Sometimes I’m sad, but then I remember that Jim Pickens is canonically bisexual and it makes me smile.

Listen to yourselves. Everything in our new lives is connected to Kennedy. That can’t be a coincidence. Luther works for Ruby, Allison is protesting the government, Dad is on the grassy knoll, Klaus is…doing something weird and pervy but probably related. See, clearly, we were all sent back here for one special reason: saving John Fitzgerald Kennedy.
y'all ever look at a 300k+ fic and think to yourself i'm not ready for that kinda commitment yet, and then just settle on reading a oneshot instead
ok but now @gaygaymaybank has me thinking about jj and pope as parents...like they definitely have multiple kids and everyone assumes jj is the lax parent who lets the kids do whatever they want but really he’s so afraid he’s going to mess up that he’s always going into Strict Parent Mode. he starts rubbing 100 spf on them as soon as it hits april and slips broccoli into their mac n cheese. he freaks out when pope pulls one of them out to the garage to show them a science project because “pope they’re childREn i don’t care if it’s just baking soda and vinegar what if it got in their eyES.”
anyway they’re both total soccer dads (they show up to every single game and cheer until it gets annoying. they have signs and everything) and lowkey have beef with all the suburban moms.
the kids love their aunt kie who always comes to visit and brings copious amounts of sweets, which is of course frowned upon by jj.
but yeah just jj and pope as dads 🥺
