Ticci Toby in Blessed be the wicked is named Clarke Boetticher, or The Rook. We wanted to distance ourselves from the original story and the fannon as both have a lot of inaccurate depictions of BPD type 2, schizophrenia and having a tick disorder, and come off as incredibly ableist and determined to make being mentally ill a super power. (That said, there are a lot of wonderful rewrites out there that try to distance themselves from the cookie cutter stuff and create something truly special whether it be supernatural or grounded) Our version of the character's design is base off of the Zodiac Killer, with the baggy cloth mask while using the color pallet of the original design! Clarke is a more grounded rewrite of the original story, turning "Toby" from an uncharacterized or simplified character into a tragic and often depressing reminder of what being around eldritch gods can do to ones body, Clarke is portrayed by Patrick R in Blessed be the wicked! We've gotten an amazing amount of support from you guys for this rewrite done by @official-locke-writing being included in the live action analog horror web series "Blessed be the wicked". Including cosplay and some AMAZING fanart!
