The Dulce Papers, leaked from the secret underground military facility in new Mexico

One of the people who escaped the Dulce facility was reported to be a CIA agent who, prior to leaving, made some notes, photos, and videotapes, before going into hiding. He has been in hiding ever since, and every six months he allegedly contacts each of the people he left copies of the material with. His instructions were that if he missed four successive contacts, the people could do whatever they want with the material. In December 1987 a Description of these so called “Dulce Papers” was issued, and received by many ufo researchers. The leak is suspected to have come from one of the caretakers of the papers. The Dulce Papers themselves were said to be composed of the following:

●  25 black and white photos ●  6 minute video tape of Dulce Facility with no dialogue ●  discussion of ultraviolet light & gamma rays ●  set of technical papers pertaining to Facility

Alien Sighting 1982: The extra-terrestrial was seen several times with a 10-year-old boy Elliot, in the California area. Witnesses report that the E.T. was seen drinking alcohol from Elliotts refrigerator and mumbling “E.T. phone home” A local man by the name of Steven managed to capture a video of the extraterrestrial as it was flying past the moon late one evening.
