Wafaa @wafa-nahll: A grandmother working tirelessly across three platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Tumblr) to raise money for her family. Her last tumblr account was shadowbanned. Her goal is €50k.
@journalsforpalestine is running a raffle for Wafaa.
Siraj @siraj2024: A father of three young children who lost their home and now have to live in what he describes as a "convection oven". His family has narrowly survived two massacres in the past week. Help them rebuild their home. His campaign has been moving at a glacial pace recently. His short term goal is $10K USD, he ultimately needs $60k USD.
Shahed @shahednhall: A college student and photographer. She lost her friend and their entire family, and her sister, like many Gazan children, has contracted hepatitis. Her urgent short term goal is $30k USD and she is far from it.
@journalsforpalestine is running a raffle for Shahed.
Khaled @khaled_1996__b on Instagram: A young father who has experienced unimaginable tragedy over the past several months. He and his pregnant wife left to Egypt for Mecca shortly before the Oct 7. After giving birth to their baby, Kamal, she passed away. Now, their two year old son, Majd, along with his grandmother and the rest of their family, are stuck in North Gaza. Majd is facing malnutrition. Their goal is $35k USD.
Motasem @motasem1256 on Instagram: A young father from North Gaza whose son was born in the genocide. Every day he updates his followers on new destruction and misery he encounters. He frequently posts about wanting to die. His goal is currently $20k USD but will likely increase as things change.

PLEASE reblog this video about the Kelloggs boycott
the basic TLDR is that if enough people stop buying Kelloggs cereal, we have an ACTUAL chance at bankrupting this company. You don't even have to boycott their other products, like Pringles. We're just working on the cereals right now. There are an incredible amount of alternatives to Kelloggs, so you wouldn't even have to change your shopping that much. Brands like General Mills, Post, and store brands are still perfectly fine.
The MOST IMPORTANT part of this is that the boycott must last for a longer portion of time, say 6 months to a year, in order to have any actual effect on Kelloggs.
Kelloggs has made comments about how the working class should be eating cereal for dinner. Literally dystopian. If we were to damage this company with our boycotts, it would send a serious message to other corporations. This is such a simple way to show that we DO have power, and that the rich AREN'T invincible.
eat the rich not Kelloggs cereal
if anyone wants to add captions/a transcript, it would be greatly appreciated!!
Yemen asked the West to stop aiding in the genocide of the Palestinian people and uphold international law. The West said no.
Then Yemen conducted sanctions and blockaded a sea bordering their nation to prevent the illegal sail of those funding and abetting genocide and did so nonviolently while upholding the very international law that West refused to uphold. The West bombed them.
Yeah.
So, the settler "Israeli" government made a deal with Hamas for a temporary ceasefire. It went into effect at 10a today local time, so,
Hamas agreed to release 50 non-military civilian hostages in their custody, in exchange for a 4 day temporary cessation of combat, the release of 150 Palestinians in "Israeli" custody, and the allowance of 200 trucks carrying fuel, food, and aid into Gaza through the Rafah crossing. Additionally, the cessation will extend for 1 day for every additional 10 hostages released by Hamas.
This is a temporary pause in conflict. Netanyahu has said, the fighting will continue after the pause ends. The Occupation forces will not end the conflict, only pause the fighting for 4 days, per the agreement. Bombs will still fall, hospitals and school will still be targeted, children will still die. Gazans have a 4 day break, but they will continue to be butchered in the streets and in their homes by US-made and supplied weapons and war machines.
Continue to protest, blockade, boycott, call, write, scream, yell. And do not look away. The "Israeli" government agreed to this deal because of US diplomatic pressure. So we must continue pressing them to go further, and to end the genocide of Palestinians, in both Gaza and the occupied West Bank territories.
It's with a heavy but hopeful heart that I watch Palestinian families fundraiser on here, slowly accumulating the precious little money to go around that they need to survive. However, not everyone is so lucky. A lot of Palestinians that have not had that kind of luck, that did not get early verification, that did not get massive platforms behind them from large bloggers, have approached me in my inbox, asking me kindly to do what I can for them. It kills me that I have so little to give myself, but I've seen this platform collectively raise enough to change someone's life. I've made a list of Palestinian fundraisers that are extremely low on funds, in the hope that drawing attention to people who have not been lucky at all can help turn that luck around. I know most of us can't possibly give enough to get all of these families safe in one go. But please, reblog this list. Pick one or two fundraisers, give what you can, and then keep track of it. Slowly, collectively, we can make a difference in these people's lives. Share and donate as much as you can. https://docs.google.com/document/d/178EGDFKkHlh3y4TMVX82kqgITHsqtoMdNccI2f_94Os/edit?usp=sharing
i genuinely hate how people have to sit and write a post that stands out while boosting a fundraiser because most people won't bat an eye at the misery and inhumane conditions Palestinians are living in.
i see people making art and telling others to use it because fundraisers with art are generally reblogged more often. i see people using colored text in order to make the post more eye catching.
palestinians on instagram are using popular audios and stitch trending reels at the beginning to make the world pay attention to them. imagine having to make something look entertaining in order to survive.
they are living under constant threat of israeli airstrikes, bombing, scarcity of food and disease. many have lost a lot in the past few months.
palestinians on tumblr are posting their pictures and the horrible conditions in which they are living. they travel long distances for internet connection only to be called a scammer by some privileged ass who cannot locate gaza on a map.
here are some verified gfms. please share the linked posts. it's the bare minimum we can do from the comforts of our home.
