so long since I was meaning to finish it up digitally but I'm just posting it as is cuz idk if I will-
Broadway BOK actors throughout the years. Did this one I believe in May of 2022.
