The other day I realized N’s hair kind of looks like Zoroark’s mane, and then I made a little Beauty and the Beast story with the protag from Black and White. Beast N lives in a castle in Kalos with his servants, who have all been cursed into the bodies of inanimate object ghost Pokemon. ANYWAYS, I’ve been doing this instead of studying for my finals so I’m going to go retreat into a shadowy hole now. Hope you enjoy and see you on the flipside! -Kat

What an odd year 2022 was. I Lost my Laptop at the start and it's been a challenge readjusting to a new set up. But as a result, I've used procreate much more. I'm thoroughly impressed with the Apple pencil, I use it more than my wacom now. And I've gotten to dabble with a little 3D, (using blocks for architecture)

Highlight of the year was seeing linked universe fanart IRL at comiccon!

I'm hoping I'll be smarter with my time in 2023. I regularly delete social media apps to cut out distractions. but there are still things that waste precious time and break that ever precious focus needed for art and writing

Sometimes it's overwhelming thinking about how much longer to get to certain points in the story, but I see such amazing fan content that keeps me smiling

Based on the games Legend is based off of he has been hit by lightning twice(that I know of). TWICE. You know what that does to a person? We are talking lightning scars, numbness and sensory loss, brain damage like difficulty concentrating, memory problems, vision and hearing loss etc.

So Legend has lightning scars, I’m gonna head cannon they run from chest to left arm or something and he stubbornly worked through the numbness in that hand until, he could use it to fight with again. It’s still numb though so injuries to that arm go unnoticed unless someone points them out to him or he starts dripping blood.

He’s hard of hearing out of his left ear as well, it’s why he learned Hylian sign in the first place.

I think he’s got a bit of memory loss around the time of the strikes as well so pieces of his adventures in Links Awakening and Oracle of Ages are missing which just makes those adventures even more screwed up. As his brain heals every now and then he gets snippets back so he kinda gets what’s going on with Wild more than anyone else. Memory bros.

Anyways tldr Legend is very unluckily lucky and needs a nap and a retirement plan.

A New Life

Even after all these years, Gajeel doesn’t think he deserves happiness and considers fighting and protecting the ones he loves the only thing he’s good for. Luckily, he now has a family that reminds him there’s so much left to enjoy about life.
