Rogue Redesigns: Part 1/18

Starting a new series where I redesign some Batman Rogues just cuz!

Starting off with Scarecrow I immediately knew I wanted to do something plague-doctor-like, so I took the typical beak mask and fudged it a bit to give the impression of a crow skull. Playing with his “fear” version was a lot of fun as well, making him a big cryptid bird man. He’s also got little crow friends because why not?
