The Bones Beneath My Skin by TJ Klune is a supernatural road trip thriller featuring an extraordinary young girl and her two unlikely protectors on the run from cultists and the government. WHATโS IT ABOUT In the spring of 1995, Nate Cartwright has lost everything: his parents are dead, his only brother wants nothing to do with him, and heโs been fired from his job as a journalist in Washington, DC. With nothing left to lose, he returns to his familyโs summer cabin outside the small mountain town of Roseland, Oregon, to try and find some sense of direction. The cabin should be empty. Itโs not. Inside is a man named Alex. And with him is a mysterious ten-year-old girl who calls herself Artemis Darth Vader. Artemis isnโt exactly as she appears. Soon it becomes clear that Nate must make a choice: let himself drown in the memories of his past, or fight for a future he never thought possible. Because the girl is special. And forces are descending upon them who want nothing more than to control her.
Life is Strange fans seem to not think straight and are throwing tantrums, do you really think that Max and Chloe could have a totally healthy relationship after Max left lot of people including Chloe's mother die? No matter what Chloe says, she's still her mother. Don't you have any empathy? You can't get over this. Max says in the new game that Chloe never looked at her the same way after her mother died and who would?? It's obvious that they should be able to get back together at the end of the game but if you want to see a fairy tale read fanfics
