This is NOT a motivational post, I truly mean it, it really is that easy.
Abbreviations used in this post:
3D - The 3rd dimension, your current reality. The physical plane you experience, that mirrors the 4D based on your assumptions.
4D - The 4th dimension, your imagination. The higher plane where your imagination is, the 3D mirrors is based on your assumptions.
1 - THE VOID STATE.
What is the void state really?
In general, the void state is the state of pure consciousness - only being aware of your 4D, ignoring your 3D.
Awake state - being aware of both your 3D and 4D.
State of pure consciousness (void state) - only aware of your 4D.
Asleep state - aware of neither your 3D or 4D.
This is it. It's not a complicated meditative state, it's not astral projecting, it's just this. State of pure consciousness. You think that's hard? You do it every day! Have you ever been distracted at school/any other place, just staring at a wall and daydreaming. Well congratulations, you were in the void state. You were distracted away from the 3D as if it didn't matter, you were only aware of your 4D. (imagination)

2 - THE LAW OF ASSUMPTION
The law of assumption works, when you assume something (believe it's true without proof) and it happens in your 3D. Well, when you desire something, you have to accept that you already have it BECAUSE YOU DO. If you have it in your 4D, then your 3D will copy it as well. It always does.
Remember - think as if, because you do have it. If you have it in your 4D, then you have it in your 3D.

Why is his house so pretty!?đ
I hope one day we get something like the destiny cafe, but itâs his house.
Hello, how are you, I hope you are well, can you tell me how to enter the void with the internal manalog, I need to do it, I need to enter the void state
Okay so a little run down of how to get in void or become consciousness with inner monologue since couple of people are asking me for it
The void is essentially a state of pure awareness where youâre detached from the physical (3D) world. When you use inner monologue, youâre engaging your mind in a focused yet relaxed way that can redirect your attention inward, away from the outside world.
1. Start with simple awareness: Get comfortable, close your eyes if that helps, and begin talking to yourself. It could be anythingâdescribing what you feel, reassuring yourself, or even imagining a conversation with your higher self. There's really no limit on what you can think about.
2. Focus on your thoughts, then detach: As you continue the inner monologue, let go of judgment and allow the words to flow naturally. Eventually, instead of being caught up in the âcontentâ of the words, shift your focus to the awareness of having thoughts. This awareness starts to dissolve the distractions of the 3D world. (In more simple words let of of the judgement because thats letting go of your ego and this is good because the void or consciousness doesn't have a ego. Focus on awareness= your thoughts will become naturally flow where your detaching and you are able to just watch your thoughts flow. So instead of engaging in them just watch them don't interact)
3. Ease into stillness: Once you're focused on awareness itself, allow the monologue to quiet down gradually. You'll notice a point where you become more aware of the space or silence between your thoughts.
4. Surrender and be: The void isn't something you have to "achieve"âit's already there beneath all the noise. Use your inner monologue as a tool to guide yourself inward and then surrender.
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY: don't overthink it or stress this. Void or pure consciousness isn't something you never done, you just don't remember doing it. It not supposed to be difficult unless you are making it difficult (sorry guys). And also if it doesn't go step by step like described in the post that okay! It different for everybody but the most important thing is to let it happen naturally.

that fear i used to have with inducing the void state awake was there out of the fear of failure, but chile when i tell you, it's so... easy?? đđ
i didn't induce it awake, but i tapped into it, but i wasnt aware.
when i was inducing it awake, my body went numb and i started seeing these purple flashes and my eyes were trying to flutter open rlly badly, but i started hyperfocusing on everything so i didn't end up inducing the void state aware, only when i put my mind at rest and relaxed, tht's when i induced the void state.
when i tapped out, i didn't feel like i woke up. it literally felt like i tapped back into awareness. andddd yea? that's all i wanted to say.
btw, i was listening to the same high frequency guru void state vid, and i was just counting from 1 up, and i focused on the blackness behind my eyelids.
method 3: lack of awareness
sleep method gang, rise up. i'm serious. these methods involves reducing your awareness of this reality (or any other) to zero, or as close to zero as possible. This is a potentially prime state to trigger a shift. and by sleep method, i don't mean lucid dreams or SATS, or other partially aware states. i mean having a period of complete unawareness, like totally dreamless sleep, and then waking up in your DR.
