Do you think im a good artist

I dont know how old you are or how much experience you have but regardless i would say that you are good at drawing. If your looking to improve, i think that you should work mostly on your shading and overall planning of your drawings

Your art is so good, how do you get motivated to draw?

Im mainly motivated by (mostly) stock photos that have a good pose or any picture i can use for reference for something and i just put my own design into it from there.
