I did an 18 hour f4st. Honestly I‘m kinda disappointed at myself.
Started a f4st. I‘m gonna increase the duration every time the last one is filled, starting by 13 hours :))

The word 4nor3xic seems so unfamiliar to me sometimes. So distant. So not me, but at the same time it is me. It is what makes and breaks my day. I relate and understand it so well, but at the same time I feel distant from it. Like I am just watching from outside of my body.

Started watching Neil deGrasse Tyson, Hawking and Brian Cox videos.
Even bought one of Hawking’s books, which I read probably 20 pages of and had to google words and stuff every other page.
I even decided I wanted to study Physics in college. I should really be stopped.

Does anyone have tips on how to burn muscle? I have really high muscle percentage in comparison to fat percentage and I feel like it is way more difficult to burn muscle :((
