Himiko’s idea of a romantic date with Ochako is having a picnic together in the park while showing off her arrest records.

“Here’s that time I got into a drunken bar fight where I maimed every single patron. And here’s that time I crowbarred an ATM machine open and stole all the cash. Ooh, this one’s from yesterday! This is for committing massive amounts of fraud to buy you your super pretty diamond ring.”
