I love how the longer Afo possesses Shigaraki, the more the body starts to appear malformed. It reminds me of a tumor, gross and misshapen. Horikoshi is excellent at visual symbolism, and the state of his body right now with afo in control is a magnificent way of showing the damage afo is doing.

Just started reading two souls. How this whole imaginary friend thing tie into the lore of tmnt 2012? Is it just when he's meditating or asleep or is it just completely separate from that and he just exists as seen in the fic and nowhere else?

But instead of going to the afterlife, he got sent to the Rise verse for no apparent reason.

EDIT: For those who dont know when he died, he died in the start of the mutant apocalypse episode of TMNT 2012's season 5.
