The void state is a deep mental space where you let go of thoughts, emotions, and any sense of โ€œyouโ€ as a person, almost like floating in a blank, quiet space. In this state, your brain shifts to slower frequencies, like theta waves, which are linked to creativity and openness in the subconscious. With the conscious mind quiet, your subconscious is more receptive, so any intentions you set can bypass mental barriers like doubt and self-limiting beliefs. People often reach this state through meditation or deep relaxation, opening a space where you can set intentions that stick. This isnโ€™t magicโ€”itโ€™s a psychological and neurological process that aligns your subconscious with what you want to achieve, making you more likely to act in ways that bring those desires into reality.

So you see, itโ€™s literally just a state where all your intentions can come into fruition without the barriers of the 3d. Itโ€™s not some magical thing where your soul lifts to some higher places and a genie grants all your wishes. Itโ€™s just pure consciousness.

So you donโ€™t need a routine for something effortless. You donโ€™t need to have a โ€œgood void conceptโ€ or a โ€œgood mental dietโ€ to do a basic ability. You donโ€™t need an elaborate ten step method to induce pure consciousness. You donโ€™t need to be a productive manifestor who has a routine where you repeat the same affirmations till your brain goes numb, where you listen to the same subliminals over and over and over. Itโ€™s not something you need to do. Not for something as easy as breathing, not for something that is in your fucking brain. You can have the worst day with the worst thoughts and still induce pure consciousness. Because itโ€™s not something you need to mentally prepare for, it was never and is never that deep. Doubting that just shows you donโ€™t truly understand what youโ€™re dealing with.

Having doubts means you donโ€™t truly understand. why? because itโ€™s not something you get to doubt. Itโ€™s not some belief that can be speculated against, some superstition that can be proven wrong or some conspiracy theory that can be debunked. Itโ€™s a basic ability, itโ€™s law, something that is law cannot fail, no matter how much you want to convince yourself, itโ€™s just not possible for it to fail. Why wouldnโ€™t you doubt that humans have the ability to breathe, because itโ€™s not that deep, itโ€™s not something that you speculate on or something you get suspicious of, because its nothing, just like the void.

There are people who fell asleep in an apartment and woke up in a penthouse, there are people who went to bed with nothing in their wallet and woke up a billionaire. There are people who went to sleep hating their family, the way they look, where they live and woke up with all of that changed. And why? because they induced a state where their intentions can come to life with out any limitations.

You can do it, and iโ€™m not saying that to be sappy and motivational, im saying that because itโ€™s a fact that itโ€™s a basic thing that you can do.

Back with a void update!

So I recently came up with the "2-day theory" and i've tested it and it has pretty much a 100% success rate (for me at least). Basically for two days i consistently affirm and listen to subliminals, work on self concept all that good stuff so i'm confident that i can enter the void. On the third day i ALWAYS enter the void. I also tested this out with lucid dreaming and I lucid dreamed on the third day as well. (This was two weeks ago)

I recently tested this method out again and i woke up in the void during a nap i took after track practice. I was still at school too. I wasn't aware i was there though because i was waiting on my uber eats order and I didn't want to miss it by sleeping past the arrival time ๐Ÿ˜ญ.

I'll try this method again next week and will manifest my dream life. I am also planning on going back in time when i enter the void but i will still post on this blog after i enter and will be here to answer any questions you guys have.

The idea that time is not linear comes from the understanding that it is merely a perception created by the human mind to organize experiences. In reality, everything that exists, has existed, or will exist is already present in the โ€œeternal now.โ€ This means that while we are accustomed to thinking of time as a straight line with past, present, and future, this is merely a mental convention to make it easier for us to understand.

How does this connect to manifestation?

If everything already exists, including your fulfilled desire, you do not need to โ€œwaitโ€ for something to happen or โ€œdo somethingโ€ in the present to achieve it in the future. Instead, you can simply align your consciousness and your internal state with the reality where your desire is already true. This alignment puts you in the position to experience that version of your life because, in the infinite field of possibilities, it is already there.

The practice of the โ€œeternal nowโ€:

1. Accept that the future already exists: Stop thinking of the future as something distant or uncertain. See it as a choice available to you in this moment.

2. Visualize as if it were now: Whenever you think about what you want, bring it into the present. Imagine that you are already living it.

3. Feel it as truth: The feeling is the link between you and the desired reality. When you feel that you already have what you want, you activate the corresponding state and allow it to manifest.

4. Let go of the illusion of โ€œwaitingโ€: If time is an illusion, there is no real โ€œwaiting.โ€ You are simply experiencing in the physical what you have already accepted within yourself.

