Okay, so I've been thinking a lot about this and I need some reassurance from the needs out there who can help me decide on this.

I've wanted a tattoo that has special meaning to me and I've been critical with myself to only get it if I've wanted the same tattoo (same design, same colour, same placement) for over two years. That way I know i really want it and it's not a spur of the moment situation.

And the thing is I've recently fallen back into the pit of despair and joy that is Star Wars - the Clone wars (🥰🥰) and need help deciding;

Do I want "Live to fight another day" in English or Aurebesh 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Plz help meeee!🙏🙏

Every writer on Tumblr: “I would combust out of love if someone ever drew fanart of my fic!!” Me: “oh man I wanna draw this scene BUT THEY WOULD PROBABLY HATE IT AND HATE ME FOR THE NERVE”

Always breaks my heart whenever I pick apart scenes like this from TCW, any of the movies, books or even comics. Cause you can't help but deconstruct how all three sides of these people are feeling: the clones, jedi and innocent civilians turned freedom fighters.

Star wars does an amazing job at representing how all of these people find themselves on the same side while still feeling all so differently. You can feel the pain from the civilians caught in the war, you can understand the bluntness and obliviousness of the clones, but most of all you can feel the frustration from the jedi. Many of them are lost while fighting in a war they should believe in but deep down they know its wrong, and they can only see the suffering they are causing.

Worst of all, the padawans like Ahsoka, Bariss, Kanan or even the kids that traveled to acquire their lightsbers have to traverse this war while their masters die left and right next to them. They're supposed to be led so they can be better than their masters, but all they can do is survive or hope to outlive them.

Just always brings me to tears whenever I think about it (I won't even mention the clones, their pain goes far beyond just the jedi's).

Imagine you have a coworker who likes to bake. Every week, they bring in a batch of delicious, homemade cookies and leave them in the break room. Next to the plate of cookies is a sign, “If you like my cookies, could you please just leave me a note and tell me what you like about them? The more feedback you leave about what you like, the more incentive I have to bake.” A hundred coworkers walk by and take a cookie. One person leaves a note. “Great cookies! Bake some more soon!”

The next week, once again there are cookies in the break room with the same sign. Once again a hundred people take a cookie and only one person leaves a note. “Nice! More soon!”

Week Three- Once again, a hundred people take a cookie. No one leaves a note.

Week Four- One hundred people take a cookie. No note.

Week Five- There are no cookies. Someone leaves a note. “Where are the cookies? I loved them. Please, please bake some cookies.”

Week Six- There are no cookies. Ten people leave notes. “I miss your cookies. They were my favorites. I loved the chocolate chips. My friend really liked the way you had almonds in the cranberry ones.”

Week Seven- Motivated by the wonderful notes, the baking coworker stays up late to bake the best batch of cookies they have ever made. That week, a hundred people take a cookie. No one leaves a note. 

The co-worker gives up baking for their colleagues.
