“At your command”
by Neville Goddard
This is the first book I've read by him, so I wanted to share the parts that I highlighted and that made an impression on me, because they might make an impression on you too. <3
“The only way to change your expressions of life is to change your consciousness.”
“Your environment, and all within it, reflects that which you are in consciousness. As long as you continue to be that in consciousness so long will you continue to out-picture it in your world. Knowing this, begin to revalue yourself.”
“You can only be to others what you are first to yourself. ”
“You could never be in want of proof or lack the evidence of that which you are aware of being.”
“It is just as easy to possess the consciousness of these qualities as it is to possess their opposites”
“I and my father are one but my father is greater than I.” You are one with your present conception of yourself. But you are greater than that which you are at present aware of being.”
“Before man can attempt to transform his world he must first lay the foundation—“I AM the Lord.” That is, man’s awareness, his consciousness of being is God. Until this is firmly established so that no suggestion or argument put forward by others can shake it, he will find himself returning to the slavery of his former beliefs.”
“If any man hear my voice and open the door I will come in to him and sup with him and he with me.” The “I” knocking at the door is the urge. The door is your consciousness. To open the door is to become one with that which is knocking by FEELING oneself to be the thing desired. To feel one’s desire as impossible is to shut the door or deny this urge expression. To rise in consciousness to the naturalness of the thing felt is to swing wide the door and invite this one into embodiment.”
“Do not speculate as to the HOW of this consciousness embodying itself, for no man is wise enough to know the how. Speculation is proof that you have not attained to the naturalness of being the thing desired and so are filled with doubts.”
“Doubts is as a wave of the sea that is tossed and battered by the winds - only upon the rock of faith can any thing be established. If you have not the consciousness of the thing you have not the cause or foundation upon which the thing is erected.”
“When you come into the joy of thanksgiving so that you actually feel grateful for having received that which is not yet apparent to the senses, you have definitely become one in consciousness with the thing for which you gave thanks.”
“In applying this principle as you rise in consciousness to the point where you are really grateful and happy for having received the thing desired, you automatically rejoice and give thanks inwardly. You have already accepted the gift which was but a desire before you rose in consciousness, and your faith is now the substance that shall clothe your desire.”
“It is the unconditional. It does not state if society deems it right or wrong that you should ask it, it rests with you.”
“Every man’s conception of himself is going to be his reward.”
“But remember, “I AM the Lord.” Your awareness of being is the God that you give to and you ever give in this manner.”
“Do not speculate as to how you shall express these qualities or claims, for life has a way that you, as man, know not of. Its ways are past finding out. But, I assure you, the day you claim these qualities to the point of conviction, your claims will be honored.”
“Life does not care whether you call yourself rich or poor; strong or weak. It will eternally reward you with that which you claim as true of yourself.”
“Have faith in this unseen claim until the conviction is born within you that it is so. Your confidence in this claim will pay great rewards. ”
“Don’t be anxious or concerned as to results. They will follow just as surely as day follows night.”
“Give thanks for it to the point that you are grateful for having already received it—then go about your way in peace.”
“Leave behind you all that is now your present problem, or limitation, by taking your ATTENTION AWAY from it”
“Because you have lost all consciousness of your problems and barriers, it is now the easiest thing in the world to FEEL yourself to be one with the things desired.”
“Because I AM (your consciousness) is the resurrection and the life, you must attach this resurrecting power that you are to the thing desired if you would make it appear and live in your world. Now you begin to assume the nature of the thing desired by feeling, “I AM wealthy”; “I AM free”; “I AM strong.”
“When you have taken your attention away completely by shutting out the evidence of the senses, begin to FEEL the joy—(symbolized by oil)—of having received the things desired. When the agreement is established within you so that all doubts and fears have passed away then, you too will fill all the empty measures of your life and will have an abundance running over. ”
“What a glorious revelation, your awareness now revealed as the Lord thy God!”
“DECREE the unseen to appear and it SHALL appear, for all things are compelled to respond to the Voice of God, Your awareness of being—the world is AT YOUR COMMAND!”
After shifting to a DR, how do memories within that reality feel or recall to the awareness?
In your DR, you’ll remember your CR as a whole, and how it feels will depend on how different your DR and CR are, whether you used a method or LOA and whether it’s your first time shifting or if you’re more experienced.
First, if you’re in your DR, you’ll always remember your CR as a whole. You’ll recall a few details, but not much more than that.
