the hill I will die on is that the most tragic story in star wars is the clones' story
The Obi Wan show has created a natural set-up for Cody to come back into his life. Obi Wan successfully stayed totally under the radar on Tatooine, even if Cody was looking for him, why would he find him? Until, of course, a big fat bounty is suddenly dropped on his head and he’s spotted in multiple places and gets into a public fight with Vader and the trail is suddenly hot.
And Cody would know that means the hunt was on for people out to kill him, so even aside from wanting to find him for himself, he might just want to try and run a bit of interference on that.
(………..This also could apply to Ahsoka but idk if that could work with rebels continuity)
my 100% brutal and honest reaction to house of sky and breath after finishing it:
that book broke my back, cured my ear infection, cleared my skin, gave me more acne, killed me with a heart attack, revived me with lightning, spit in my face, and slapped me on the ass and said "good game"
and i wouldn't have it any other way
Hey everyone! I’ve got this assignment for school, and for one of the parts I need to get some statistics.
It’s about character building, and if any writers seeing this could fill out this form, I would very much appreciate it. It shouldn’t take too long.
If you’re not a writer, please don’t fill this out.
And like with polls, please share for a bigger sample size.
There's a Big Mission in the morning. Anakin has a nightmare and can't sleep
Obi wan, fretting: some valerian tea, i think *goes off*
Cody: hey Anakin*sits by his side. Puts arm around him* Go to sleep or i'll put You to sleep.
Anakin: ...
Cody:...
Obi wan, when he comes back and finds Anakin asleep: My dear, You have such a way with him.
Cody, sharpening a knife: it's a gift
Apple @ Alec Lightwood:

"Well, you know what makes us different from battle droids? We make our own decisions. Our own choices. And... we have to live with them too."
as the effects of the inhibitor chips start wearing off, clones (some of em at least) begin to realise what they've done and what they're doing now.
he remembers.
i absolutely loved this episode, crosshair really needs a mentor and that could've been cody, although he did the right thing by leaving AND HE'S OFF TO FIND KENOBI YOU CANNOT CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE unless they actually executed him silently which would be HORRIBLE.
and 32 rotations? what the FUCK crosshair how did you even manage to survive in there
i have no time. i am a stressed junior in college who also works and wants to have some free time so my mental health doesn’t explode. i have fifteen textbook chapters to read a week and stats homework on top of that. i have no time.
oops, what’s is this? an entire AU based off of Cody leaving the Empire and starting a clone rebellion? oh well, guess i have to write this now. it’s fine, Cody commands my entire brain at this point
Hunter: I don’t know what to do! I’ve never been a parent
Echo: I know someone who can help
Hunter: cut?
Echo: maybe but he’s too far out right now. DAD!
Rex: GIVE ME A MINUTE IM CUTTING YOUR CHESSE AND HAM TOASTIE!
Echo: yes I get the triangle slices again (>•<)
todays sobh:
CODY'S BACK CODY'S BACK CODY'S BACK
surely he will come to regret his decisions and fight back against the empire, surely
