Welcome to another post! This is inspired @luckykiwiii101 but this is another type of method to enter the void state fast!

To all the people that told me “You don’t do your research” and when other blogs tell me I don’t do my “research” please just understand that even if I am wrong, I do my research. And I try to make things simpler for everyone but receive hate back. Anyway, let’s get on with it!

Yoga Nidra is an amazing meditation that can not only help you get in the void state, but it can help you with your physical state, as well.

Yoga Nidra will induce delta waves and the delta state of mind, which can help access the subconscious mind. And we all know once we have access the subconscious, things like the void state and shifting realities or whatever you want to do.

(Depending on how deep you are in the meditation, you could also be in the alpha state)

“We spend close to a third of our lifetime asleep, yet we don't know much about it, particularly the delta state. Science believes that thought processes disappear in this state and conscious awareness is lost.

For this reason it is believed that within this realm is the gateway to God, to Infinite Intelligence or the Collective Unconscious” mind.”

The delta state of mind is perfect for accessing your “godlike self” and other spiritual practices.

Here’s the method:

1. Do the Yoga Nidra Meditation, specifically this one: https://youtu.be/8mM5Oks8yZc?si=AM3ZZSD0wosTWATt This video is perfect because it’s 30 minutes and that’s long enough.

2. After you have finished the meditation, and she leads you out, don’t move and stay in this meditative state.

3. After that, you can play delta waves or brown noise or any subliminal/binaural beat of your choice. I recommend making a playlist so you don’t have to get up to change the video.

4. Then, time to begin the distraction technique. Daydream and let your mind wander. You can imagine anything you want, but for me I like to imagine my favorite songs (like Lana Del Rey) and just imagine scenarios to it that won’t make me focus on the 3D.

5. Then once you feel like you’re done daydreaming, you’ll be in the void state! If not yet, since your in the delta state, you can affirm for the void state while focusing on the black behind your eyes and focusing solely on your affirmations.

Hi! I know I stopped posting on Tumblr, but I wanted to post this! I was having a conversation with @gorgeouslypink, and we were reminiscing about 2022 void/loa Tumblr when there were so many success stories because there were a lot challenges and methods, and there was overall just a very motivating and good atmosphere on loa Tumblr! Practice deep breathing. The website linked has 10 different breathing exercises that are helpful for minimizing stress. Pick one that you like and do it until you feel calm and not so affected by your circumstances.

Listen to this audio either once or a few times. It's super helpful to clear your mind and it puts you in an ideal state for meditation. (Credit to @gorgeouslypink for finding the audio) It does have music though, so if that's distracting to you, here is a non-music alternative.

Do this meditation. If you look through the comments, you can see that this meditation has gotten a lot of people into the void state or into very deep/relaxed states!

Once the meditation ends, if you don't find yourself in the void, you should anyways be in a very relaxed state of mind. Remain in the position you are in with your eyes closed, as it is likely that you will fall into SATS, and just affirm for the void from there! Try not to force anything, just let yourself relax and fall into the void state.

Simplicity once mastered: after gaining control, entering the void state or shifting realities becomes straightforward. You just need a clear intention and absolute certainty that it will happen.

Suitable for everyone: especially beneficial for those who struggle with the first method, providing a nightly opportunity to access the void state or shift realities

Flexibility between states: once you’ve mastered one state, switching between them to enter the void or shift becomes easy.

🔻🔻The key is to stabilize yourself before proceeding.🔻🔻

🌑 How To Enter The Void State (Part 2) And Shift Reality

My favorite combinations - Sleep paralysis → Void state → Shift - Lucid dream → Void state → Shift

Whether you use LD, AP or SP, there are 3 key principles to remember:

🔑Maintain positive or neutral thoughts and emotions

Negative hallucinations only happen due to your thoughts or emotions. Nothing bad can happen to you (unless you believe it can). At worst, you’ll just wake up.

→ To avoid negative projections : (1) Affirm during the day that these states are enjoyable and safe for you. (2) Before bed, listen to music that puts you in a good mood, (3) and during these states, focus on positive or funny thoughts.

🔑Stabilize in these states

Once you’re in one of these states, stabilize yourself before doing anything else.

E.g. In SP: don’t panic. First, stabilize yourself by staying calm and taking your time to breathe. Then, focus on the next step, to access the void. E.g. In a LD : If you miss the chance to shift (the dream fades, and you find yourself awake in the dark), keep your eyes closed and try to induce SP or astral projection (AP). Once you’re stabilized in either state, you can choose to enter the void, shift to another reality.

🔑Align Attention, Intention, and Thoughts

They must be perfectly aligned to enter the void, switch states, or shift realities. This may take practice.

Tips: Before You Sleep Take a moment to plan what you’re going to do. Spend at least 2 minutes clearly affirming your intention: which method you will use (lucid dreaming, astral projection, or sleep paralysis) and why (to access the void or shift). Also, decide which state you will choose to switch to in case of failure.

Acknowledge your intention to be in your DR. Focus on the colors and shapes that appear behind your eyelids, then:

Affirm firmly: “I am now in [DR's name].”

Or, visualize yourself physically present in your DR and using your senses (e.g., imagine waking up in your DR and trying to feel the sheets, etc.).

Once you’re lucid in your dream, ground yourself in the scene without trying to control it. Simply observe the details around you and feel everything.

Tip: If you have a script for your DR, find an image of the room where you will wake up that matches a room in your DR and focus on returning to your physical body in that room, which belongs to your DR.

(this method may not work for everyone)

In the astral world, with your astral body, lie down on the ground. Close your eyes and focus strongly on entering the Void.

→ During astral projection, thought is enough to manifest everything you want in your astral world.

3. When i take off my headphones and i hear in my ears that dubumdubum sound, i know that I’m ready.

4. Then i just lie on my bed in comfortable position to fall asleep and i repeat in my head “I am aware, I am aware”

Here’s how you can approach it:

Affirm/Visualize What You Want: Once you're in that deeply relaxed state, start affirming what you desire or imagine the feeling of having it. Keep it simple, repetitive, and clear. If your goal is to enter the void, you can affirm, “I am in the void state,” or “I have entered the void effortlessly.” Let that thought loop in your mind.

Let Go & Drift: The key is to not try too hard. Let your affirmations or visualizations flow naturally as you drift into deeper relaxation. The void is all about allowing, not forcing.

The more you practice, the easier it will be to hit that sweet spot between wakefulness and sleep. Persistence is key, and trust that the more you do it, the more natural it will feel.

one thing that we need to understand is that everyone is different, and there isn't a one size fits all in terms of law of assumption, pure consciousness, etc.. with pure consciousness, i've mentioned before that there are many ways to induce pure consciousness. i personally promote the way how i induced it becuz after running away from an awake method for almost a year, i ended up inducing pure consciousness awake unintentionally multiple times in a row. but that's me personally. i thought to myself that it might end up being the case for some others, so i felt the need to upload my experience.

however, i know a lot of y'all want to manifest your dream lives before 2025 arrive, but one thing you have to know is that YOU will induce pure consciousness someway or the other. whether it is that you do an awake method, a sleep method, wbtb, etc., you will induce pure consciousness.

everyone is different. it have persons who can't focus on anything for longer than 5 mins, and it have people who can focus on one thing for more than 3 hours. it have persons who can stay still for a long period of time, and it have persons who can't stay still for more than 2 minutes. it has people who can easily lose themselves in their daydreams and inner monolog, and it has people who can't. ofc, all of these are circumstances assumptions (that people aren't willing to change), which also means that you have to find something that's most suitable for you!

cuz at the end of the day, it's your dream life that you want the most! inducing pure consciousness is second.
