Look around you. Appreciate what you have. Nothing will be the same in a year
Patience is a gift we give ourselves in both joy and sorrow. Happiness fades, and sadness does too, reminding us that life is full of change. Only Allah is constant—"The Eternal, The Everlasting." When we trust in His plan, it becomes easier to navigate life’s ups and downs. Allah promises, “With hardship comes ease” (Qur'an 94:6). Though we may not always understand the wisdom behind our struggles, we can rest in the belief that Allah knows what’s best. Trust Him, for He will never burden you beyond your capacity. This moment will pass, and hope will return, inshaAllah.🕊
“Happiness is not handed to us on a silver platter. Happiness is something that we ourselves must be able to manifest all on our own, regardless of what else life gives to us.”

Just pray to be married to someone that respects you, your feelings, your dislikes, your insecurities and discomfort, and your goals.
It’s one thing to love someone the way you want to love them and another to love someone the way they need to be loved.
Surah Yusuf teaches us
- the closest of people can betray you
- broken hearts can be healed through love
- ease comes after hardship
- being sad doesn’t equal being ungrateful
- those who trust the plan of Allāh will win
- the people of patience have beautiful endings
Shaykh Mohammad Aslam
Don’t depend on anyone but Allah. Don’t let your happiness lie in this dunya. Don’t hold grudges against people and always remember to forgive everyone. Everyone sins differently so don’t be the one to judge a person just because their weaknesses show through. Learn to love without hatred. Don’t get angry quickly. Have sabr. Allah forgives all.

Appreciate the small things in life, from the air that you breathe, the bed that you sleep in, the food that you eat, the comfort that your family provides, and so much more. Being content with the small things in life makes you grateful for all the blessings that you have. Contentment is the key to happiness.
