Spoiler - ep.4 very initial thoughts

I will need to watch this episode again (and again and again) to wrap my head around it and process everything before I write something more coherent... But for now:

Can it be any more obvious that Rio is Death? She needs bodies, she didn't heal Teen (so she's not a green witch - as they are supposed to be the healers - unless Rio didn't WANT to heal him?), she "had to do her job".

Noone can convince me otherwise.

Especially that Agatha KNEW Rio was coming - she panicked at the word "Death" in last episode (wanted to run straight away) and she knew Sharon's death will bring Rio back to her. That's why she seemed insensitive and wanted to walk on and get away from Sharon's body as quickly as possible. When she realised it wasn't going to work, she came up with a rouse that the coven needed to summon a new green witch, just to cover up who Rio really was.

I think she didn't want the coven to realise Rio was there for Agatha, but why?

And... why then expose Rio in the sound booth? Was she playing protective over the coven and wanted to let them know not to trust Rio, without actually telling them? Or, was that simply another way to distance herself from Rio - show her that she still hated her?

I think in the end she falls apart at the words "She is my scar". The whole episode Agatha was trying to just get away from Rio and was frustrated how much hold she still has on her. As much as Rio plays a lost puppy, trying to follow her everywhere, we see that the feeling is mutual. That last scene was SOOOOO SOOOFT and you can tell how much Agatha reacted at her slight touch and how much she needed this. If Rio didn't speak, who knows how far they'd take it...

But is Rio's job just being Death? Or, more specifically, is she to follow Agatha everywhere she goes? Is this a result of some pact (marriage?) or did Agatha bind Rio to herself?

The witches talk about their scars and it sounds like the Road is targeting just that. I bet there will be a vampire in Lilia's tarot trial!

So what if the Road taps into Rio's "scar" as well? What if, instead of getting Agatha back, Rio's wish is actually to break that connection between them because it feels too painful? I hope not!

Sander Sides Wrist Tattoos 2.0 !! original designs

ssoooo @astro-flowers spurred me on to create Remus’ Tattoo design~ ssoo i thought I would update everyone else too! (I put them in the order of the rainbow!)

Roman- His emblem of a shield with a sun Deceit- His emblem of a two headed snake… his design kinda broke the one-line rule… I had to add little snek tongues or it wouldn’t feel right! Remus- His emblem of a tentacle sword (shown on Thomas’ Livestream) Patton- still a heart, but REVISED! I added a little bubble and redrew the heart to look like two arms giving a hug (or two hands holding a heart, either way) Logan- His v serious tie, but REVISED! I had added a little detail, partly to show the diagonal design of his tie, but maybe to also demonstrate his ability to ‘fill in the blanks’ and be the missing piece of a conversation. Virgil- His emblem of a storm cloud with a lightning bolt.

In this revision, I made the designs go up the arm instead of across the wrist, thought it would be cooler to show how each side is one of a whole… an entirely single line, slightly influenced to be a different shape and purpose. for those that want to get a tattoo or just doodle on your arm (lol, be safe): feel free to organize them as you please! in any order or orientation

Rio constantly yelling “why don’t you want me” and telling Agatha she loves her and that she knows she loves her back was just wow. Rio was truly distraught over Agatha not wanting her anymore. She looked so heartbroken when Agatha said “I don’t want to see you for the rest of my life and when I die” so Rio just didn’t collect her soul once she died. Everything about the finale and their relationship has left me reeling. I cannot function

What Billy is probably thinking: wow Agatha is still really touchy about Rio when newsflash, we can all tell that you used to date.

What Agatha is probably thinking: I still feel guilty about killing Alice so I don’t want to think or talk about Rio reaping her soul right now as we speak.

What Rio is probably thinking: WOW I can’t BELIEVE my GOOD FRIEND LILIA didn’t recognize me after all of the QUALITY TIME we’ve spent together. I’m going to put on my WORK CLOTHES and let her know of her IMMINENT DEATH.

I would just like to take a second to thank every single fanfiction writer who’s ever published a fic. In the last 3 weeks, I’ve read over 890,000 words of fanfiction while in quarantine. I know legally, fanfiction writers are not considered “essential” but let me tell you: they are essential to me. Essential to my sanity, my wellbeing, my happiness. Fic gives me so much joy and such a love for the world and the people in it, and fic writers don’t ask for anything in return, except occasional engagement. So from the bottom of my heart: thank you fic writers. Thank you for keeping me company during this time of isolation. Thank you for writing stories that give me hope and take my mind off of my anxiety. Thank you for making me laugh even when I don’t think it’s possible. Thank you for giving me something to be excited about when it feels like the world is falling apart around me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