this is completely different from the state of pure awareness by the way, because in the state of pure awareness you are aware. like, in pure awareness you have a full train of thought and total control. the absence of awareness is the opposite. it feels sort of like a "blip" where reality, time, and space passed you by and you were not aware of it. this absence of awareness during sleep is (in my experience) the most common cause of accidental or unintentional shifts, but you might be one of those who can trigger a shift to desired realities with this too.
sleeping is not the only way to get to the state of the lack of awareness. i'll cover a sleep method below, and a few other methods with tips and tools for how you might be able to use the state of lack of awareness to trigger a shift.
method 3(a):
sleep method
now, there are lots of sleep methods out there, some with complex routines and rituals, and some as simple as "go to sleep and hope to wake up in your DR." the sleep method here will be shimmer's sleep method, ie, if i want to use sleep as a shifting method, this is what i do! feel free to tweak or adjust the steps to suit yourself. i think of my method a lot like setting up dominoes, and then knocking the first one down right before i fall asleep. if all goes well, the dominoes will fall just so to trigger a shift to my DR while im totally asleep, and i'll simply wake up there.
step one: repetition
throughout the day, i want you to think about two things, a dozen times. 1) shifting, and 2) your DR. now, you probably already do this. you're a shifter, you're on shiftblr, you probably already think about shifting and your DR daily, so maybe try to change up the way you do it to increase the chances your brain is triggered to process that in your sleep. this step is also not necessarily about imagining shifting or daydreaming about your DR, though you can do that if you want to. it's about deliberately thinking about shifting, and your DR, at regular intervals. you don't need to do it constantly, but i'd recommend around a dozen times. this number is often recommended to those hoping to trigger a lucid dream, and the concept is the same: the more regularly you think about something while awake, the more likely you'll think about it while asleep too, as your brain processes those memories and thoughts while you sleep.
step two: saturation
do your usual bedtime routine, whatever it is. now, before you go to sleep, i want you to saturate your awareness (which is currently in your CR) with your DR. do this however you want, i do it in different ways each time, it's really best to pick something that feels natural to you. if it feels like homework or boring or stress, you're naturally averse to that, so pick a way you like. scroll your pinterest board, review your script, rewatch your show, imagine your DR, etc etc. the goal here is just to get your CR brain, and your awareness, to soak up thoughts and visuals and words about your DR.
step three: visualize
now you're laying in bed, about to go to sleep. i want you to create a short visualization sequence (remember, visualization does not just mean actually seeing images with your mind. think about it, pick other senses to visualize, monologue it in your mind, tell yourself about it, imagine it.) so, anyway, visualize yourself falling asleep in your CR, and then waking up in your DR. it should be a fairly short sequence, like you're visualizing about 10-30 seconds of time passing. think about how it feels to fall sleep here, and then how it feels to wake up there. pick one or two things about each moment to focus on. once you have this short sequence, repeat it about a dozen times. repeating this single, short sequence is key.
step four: domino
you decide what your domino is. as you're going to sleep, do something to trigger that "domino effect", and remember your goal is to fall asleep in your CR. so don't pick something that keeps you up. maybe get into a light meditative state (that's my preference,) maybe you like to repeat a mantra, maybe you want to get into hypnogogia for awhile, maybe you're a sleep paralysis enjoyer (i fear you, tbh). maybe you just roll over and fall asleep. whatever it is, remember your goal is to fall asleep, not to shift from that state, so don't stress yourself out or keep yourself up. everything you've done so far has been to prime your brain to trigger a shift during sleep, while you're not aware, so don't lay there waiting for the shift to happen or for signs of a shift. don't strain or agitate. the point is to not be aware of the shift when it happens!
step five: wake up in your DR.
if it didn't work, try again, or try a different method!
method 3(b):
meditation: "blipping out"
now, most of the time i see people talking about "blips" or "blinking out" or losing awareness or time when meditating, they see this as a mistake or mishap because it's happening while they are trying to get into a different meditative state, like pure awareness or focus 10 or something else. this method is ideal for anyone who this happens to, and it's a way you can use it instead of trying to work against it.
step one: visualize
before you meditate, i want you to create a short visualization sequence (remember, visualization does not just mean actually seeing images with your mind. think about it, pick other senses to visualize, monologue it in your mind, tell yourself about it, imagine it.) so, anyway, visualize yourself "blipping out" while meditating. how does it usually feel to come back to awareness? visualize that "coming back" moment happening as your DR self in your DR, instead of here. visualize "blipping out" here, and coming to awareness there. it should be a fairly short sequence, like you're visualizing about 10-30 seconds of time passing. pick one or two things about each moment to focus on. once you have this short sequence, repeat it about a dozen times. repeating this single, short sequence is key.
