my favorite thing as a trans person is to use the pronouns i see people using less for someone in a friend group who introduced themself with a pronound set;

all your friends only use she for you but you're a she/he? i'll be balancing out those he's for you!

trans woman who uses she/they and no one has used she pronouns for you all night? don't you worry, i got you 💚

oh you use he/it pronouns and everyone is too scared of the "it" and now you're being he/him'd only? looks like they're about to hear me it/it's you all night and if they complain i'll be a huge bitch on your behalf :)

thinking about “you haven’t met all the people who will love you” and like!!! you also haven’t found all the things that will make you happy!!!! there will always be new authors and musicians and artists whose work you will one day discover and love!!!! there will always be new hobbies and skills for you to learn and feel fulfilled by!!! there will always be new things around the corner that will bring sudden and unexpected happiness!!!!!!!!!!!

from one chronically anxious person to another: the world is not going to go up in flames. What happens will be more slow, more bureaucratic, more boring. There is no catastrophe to end all catastrophes, no rapture, no sudden end. You can't give into the call of the void, because there is no void. So you just have to do the work to make tomorrow a better place, anyway. Because that's how it gets better.
