Never before have i liked pink before i saw this character. people had to convince me it was a nice color and Giovanni Potage was the first and best of a line of characters they gave me as reasons to like pink. I now like pink.

I wonder if Capcom and the gaming scene in general will actually even glean the right things from the surge of fandom for Village? Like the superficial marketing takeaway is probably going to be “interest in this general IP is up!” but the creative team and anyone really paying attention knows that they just created an overnight fandom for one game’s unique cast of characters and that it stems much, much more from their nutty campy weirdness and personalities than from the fictional politics of shooting zombies. I’m not saying they should spin them off and run them into the ground but the smart move would be at the very least to continue focusing on characterized monster villains. The series always would have had more fans if there were goofy talking mutants with their own thematic lairs and fucked up family lives.

If a terf/radfem ever pulls that “your side are the violent ones” shit on you, show them this.

Has there ever been a trans person or ally who threatened violence against terfs? Probably. But I think if you stack up side by side the number of trans people that distribute this hate against the number of terfs who do it, you will find that one group - the transphobes - do it a lot more, and a lot worse.

Also, note the language; some of it is “I hope this happens to you,” but just as much is “I will” or “I would” do this to you. This is what evil looks like. This is why terfs need to get the fuck out of our society.

And if you’re a radfem, and you do not condone this behavior, you need to get to the front of the fucking line to criticize. When a trans person says something hateful, I will gladly take them down a peg for it. So if you’re a radfem and you don’t speak out against this hatred, I am certain that means you agree with it.