step two: blip out
whatever meditation or method you've used in the past that cause you to experience a "blip" in awareness, use that again. if it's never happened, try a few different ones until you find one that works for you. the last step was about priming your awareness to come "back" to your DR, so hopefully you do!
method 3(c):
severance method
the name is tongue-in-cheek, this could just as easily be called the adhd method, the trigger method, etc etc. this method doesn't require any meditation, or reaching a different state of awareness. the goal of this method is to hopefully catch your CR brain unawares, and trigger you (awareness) to shift when you (CR self) has forgotten to resist. if this method works for you, then you will shift while totally awake, and doing something entirely mundane in your CR, and potentially when you've forgotten entirely that it was even supposed to make you shift.
i think the severance show is a good way to humorously exemplify the goal of this method: to set a specific "trigger" (place, action, etc) to signal your awareness to shift. if you haven't seen it, in the show the characters awareness is triggered to switch to another identity when they descend or ascend the elevator into work. you can pick anything as your trigger, but personally i recommend picking something you do several times a day, up to a dozen times per day. you could pink something you do all the time, like blinking, but i think that could be strenuous to commit to or you'd end up forgetting to actually do the method each time.
step one: pick your "trigger"
this could be anything, but i'll list a few recommendations: every time you plug your phone in to charge, ever time you open the bathroom door, every time you sit down, every time you go up a set of stairs, every time you turn a light off, etc, etc. pick one that works for you.
step two: repetitive visualization
now, pick a time period. it could be a day, i'd recommend several days or a week. every single time you're about to do your trigger (ie, before you sit down, before you flip the light switch, etc) visualize yourself doing the trigger, and then becoming aware in your DR. create a short visualization sequence (remember, visualization does not just mean actually seeing images with your mind. think about it, pick other senses to visualize, monologue it in your mind, tell yourself about it, imagine it.) like you're visualizing about 10-30 seconds of time passing. pick one or two things about each moment to focus on. repeat it right before every time you do your trigger action.
step three: stop
now, hypothetically there's the chance you get triggered to shift just from step 2, but you don't necessarily go into it expecting that. as this is a lack of awareness method, the goal is to prime your brain and awareness, and then stop. after you pass your time window you set before (a day, a week, whatever) you don't have to visualize every time before you do your trigger action. hopefully, when you're not thinking about it, your awareness will be triggered to shift out of habit. if after a few days, a week, or whatever time period feels right to you you're never triggered to shift, then either try again, or try a different method!
troubleshooting:
similar methods: as you'll likely notice, the above methods have a lot of similarities. honestly, most shifting methods are very similar, and they are often quite similar to lucid dream methods, which are often quite similar to study methods, which are often quite similar to- you get the picture. the point is, the things we can do to trigger our brains to remember and do something we're not consciously fully aware of are often quite similar.
not working? try adding some of your own tweaks, mix up a few methods, or add some other tools. check out this post on what triggers a shift for ideas for what to add, and how.
Need that luck!
Hey loves! New post after a very long time. I canât even remember if I made a post on SATS on or not! But if I havenât, here it is â¨
I feel like this method is very overlooked in a way because it truly is powerful and very easy. This method is called state akin to sleep or SATS for short.
Neville has talked about this method many times because of how effective it is and he has done it many times!
When we are very tired and we are in that drowsy and groggy state between wakefulness in sleep, we are at the slowest brainwave. This is the best time to manifest because our conscious mind is shutting off (because of sleep) and our subconscious mind is open to suggestion.
1. Get into a sleepy state between wakefulness and sleep. You can imagine scenarios in your head (something we are all addicted to lol) until you are tired. Do anything thatâs going to make you tired and want to sleep. This could even be scrolling on your phone.
(You will know you are in SATS when you donât want to open your eyes and are very tired but are still conscious of your thoughts)
2. Start to imagine your scene. This scene could be anything. Imagine your scene as if you already have it. For an example if you want a new phone, imagine yourself scrolling on your new phone. What are you thinking in this moment with your new phone? If you are manifesting a friend group, imagine yourself laughing with this friend group. How do you feel, in this exact moment with your friend group?
3. Repeat this scene over and over and over. Loop it in your mind over and over until you fall asleep. Feel that you have this manifestation. Feel it real in the 3D. Keep the scene sweet and short.
