Today's NYC outing was a visit to the Tenement Museum - a guided tour and a self guided walking tour
Museum one of my USA trip ... The American Museum of Natural History. Yummy meal from the Peacefood Cafe not too far away before hand. Ate under the blue skies in Central Park before enjoying #museumhack tour in lovely cool building of the AMNH - great extensive collection!
Such a lovely day in nature today and witnessing the pure joy of my friends' four year olds who wanted me to take photos of all the flowers and plants we passed! They spent ages being 'keepers of the ponds' and more along with very keen ten year old. In my books nature always wins for children and I appreciate time with children as it helps me take the time to appreciate nature too :)
We were singing this in choir last night :) I'll miss the performance but am enjoying learning them all the same :)

#100happydays keeping with my career theme - well any passions in life I have to say it makes me happy to see this building most the time I approach it and think of my lovely colleagues I'm about to work with. Also enjoyed a curry with my sis and her boyfriend this eve! :)

#100happydays (nearly wrote 100 happy dates! I should be so lucky!) Day four (I'm already losing count). After a restless sleepy start to the day I was pleased to pick up my local veg bag and some cheese on the way home! So today's a happy shop local day. I'll try & pretend that I didn't buy some extra milk from tesco on the way home!
#100happydays day 3 not really a noticing something but more happy that I think I've finished another audio trail segment.... Now to wait and see if people are happy with it :)
#100happydays day Two. Happily and purposefully taking the long way home via two buses, with no time deadline. Particularly exciting to travel on the number 3 bus on it's diversion up gipsy Hill. Nice to have the view of a level higher than usual on that road :)
I'm doing #100happydays - I think I'm ok at noticing things and will try and make it more museum/career orientated, but with space for other happy things :) Doesn't mean my life will be all blue skies- but today is! I did feel a bit resentful/confused of/by the sudden sun these past mornings because I felt so tired but the sun has won me over today :)
Sunday saw one of the initial first brainstorming meetings for what will be a Crystal Palace Fun Palace @funpalaces - they happening all around, for all ages, the weekend of 4th/5th October 2014. Plenty of time to get involved! Find out more about what it’s all about here:
