If Dipcifica dated, they'd be the kind of couple that would make fun of each other's quirks and gestures - (like how Astrid was with Hiccup at the beginning of HTTYD2, all good fun and never malicious) and depending on things it sometimes ends with a fight (though, they make up quick).
This would start just before they start dating, but they're already super close friends.
Dipper would definitely do this when he's teasing Pacifica, (he was making fun of how she would look like when she loses at Mini Golf in canon) especially because of how he and Mabel tease and rough house in good fun with each other, so he'd be more use to doing it as an innocent joke.
Though, it's a hit or miss with Pacifica. When Dipper started teasing her, she'd be genuinely annoyed and bite back a comeback or do the same with his quirks but more mocking but not hurtful, in defense. Dipper tried to not do it much but he just finds Pacifica's reaction too funny. She's quick to adapt tho, and soon she's bantering with Dipper like Hiccstrid was.
There are times when it just hits home even if Dipper doesn't mean to, and Pacifica feels like the jokes was reminding her of the Northwest family shame and action- times like she feels she'd never escape being "just a link to the world's worst chain". So she'd attack Dipper with hurtful words that'd end with them fighting. Dipper would try to pacify her at first but she'd continue and Dipper would lose his temper because her words is just that sharp. They'd stayed apart and cool down, but would make up before that night or the next day.
However, this is super rare and gets rarer still, because they talk about their issues every time they fight, and it actually brings them even closer.
They'd have those photobooth strip pictures where it's just them trying to act as each other in the most exaggerated ways. They'd also do the "copying their gestures behind their partners' back while partner talk to other people, and pretend to not be doing anything when you look back, nut always be caught', tho its always only when they're around friends.
It's actually depressing to do things in your own time, way and opinion. Mostly because people often disagrees with you and they prefer to do what's more popular now, and if you don't follow the trend, you're just a weirdo trying to fit in. A block in a jigsaw puzzle. But don't let it bring you down. There are still people who will accept you for who you are.
