My name is Abdelmajed Elderawi, and I am writing to you from Gaza, where life has become an unimaginable struggle. Our days are filled with uncertainty, and the hope for a better future feels like a distant dream.
The war has left deep scars on my family and me. Weāve endured the heartbreaking loss of 25 loved onesāeach one a light extinguished too soon. Their absence is a pain I carry every day, and I often find myself lost in memories of the laughter and joy they brought into our lives.
Life in Gaza Today: šĀ Overwhelming Loss:Ā The pain of losing so many family members is impossible to describe. š½ļøĀ Barely Getting By:Ā Even basic necessities like food and water are becoming harder to afford. š Ā No Safe Shelter:Ā Our homes, once our refuge, now feel fragile and unsafe. šĀ Dreams on Hold:Ā The pursuit of education and opportunities has been replaced by the constant fight for survival.
Your Support Gives Us Hope: This isnāt just about financial helpāitās about knowing that someone, somewhere, cares. Your kindness can be a source of strength for us, a reminder that weāre not alone in this fight.
Iām not asking for muchājust a little hope, a little relief, and a chance to keep moving forward. Your generosity, in any form, can make a difference in ways you might not even imagine.
Thank you for taking the time to hear my story. Your kindness means more than words can express.
With heartfelt gratitude, Abdelmajed ā¤ļø
Very excited to see more acolyte merch, and we're finally getting our first official "figure" of the stranger!
I think things like this are important, characters like Torbin and Aniseya probably won't get much merch so getting things like this in the collection is always exciting
Definitely gunna try to get 1 of each in my collection
Also- how cool would it be to get something like this for the High Republic books. Getting figures feels like a dream but something like this could be a more realistic goal and I know high republic fans would love it
Imagine a mini-Marchion, Loden, or Avar Kriss!
A phase 1 & phase 2 wave would be sick! I feel like we need something big to kick off the final wave of high republic books
Took a break from Star Wars for a bit after The Acolyte and had the pleasure of exploring some other fandoms for while
Now that Iām divining back in thereās so much more high republic media I gotta catch up with in 2025
Looking forward to to how much joy and āØTrauma⨠that the High Republic gives me
Look at how incredible this is! I cannot wait to get this in person and actually read it. I know that the audio book is also going to go so hard *just like they all do*
Plus itās going to be 500+ pagesā¦..we are so not ready for what this book is about to bring. With everything, I know itās gonna be a rollercoaster from start to finish.
Iāve been keeping up with the High Republic since it was first announced and seeing these characters grow and change has been such an emotional/fulfilling journey. Itās gunna be hard to say goodbye to these characters for awhile. Iām gunna miss em so much. Avar, Elzar, Stellan, Vernestra, Marchion, Bell, Keevee, Xylan Graff, Marda, Kevmo, Loden, Imri, and Gavi all of you will have my heart forever š«¶š½š«¶š½š
I will forever defend Wraith Arc and I wanted to expand on my thoughts for a labyrinth for Magia Exedra.
Obviously the wraiths would be basic enemies and, as we work through each level the wraiths level up as well. We could start fighting the basic wraith, then acolyte wraiths-Enlightenment Wraiths-Deliverance Wraiths. The final boss of the level could be the Spindle Witch.
Weāve never gotten to see the spindle witch in color and thatās a fucking crime. Suleika looks SO GOOD in the game and I think the spindle witch deserves that some treatment.
They should run a Kioku banner for Bow-Homura and Wraith-Madoka āWraithdokaā. For Homura Iām think she should remain as a dark-attribute attacker but with a different skill. And Wraith Madoka should be a Void-attribute debuffer. Those seem like the best options in my opinion but feel free to disagree.
I finally got a a hard copy of Wraith Arc and rereading it has me excited for the potential for finally seeing it appear and hey, I didnāt make it to Magia Record so hereās our chance!
Recently finished S3 of Castelvania and goddamn is it a hit to the gut. The season started out with a more hopeful, cheerful tone and then the last 3 episodes really go for the jugular. Iām very excited to see where these characters end up in season 4.