4. Then fall asleep and let your manifestations come true â¨đŤśđ˝
Q:âcan I manifest multiple things with SATS?â
A: Yes you can! So many people have done this. Letâs say youâre manifesting money, but you also want to manifest a new car. Imagine a scene where you are counting how much money you have in your bank account, then switch the scene to you driving your new car. Then go back to the money scene. Keep switching back and forth to the scenes. Or you could imagine that you are counting your money IN your new car.
Q: âCan I affirm instead of visualizing?â
A: Yes you can! This is called the lullaby method. Itâs the same thing but youâre affirming. Just affirm any affirmation you want as long as it fits you. Loop the affirmation(s) over and over until you fall asleep. You can even affirm and visualize at the same time, or you could vaunt (basically rant) about your desires!
Q:âHow do I know if Iâm doing SATS right?â
A: There is no right or wrong way to do SATS. Feel your scene to be real (because it is) whether thatâs affirmations or visualizing, then fall asleep.
Bye !! Let me know if you have any other questions!
Hello! Iâve been seeing a lot of disinformation lately, and Iâve noticed that some people might need help, so I wanted to chime in. I can shift whenever I want, and I see a LOT of limiting beliefsâbut I understand because I was once on the other side.
Disclaimer: This is all based on my personal experience with how I became a master shifter. Youâll want to read everythingâitâs important.
I first shifted around March 2022. I would always use methods. I would affirm, tell myself I was detached from this reality, and so on. During my very first shift, I literally affirmed all night long (if this sounds familiar, itâs because I used to have another blog here, lol). You know, really complicated stuff. Then... things changed. I couldnât shift anymore. I kept using the same methods, but they didnât work!
Thatâs when I started questioning everything about shifting and consciousness. Why was it that I could be in another reality where things like magic exist, but then suddenly I couldnât shift anymore? Why were the methods, like lucid dreaming or the void, seemingly more powerful than the act of switching realities itself? Why, when I shifted from my Desired Reality to my Current Reality, all I needed to do think of my CR to shift backâbut it didnât work the other way around?
None of it made sense! And Iâm sure many others have asked themselves these same questions.
I came up with two theories:
This reality has something unique compared to the infinite other realities. To shift from here, you need something extra, like a method.
Thereâs something else at play, something unrelated to the realities themselves.
I dismissed the first option. Thereâs nothing inherently special about this reality. So why do we use methods here but not in our DRs?
Then, I thought back to how I used to shift... detaching from my body, affirming until I shifted. It all aligned with my subconscious beliefs. The method didnât work because thatâs how shifting works, but because it made sense to my subconscious. Of course I would shift if I did these thingsâbecause thatâs what I believed shifting required.
Well... kind of. As I said, it made sense because it aligned with my beliefs. So when the method failed, I wasnât letting myself shift.
Did you catch that? I didnât let myself shift. Of course, it wasnât the method. At what point do you actually shift? Is it when you affirm? Do you really think the universe is just waiting for you to say the right thing enough times before it switches you to your DR?
No. Itâs you.
So, you have two choices:
Find a method that truly aligns with your beliefs, or
Change your subconscious beliefs.
Changing your beliefs might seem hard, but Iâm going to explain why itâs not as difficult as it feels.
All your life, youâve had certain beliefs, but those beliefs came from somewhere. You werenât born thinking you need methods to shiftâitâs something that developed over time. Which means itâs not set in stone. It can be changed.
I realized that every reality holds the same weight. Thereâs NOTHING you can do in this oneâno intrusive thoughts or negative emotionsâthat can stop you. Why? Because those thoughts and emotions are products of this reality. Shifting is simply changing what youâre aware of. Thatâs literally it. Anything outside of that canât stop you.
Yes, weâve all seen those posts saying things like, "Oh, youâre not focused enough" or "You spend too much time on X, Y, Z" or even "You donât go outside enough" (I legit read this on hereây'all are wildinâ). Are you in your DR thinking "Oh, I thought about failing to shift, it means I won't :("? Of course you aren't! But nothing can stop you from shifting. Nothing can stop you from being aware that you are a master shifter.
So, how do you become aware of that?
I started affirming throughout the day. I would tell myself these things:
Iâm pure consciousness. I create my reality, and everything around me is just what I choose to perceive.
Iâm a master shifter. I donât need methods. All I need to do is choose to shift, think of my DR, and it happens.
