So… ah, I made a thing. I kind of hope to write chapters for this, so I’m going to call this chapter one of Flora and Fauna’s story. Sorry if there are inconsistencies, and also if there is any mistakes regarding Dreamtale. Also, I deviate from canon quite a bit, so…uh, don’t be surprised XD Anyway, I hope you enjoy the story, since this was the most fun that I have had writing in a while!

Blue for sadness, green for jealousy, red for anger, purple for confusion, pink for love or embarrassment, yellow for fear, and cyan for surprise/shock. The emotions need to be incredibly strong and have no other emotions conflicting them for the splotches to show up, though

anyways have a really short drabble i wrote in discord in like 10 minutes based off this prompt

“i have to go.. iron... my cat.” ink steps back, smiling nervously at the taller, goopy being in front of him. nightmare, on the other hand, looks fairly unamused.

“ink you can just say you’re uncomfortable.” despite his attempt to keep his voice monotone, a hint of sadness seeps through.

“no! no i just- it’s not like that i *swear*.” ink waves his arms, trying to reassure him. “i just- don’t know how to respond? i’ve never been asked on a date before-“ he’s about to go off on another rant, but nightmare interrupts him.

“you can say no-“

“but i want to!” ink pauses, fiddling with his scarf “yeah. yeah i want to. i just- okay to be honest i was gonna go home and scream for at least 10 minutes.”

nightmare snorts, smiling a little “so.. that’s a yes?”

“yes.”

“alright. well, you can go iron your cat now.” he snickers softly

“don’t mock me!”

Still fascinated by this AU. I couldn’t help but make a lil’ gif, so here it is. 

Fall is definitely not Fell’s favorite season.
