Anyway,,, what do you guys think?? 🤣🤣🤣
Genre: comedy, sports, seinen, shounen, school, slice of life.
Samuel Seo with his hand cream and Jake Kim with his lip balm?? Same energy.
I could totally see them casually taking a trip to Olive Young to shop for some skincare products if they weren't mortal enemies.
Just two bros chilling in the skincare aisle five feet apart 'cause they're definitely not gay.
SHINGEN-NIM!!! 🥹🥹🥹
YES YOU SHOULD. DON'T LISTEN TO THAT SCUM THEY CALL YOUR SUBORDINATE
NOOO MY HEART 😭
is Shiro Oni (prediction for the next chapter)
Must be hard being born into such a brutal yakuza system where little Gun soon learned that he had to beat up others to be acknowledged. And I guess neither Shingen nor Shintaro would want to be trapped in the system if they were to be given a choice, too.
I mean there's no way these adorable little kids even had the willingness to study "Organized Crime 101" or "Yakuza Protocol: The Fundamentals". They just wanted to play outside in the sun, chasing butterflies. But they couldn't, could they? Because the system puts such pressure on them. They carried that pressure into adulthood. And as a result, Shintaro turned into a ruthless Rule Maniac ™️ (Shingen, 525). Meanwhile from all the fighting he had as the president of the most notorious syndicate in Japan, Shingen turned into an emotionless robot. Almost. Because apparently Shingen still had a little bit of compassion left for his brother and Gun.
I really wanted to put a few more screenshots to back up my thoughts, but tumblr doesn't allow more than 10 images in one post. But it's written in the chapter that Shingen did feel sorry for Shintaro and understood why he was furious.
I'd like to imagine that Seong Yohan went to Eli's hair salon for this haircut.
He looks fine af 😫👌
And it would be frickin' wholesome if Eli was the one who did his hair. My man has finally grown out of that hydra cut phase and gained some mad hairdressing skillz
President Yoojin, is it true that you have a habit of wiping your glasses every time you lie or bluff?
I appreciate the respect, anon, but you don't have to be so formal :) I don't really know what you're talking about. Do you mean at work or school? I don't think I lie that often but I've been told that I wipe my glasses a bit too much.
Box Hair Dye
You're trying to get a fresh new look. Jang Hyun helps you pick a hair color.
A/N: beware of a slight angst at the end.
You and Hyun went to different schools. Every day after school you took the time to go to Hyun's school so both of you could walk home together.
Today Hyun promised to go with you to get a hair dye because you said you're bored with your dull lifeless hair. You wanted to dye it with something vibrant, but you didn't know what color suits you best.
So that's why you needed Hyun, your best friend-slash-a beauty department student, to be your hair advisor.
You both walked to the nearest convenience store.
Hyun followed you to the cosmetics aisle and stopped beside you in front of a small display of box hair dyes.
You reached for a wine-red with your right hand, and a mint-green with your left. A big grin plastered on your face as you held both of them on each side of your head.
"which one looks good on me?" You asked.
Hyun frowned at your terrible taste.
He turned his head at the array of colors in front of him, paused for a moment, then looked back at you, and then at the display.
You were starting to lose your patience until he finally reached for a rose-gold one. He held the box on one side of your face.
"This one suits your skin tone the best," he remarked.
You put the red and the green back to where they belong and take the rose gold from Hyun's hand. Without a second thought, you put the box into your shopping basket.
"I'll take this then," you said cheerfully.
"Are you sure? I thought you hated pink?"
"You said it suits me and I trust the opinions of professionals."
Hyun chuckled, "you think i'm a pro? I haven't even got my certification yet," he said while looking at his feet.
You knew that facial expression too well as you and him have been friends for a long time. Hyun was doubting himself again.
You gave him a reassuring smile. "You will get one and be an actual pro hair designer in no time, Hyun. I believe in you."
It seemed to you that your words of encouragement haven't been successful in lifting up his spirits. You frowned at the thought.
"I'm sure Hyeeun would cheer you on too if she was still here. She would be so proud because you work hard for your dream, her dream. She would be very happy because you're such a good father for Yena." You poured your heart into every single word you said in hopes to see Hyun smiles.
And he did. He smiled so radiantly, you felt a slight pang in your chest.
"Thanks, y/n. I really need that today."
"It's alright, Hyun. That's what friends are for." You smiled.
Hyun, if only you knew that I love you so much I don't mind accepting the fact that you love Hyeeun.