Nothing in the 3D can stop me from shifting, because Iâm in the 4D and pure consciousness.
I told myself these things constantly, and I truly understood what I was affirming. What being pure consciousness and being a master shifter actually meant. I stopped using methods. I stopped acting like this reality was special compared to the ones I wanted to be in. And then... it happened.
I shifted. During the day. I simply thought of my DR, told myself, I want to shift, and there I wasâin my DR. It happened because, as I said, my subconscious beliefs changed and then manifested in my reality. The same way they did when I believed I needed methods.
Naturally, I stopped using methods. I stopped trying to shift. I no longer thought, Okay, tonight Iâm going to shift, and I'm going to use X method. Because thatâs not how you think or act when youâre a master shifter. I let goâwhy would I bother using a method before sleeping when I could just stand up, think about my DR, and be there? Why would I bother doing a method before falling asleep when I knew I'm a master shifter?
I allowed myself to shift. It was me! When people ask, What method did you use? What did you do to shift?âdo you really, truly believe itâs the method that makes you shift? Of course you do, because you live in a reality that seems logical, and you apply that logic to shifting. But shifting isnât logical! It just happens! I have no idea whyâitâs literally just magic to meâbut thatâs how it works.
So, you need to understand: You make it happen. Thatâs a good thing, right? It means you donât need methods, and you donât need to keep searching for âthe key.â
Anyway, I hope this helps someone. (Also yes, before you tell me, I know this is basically Law Of Assumption. But I wanted to explain it in more of shifting terms)
(Also if someone wants to post this to another social you have my permission- especially reddit since I was active in that community but I deleted my acc lol)
Edit: Hey guys there are some additional notes in the comments that might be useful!
Hey folks! In this post I'm gonna share a ADHD friendly method for the void which I found on Pinterest ....With this method you can enter the void with a lot of ease
So here it is :
It is basically for SHIFTING but I'll tell u how u can use it to enter the void
STEP 1
putting on binareul beats/ subliminals/music is recommended!! If you're going to sleep lay on your back if not sit down.
STEP 2
Make sure you're not interrupted during this !! If you're sitting stare at the wall and if you're laying down look at the ceiling.
STEP 3
Start daydreaming about how your life is gonna look like after u have manifested your dream life in the void (keep ur eyes open) make sure you're still staring at the wall/ceiling.
STEP 4
Add feelings to ur scenarios !! picture actual scenarios that will make you feel like you've finally manifested ur dream life in the void. It doesn't matter if this gets you mad sad or happy.
STEP 5
Now let ur mind wander about the void or how ur life is gonna look like once u manifeste everything acknowledge all those thoughts and then let them go. It's ok to do 4&5 as much as you need!
STEP 6
Your eyes should still be looking after ceiling/wall but they should be unfocused. picture the ceiling as if it were moving farther away. your eyelids should start slowly closing.
STEP 7
Let ur eyelids close and visualize how ur void will look like or I can visualise urself floating etc and really feel it.
STEP 8
Your body will feel numb you will feel whatever symptoms you get when u r about to enter the void.
STEP 9
You will either enter by now or go to sleep and now you shoud wake up there.
Easy Peasy , Right ? :) Try it out and let me know how it goes.... bbye âĄ
all this is, is knowing the placement of your bedroom when you will wake up in you dr
tip #1: have your dr bedroom as you homescreen, so that you become familiar with seeing your bedroom in your or
1. meditate with this or use this part as a method when youâre about to sleep
â i want you to close your eyes and visualise your dr bedroom empty
â do this in 1st person (if youâre bad at doing visualisation in 1st person, I suggest you meditate midday doing the same thing)
2. slowly place things in your room, I suggest starting with things closest to you, then move out
â place EVERY little detail, posters, light fixtures and lamps, desks, chairs, mirrors, decor, windows, curtains etc.
3. get settled into your bedroom, feel the temperature, which direction the air is flowing and the smell of your sheets
â if youâre doing this as a method, you can imagine that outside your window itâs dark, and youâre about to fall asleep
â if youâre also doing this as a method: think about the things you have to do when you wake up first in your dr, write an internal lists of to do
ex. hanging out with your s/o, packing to go on a vacation with the girls
4. open your eyes to your dr, or if you didnât shift, feel the disconnect from your or
⢠why this works is because it makes you more familiar with the home of your dr, makes your expect yourself to wake up in your dr
⢠you trick yourself into thinking youâre already there and you have thing to do in your dr