Why does time seem linear?

Our brain processes experiences sequentially to make sense of the world around us. This linearity is useful for practical tasks, but it is not the absolute reality. At deeper levels, time functions as a โ€œfieldโ€ where everything already exists.

When you understand that time is not a barrier, you realize that you can โ€œjumpโ€ from one reality to another simply by choosing where to place your focus and energy. This change in perspective eliminates the idea that there is something to be โ€œachievedโ€ in the future โ€” everything you want is already yours.

Reach Turiya (Void state) in sleep

Reaching the Turiya state (the "fourth state of consciousness") through sleep is a profound spiritual practice rooted in many traditions, including Vedanta and Tantra. Turiya is a state of pure awareness beyond the three conventional states of waking (jagrat), dreaming (svapna), and deep sleep (sushupti). It represents transcendence and connection to universal consciousnessโ€”the formless, eternal aspect of reality.

Turiya is the underlying state of wakefulness, dream state and deep sleep. Experienced yogis and meditators find it easy to transition from wakefulness and Turiya. For the rest of us, transitioning from the other two states is easier.

In sleep, Turiya can be accessed by cultivating awareness during the transitional states of dreaming and deep sleep phases, where ordinary consciousness is dissolved but awareness remains. Here's a detailed explanation of how to use sleep as a pathway to Turiya:

Key Concepts of Turiya and Sleep

1. Waking, Dreaming, and Deep Sleep as Portals:

In waking (jagrat), the mind is tied to the external world. In dreaming (svapna), the mind is absorbed in internal projections. In deep sleep (sushupti), the ego and mind dissolve, but there is no awareness. Turiya exists as the witness behind all these states, observing without being bound by them.

2. Sleep as a Natural Entryway:

Sleep provides a fertile ground to access Turiya because the mental activity reduces significantly, and the ego temporarily dissolves. With training, awareness can be sustained during the transitional phases and deep sleep.

3. Awareness as the Key:

The critical difference between ordinary deep sleep and reaching Turiya is awareness. Normally, in deep sleep, consciousness is inactive. To experience Turiya, one must retain awareness as they transition into and through sleep.

Steps to Reach Turiya through Sleep

1. Preparation Before Sleep:

Meditation: Before lying down, meditate to calm the mind and detach from sensory distractions. Focus on your breath or a mantra to center your awareness.

Intention Setting (Sankalpa): Set a clear intention to remain aware as you fall asleep. A simple affirmation like, "I will remain aware as I drift into sleep and beyond" can help.

Body Relaxation: Practice body awareness or progressive muscle relaxation to ease tension. This creates the foundation for effortless transition into subtle states.

2. During the Hypnagogic State (Between Waking and Sleep):

Observe the shifting mental states as you fall asleep. Be a witness to the random images, thoughts, or sensations without becoming attached to them.

Focus on a mantra, breath, or inner sound (nada). This acts as an anchor for your awareness.

Stay relaxed but vigilant, avoiding active engagement with any arising mental content. The goal is to observe without being drawn into dreams.

3. Cultivating Awareness in Dreaming:

Practice lucid dreaming techniques. By becoming aware in your dreams, you begin to dissolve the boundaries between dream consciousness and the witnessing state of Turiya.

If you become aware that you are dreaming, remind yourself that you are the witness of the dream. This awareness is a step toward accessing Turiya. Follow one of these.

4. Maintaining Awareness in Deep Sleep:

In deep sleep, there are no thoughts, forms, or perceptionsโ€”only pure stillness. To reach Turiya, the goal is to remain aware during this formless state. When people say they "woke up" in void, this is what they mean.

5. Practice Witnessing the Transitions:

Pay attention to the gap between wakefulness and sleep, between dreams and deep sleep, and between sleep and wake fullness. These gaps are portals where the ego dissolves, and pure awareness/void can be glimpsed.

Challenges and Solutions

1. Falling Asleep Completely (Losing Awareness):

Solution: Strengthen your practice of mindfulness during the day. The more aware you are in daily life, the easier it becomes to retain awareness during sleep.

2. Restlessness or Overthinking:

Solution: Practice calming pranayama (like Nadi Shodhana) before sleep to quiet the mind. Or switch between direct and indirect techniques.

3. Difficulty Transitioning into Deep Sleep Awareness:

Solution: Focus on the witnessing state during meditation daily. This helps train your mind to maintain awareness even in non-ordinary states. Or use Lucid dreaming techniques instead.