Trevor & Sypha are more traumatized than ever. Sypha especially, having experienced this level of trauma for the first time *potentially* and Trevor regressing into his old ways of thinking
Alucard is feeling used, alone, and vengeful. Trying to make friends and striving to be like his mom and then getting used while the most vulnerable.
Hector is a slave/pet. The one thing he understood and tried to push humanity into he himself has become.
Issac is the only one to have come out winning this season, being such a great representation of a morally grey poc character. Iām honestly rooting for him tbh
Kinda niche but I hope that we get a cool moment for master Xo Lahru by the end of phase 3. Heās 1 of only 4 cannon grandmasters we have so far and I would love to know more about him.
Pra-Tre veter got such a badass end to his character fitting of a grandmaster, having an incredible show of strength in the shadows of starlight comic. Weāve also gotten to know him and his personally quite well in the Yoda comics and shadows of starlight, while also having a historic death that really impacted me while reading it.
That Fight scene in Shadows of starlight will forever live rent free in my head tbh. And the armor he wears is top notch, and Iāll always be a Master Veter defender
I think Pra-Tre really had the āgrandmaster auraā and I hope we get the some love for Lahru and Ry Ki-Sakka because they have such cool designs and I donāt want that potential to be wasted
Been rewatching TOTE *inquisitor brainrot setting in hard* and I have some thoughts on Barriss's induction into the inquisitorious and how it relates to the larger group
To be honest, I think that she was always "supposed" to win her duel and join their order and that the entire episode of Devoted was a set-up. Dante and Ahmar were potential candidates sure, but I donāt think the Grand Inquisitor or Palpatine expected them to win
We know that Palpatine actively sought out Jedi that were pushing back against the order as potential candidates for the inquisitorious, even saving them from Order-66 (Iskat)
The Grand Inquisitor was at her trial and commented that she "might not be as powerful as they thought"
She might have been the only Jedi to protest the war in such an open way, and, despite her efforts she definitely tapped into the darkside. Letting it pretty consume herself. I believe this resonated deeply with a certain temple guard who had already been feeling some uneasiness within the order
Now I think that the other 2 also fit into this mold, however they didn't seem has experienced or prepared
Itās interesting to note that the three of them knew each other and Dante had been friends with Barriss.
Iām going to guess that these 2 where young Jedi that had voiced problems with the order and where spared, but didnāt have the strength or notoriety that Barriss had.
The grand Inquisitor himself was the one to train Barriss, the same way he did Iskat while Lyn (a lower ranked inquisitor) was tasked with the less important job of training Dante.
If I had to guess it was a trial by fire, if Barriss won then everything went as planned and if not well then they have a strong new initiate into their order
Barriss proved herself and they already had a uniform at the ready for her once she was finished.
Now- we can assume that they might have had uniforms ready for the other 2 as well, however, I think they had their bets on Barriss since the Clone Wars
It wouldn't surprise me if we found out later down the line that she had spoke to Hezzo as well. Similar to Iskat.
Plus- I like the idea that Marrok was one of the first recruits and that the Eighth brother may not have been expected to survive his initiation
Hence his armor being "rushed" and looking so close to a previous design. They didnāt think he would win and this could be shown in his fighting style. Choosing to flee over stand his ground
The Empires mistake was thinking that Barriss was like them
That she fell to the darkside due to her hate/anger. Barriss made mistakes and tapped into the darkside but it was out of protest for the war and the trauma she faced. She was left in a cell to reflect and grieve.
The moment it came to actually fighting a fellow Jedi, she faltered
I honestly just love the inquisitors and I hope that we get more material following how they where as Jedi and the interactions between them
The day I get to see Iskat & Tualon in animation/live-action I'm going feral lol
So, Iām very excited for the new Kylo Ren/Ben Solo comic and to see what he was up to between TLJ and TROS. Thereās a lot of room to explore his mindset during this year; seeing how we felt about Rey, Luke's death, and his place in the galaxy/First Order.
Itās come out that Kylo will be hunting down a survivor of Order-66 in this comic *Just 1 not a whole group* and I wanted to throw my hat in the ring and guess which Jedi that It will be and rank the likelihood of them appearing.
