I went to elementary school with this girl, Heather, who had just started competitive swimming when we were in first grade. She always said she wanted to swim for the rest of her life and that she wanted to swim in the Olympics one day.

Heather swam in the 2012 Olympics in London.

Don’t you dare tell me a child’s dreams are foolish when anything is possible if you work hard enough.

Curious Thoughts

Does it annoy British people when Americans try to “act” British? (Not including people who have an interest in acting/drama).
