They're in trouble it's all my fault and I don't know what to do. I wish I knew a better way to help them all.

It is okay to make mistakes. You are going to fail at times in life, and that is okay. That is part of existence. You make a mistake and life will continue on. You are not defined by your mistakes.

You're valid if you're upset that other people were shocked by your trauma when you disclosed it and you felt like there wasn't room for your own feelings. You're valid if you're upset that other people weren't shocked enough and feel like maybe it means your trauma wasn't that bad (spoiler: it was).

Considering I spent the last 3 years getting wrecked by life, I don't feel much like drawing right now. Much less do I feel capable of greater forethought than only a few moments in advance before I forget stuff. I'm going to focus on my health and recovery 2024.