Remembering your CR might feel strange (especially if you used a method, where you’d expect to be "teleported," while with LOA, the shift happens unexpectedly). In any case, as soon as you’re in your DR, recalling your CR will feel odd. Since you’re not teleporting your body but your consciousness:
In your DR body, feelings will seem normal. You won’t feel out of place—just as if you’ve always been in your DR. However, mentally, you’ll be fully aware of a divide between two very different realities. Sometimes, it might feel like your CR was just a dream, but you’ll realize it was too detailed and long for that.
Right after the "teleportation," if you don’t experience symptoms, you won’t immediately notice anything unusual. Seeing your DR room will seem completely normal. But after a few seconds or minutes, you’ll realize that just moments ago, you weren’t there.
During the first moments in your DR, your mind will still hold onto memories from your CR. Again, this will feel normal, and you won’t specially be surprised. However, some memories from your DR will be present as soon as you arrive, while others will gradually replace or integrate into your mind as you remain in your DR.
The more you progress through the day, interact with people, visit places, and "participate" in your DR—because yes, you could also stay locked in your DR room without interacting with anyone—the more your DR will become familiar. Sometimes, you’ll meet someone in your DR without "recognizing" them at first, but as soon as they speak to you, the memories of them will settle in.
If you have a script or shift into a DR you’ve prepared, like a fictional one, then obviously, you’ll recognize everything. But if you haven’t prepared anything specific, it’ll feel more like I described above.
Gradually, your CR memories will fade in your mind and become less detailed, though you’ll still remember them. Meanwhile, your DR memories will take over. Don’t worry, it doesn’t take long, and it really depends on how much time you spend in your DR, interacting with people, leaving your room, etc.
If you’ve done a mini-shift before, you’ll remember your CR and DR in the same way.
Then, when you return to your CR, you’ll recall your DR like a global memory, and since you already know your CR, you’ll retrieve your memories more quickly. Whether you’re in your DR or returning to your CR, you’ll need time to get your thoughts in order.
Whether you use a method or LOA, you might either realize immediately that you’ve shifted, or discover it later—it depends on how obvious the changes are.
In that case, you’ll just have this feeling that "before," things weren’t like this or that "some time ago," things were different, with a strong sense of certainty.
If you shift multiple times between different realities in a short span of time, you might feel a bit disoriented or experience depersonalization/derealization. But again, this will pass if you immerse yourself in the reality you’re in.
Finally, if you’ve been shifting for several years, realities will just feel like "places" you’ve been to. Even if you change families, appearances, etc. in your DR, it won’t really matter—you’ll view your DRs as if they were just travels to another country. The word "reality" will seem less significant, and for you, it’ll be just another place that adds to your memories.
VOILA!
Once again, this is just based on my own experience.
🌊 Let's talk about the "void state."
I used to shift from the void state, and in this reality, I rarely found trustworthy information about the void state.
If the "void state" we talk about is the "state where manifestation and shifting are instant," so this is it:
What is the void state?
The void state is your state of consciousness; you achieve it the moment you leave the physical plane, the 3D. It is the same process as shifting, with the exception that you entirely leave your physical environment rather than altering it (so no, your body is not empty).
"In the void state," you are pure consciousness and limitless; you can manifest absolutely everything and shift from there instantly.
For me, you are not "entering the void state," you ARE the void. The void state is not a place where you enter; you leave the 3D to become just YOU, your consciousness. I found this during my research, so I assume that when you are in your void state, you are in the 5D, in the astral plane.
What does it feel like to be in the void state?
You are feeling floating,
You are feeling nothing physical (no 5 senses) that includes no doubts, no limited beliefs, and nothing negative,
You are feeling deep peace and happiness,
You are completely aware with a clear, peaceful mind,
You are in complete darkness,
e.g. You are not attached to anything in your 3D, like memories are just information; you are not emotionally attached to them (even a heartache, a mourning...)
What the void state is not?
NOT a deep state of meditation/half awake, half asleep/SATS/hypnogogia
If you feel something physical, you are not in your void state.
If you can affirm, you are not in your void state
Because you do not have time for this, one single will/intention/thought, and you get whatever you want right away
If you didn't shift reality, you weren't in your void state; it's literally impossible to fail shifting from there
Since you have left the physical plane for the astral plane, you are no longer bound by any reality. You will not "shift reality" (3D to 3D) from the void state, but rather enter a reality (5D to 3D) that you have chosen.