As a Prelude: Iām okay with there still being a few Jedi around during this era. In Legends there were Jedi that survived from the prequels well past Luke and George Lucas himself had plans of incorporating them into a potential sequel trilogy.
Also- who knows if itāll be an actual Jedi that weāve met. It could be a brand new jedi or a force sensitive who survived the galactic purge. With that said, let's get started!
Coleman Kcaj- One of the last surviving members of the Jedi High Council, we know that Kcaj had survived Order-66 and went into hiding. He was a high priority target for the Inquisitor but to our knowledge was never found. Heās only been a background character at this point so it would be nice to give him some spotlight. 6/10
Oppo Rancisis- Another member of the High Council thatās served on the council since the High Republic, it would be nice to find out what happened to him. My only hesitation is that he's been mentioned in Jedi: Survivor and it may be more likely that we see him appear in the 3rd game instead. 4/10
Lyn Rackish (4th Sister)- At the end of TOTE Lyn left the Empire behind, rejoining Barriss in the light and attempting to save her life. I assume she may have joined the Hidden Path and aided in saving other force sedatives. Seeing a former darksider who;s joined the light could offer some good story beats for Kylo. 7/10
Quinlan Vos- A powerful and popular Jedi master, fans have been clambering to see Quinlan make his grand return to Canon. As much as i would love to see him again I find it more likely that we see him appear in a hidden path show or comic will Ventress. 2/10
Tsui Choi- a Aleen Jedi who appeared in multiple Legends comics, he survived Order-66 and aided a group of Jedi to assassinate Darth Vader. He hasnāt appeared in Canon yet and it could be a nice spotlight for him. 6/10
Gungi- A Jedi youngling who we saw grow as a jedi in the Clone Wars, he befriended the Bad Batch after Order-66 and went to live on his home planet. Gungi (or any other of the young;ings) would be nice to see again but this doesnāt feel like the right medium for that. 1/10
Reva Sevander (3rd Sister)- My top pick to appear and meet Ben tbh. Sheād be quite old at this point but there are so many lessons I think Kylo could learn from her. They both have a direct link to Vader and learn to grow past their darkness. Give her a white lightsaber PLEASE! 7/10
Sha Koon- A keldor Jedi Knight & the niece of Plo Koon, Sha managed to survive Vaderās attack on the Temple and went into hiding. Later trying to assassinate Vader in an attempt to cripple the new regime. It would be a nice way to introduce her into canon and there could be potential for future stories down the line. 5/10
Bultar Swan- We havenāt seen much of Bultar Swan in canon. She briefly appears in AOTC and we know Plo Koon finished her training after her master's death. In legends sheās another survivor of Order-66 that goes on to face Vader and it would be nice to see her make a full return to canon storytelling. 6/10
Iāve really been loving Madoka Magia Exedra and I canāt wait for future events. I never got the opportunity to play Magia Record š but this game has been so much fun. I genuinely log in every day to play a level, event, and earn supplies. The Gacha system is admittedly evil but Im thankful with how lucky Iāve been.
I got a free Mami off the daily free Madokami pull!!!
With the rumored Doppel-Iroha on the way *which Iām hyped for* I think this opens the door for a lot of fun characters. Obviously all characters with Doppels could have new kioku but the game could really do something special for Candeloro & Ophelia.
They could release labyrinths for these two witches at the same time they release the Doppel Mami/Kyoko banners. We never got them as bosses for Magia Record so it would be nice to bring them back from the PSP game. Imagine exploring these areas, it would be breathtaking for sure!
On that note, Iām hoping that we get a new labyrinth when they release Mabayu instead of an event but thatās just me.
Iām hoping for a lot of hype when the Rebellion story gets released as well.
ALSO- while im here, i really hope wraith arc gets some love. Getting o fight wraiths for the first time, Bow-Homura Kioku, wraith-Madoka, what more could you want!?
In a perfect world these 3 would all be happy and living there life together. Aiding planets, stopping pirates, and being the cutest polycule in the galaxy
Alasā¦.all we high republic fans know is trauma. God I love these books