If you have time to do a method (affirmation/grounding yourself with x, y, z…), you are not in your void state.
Manifestation and shifting are truly instant; the moment you want something in the NOW, you have it (and you come back to the 3D with what you want or to the reality you want)
Seriously, I personally tried to affirm, and I didn't have time to say a word. In your void state, the thought of something you want is enough.
You can't get kicked out to the void unless you want to.
(I apologize in advance for any mistakes, English isn’t my first language)

permashifting and respawning are pretty similar, the difference is that -
permashifting: permanently shifting to a different reality with recollection of your or and option to return
respawning: permanently shifting to a different reality but scripting to forget about your or, thus, no return!!
so pls stop manifesting that you die and wake up in your ir, that just creates unnecessary pain for those around you😭
stop worrying
i manifested majority of my dream life in 3 months, simply because i stopped worrying. i stopped asking "how" or "when", i stopped wondering if i needed to take extra steps or if i needed to put in work. i stopped worrying about if i was doing the right methods or if the process was happening. i stopped asking and started doing; started affirming daily, reminding myself, stopped wavering, interrupted negative thoughts immediately during occurance and replaced them with positive ones.
i used to have no path in life, i didn't have a job, friends, a relationship, wasn't in school, depressed, struggling with an eating disorder. i was literally living the staple life that most people would absolutely dread.
i switched the entirety of my purpose around simply by telling myself otherwise. i rejected what others told me what my "reality" and replaced it with what i truly wanted. within 3 months, i was socializing more than i had in the last 3 years. i was getting opportunities i used to dream about.
and remember, it only took me 3 months because that's how long i choose for it to take. there were times where i would say "this will come next week" instead of "this will come within 0.00001 seconds". therefore, i got my results by next week instead of instantly. you choose your time period.

Hello Goddesses! After exploring confidence-building yesterday, it feels natural to talk about something we all face but often keep hidden, those annoying fears and self-doubts that can hold us back. You know those moments when you really want to do something, but that inner voice starts listing all the reasons why you shouldn't?
Let's get real about this, everyone, even the people who seem to have it all figured out, deals with fear and self-doubt. The difference isn't in not having these feelings; it's in how we work with them.
Think of fear and self-doubt like clouds passing through the sky. They might block the sun temporarily, but they're not permanent. The sun: your potential, your dreams, your capabilities, is always there behind them.
Here's how to start moving forward, even when those doubts feel heavy:
The "Name It to Tame It" approach is incredibly powerful. When you catch yourself in a spiral of doubt, pause and name exactly what you're afraid of. Sometimes just saying "I'm afraid of failing" or "I'm doubting my abilities" can take away some of its power. It's like turning on the light and realizing the shadow wasn't as scary as it seemed.
Try this simple but effective technique: When self-doubt creeps in, ask yourself, "What would I tell my best friend if they were in this situation?" We're often much kinder and wiser when advising others than when talking to ourselves.
Remember the confidence-building steps we discussed yesterday? Here's where they become your secret weapon. Each small win, each tiny step forward, becomes evidence that you can handle more than your fears suggest.
A game-changing practice is keeping a "Fear vs. Reality" journal. When you're worried about something, write down what you think might happen. Then, after the event, write down what actually happened. Over time, you'll notice that our fears often paint a much scarier picture than reality.
Here's something not many people talk about: You don't need to eliminate fear or self-doubt completely. Sometimes they're trying to tell you something important. The goal is to acknowledge them while not letting them make your decisions for you.
When you're faced with self-doubt, try this: Take one tiny action. Just one. Maybe you're doubting your creative abilities, draw one simple sketch. Worried about starting that project? Write one sentence. Scared to start exercising? Put on your workout clothes and walk for five minutes.
The beautiful thing about working through fear and self-doubt is that each small step makes the next one a little easier. You're not just moving forward; you're building resilience and self-trust along the way.
The magic happens when we learn to take action WHILE being scared, instead of waiting for the fear to go away first. It's like walking in the rain instead of waiting for the perfect sunny day!
Did you think I was going to let you leave without homework? For today, notice one fear that's been bugging you lately. Don't try to fix it or fight it, just notice it with kindness. Sometimes just acknowledging our fears with compassion makes them feel less powerful.
See you tomorrow for Day 22!
