Hey everyone,
Iโm currently sitting back pondering on all of my experiences that I was so afraid of. I was so afraid to astral project, I was so afraid to stay in sleep paralysis, and I was just afraid to see what the human brain can truly do. I was afraid for several reasons. The first reason is my fear of the unknown, the demons, and even the angels. I was afraid of letting myself go, being so use to this body. A lot has changed in me since becoming 24. A lot of realizations and truths, things I can no longer denyโฆ
Iโve always been interested in alchemy, spirituality, and overall the understanding of life. As a kid I use to constantly ask my mother about death. Death always sparked an interest at a very young age. I spent the first few years of my life joyful and happy. Even with the high interest in death, I was still a bubbly happy kid w/ lots friends.
As I hit my teen years and life started to get harder to ignore around me, I began to seek other sources of light outside of the religion I was brought up in. Iโd like to say my family outside of my granny are โLukewarmโ Christians. My granny is full blown Christian so a lot of things I couldnโt discuss with her. I spent most of my teens years alone starting at 16. My life externally was only getting worst. So I looked for something more but within myself.
Iโm starting to realize that all though โMagickโ can be external itโs more internal than anything. I remember watching a show called โLoveCraft Countryโ. Everything on that show could reference to something internal inside of you thatโs been proven. You see โThe Voidโ and โAstral Projectionโ I believe is a multiverse within you. TV shows will tell you, that you need a special device. No, you need YOU. The special devices only keep you more attached to the physical. Your body can do and is much more than the physical.
The human brain has been programmed to only work so much, and it takes you to do the un programming. What I mean by that is TV is programming, MUSIC is programming. Everything is programming you to seeking OUTSIDE OF YOURSELF. While also giving you the truth in plain sight in a tricky way. We as people especially shifters have to master the human brain and IT DOES NOT TAKE A LIFETIME. It takes constant dedication, and facing the unknown head on.
In LoveCraft a lovely character by the name of Hippolyta, was an explorer by heart. She spent years dimming her light for her husband; that although she loved dearly didnโt give her the space to explore. In the โI AMโ episode she discovered this machine that was a multiverse portal. She accidentally entered the portal and into the COSMOS. (My theory is the COSMOS can be explored ASTRALLY and through THE VOID.) Once she enters into the cosmos she lands on a planet. This planet was pretty robotic, but one robot had a human face.
The portal also looked like โSPLATTERED PAINTโ referencing to my experience and have not watching that show in years before caring about โReality Shiftingโ.
Hippolyta asked her where she was, and to let her go. The Lady told her that she IS NOT TRAPPED HERE. Hippolyta didnโt understand her at first, until their next encounter. The lady asked Hippolyta after constraining her โName herself, and where she wants to beโ. With rage Hippolyta said โI WANT TO BE ON STAGE WITH JOSEPHINE BAKERโ and there she went through the cosmos to the stage.
Each time she stated who she was and who she wanted to be SHE BECAME. Anytime you guys get into these states COMMAND what you want, donโt be fearful but CONFIDENT AND SAY WHERE YOU WANT TO GO. NAME YOURSELF, AND GO! Easier said than done right, I know. Iโm here to prove to you guys that shifting is merely just the learning of your human brains consciousness. Why do you think we have the โGetaway Tapesโ. Why do you think we have โAstral Projectionโ. You cannot go anywhere with fear, maybe with small doubt but fear NO.
Fear is another human constraint. Doubt is a human constraint. Stop seeking outside of you, and seek within. With all my power I will learn how to shift, and hope that I find a solution for EVERYONE. I highly suggest watching that show and that episode particularly, Iโm going to have to watch it again but I believe it will inspire you shifters.

As I said before, who gives a flying f*ck about the 3D/circumstances when you already own everything anyway?
2025 is a blank canvas. All my manifests and desires will come.
๐ How to enter the Void state (Part 2) and shift reality
In this second part, we will use either lucid dreaming (LD), sleep paralysis (SP), or astral projection (AP) to access the void state and/or shift realities.
These methods are not commonly used because they require practice and may be frightening due to negative hallucinations or mental projections that can arise in these states. However, here are the advantages of using them:
Simplicity once mastered: after gaining control, entering the void state or shifting realities becomes straightforward. You just need a clear intention and absolute certainty that it will happen.
Suitable for everyone: especially beneficial for those who struggle with the first method, providing a nightly opportunity to access the void state or shift realities
Flexibility between states: once youโve mastered one state, switching between them to enter the void or shift becomes easy.
๐ป๐ปThe key is to stabilize yourself before proceeding.๐ป๐ป
My favorite combinations - Sleep paralysis โ Void state โ Shift - Lucid dream โ Void state โ Shift
Whether you use LD, AP or SP, there are 3 key principles to remember:
๐Maintain positive or neutral thoughts and emotions
Negative hallucinations only happen due to your thoughts or emotions. Nothing bad can happen to you (unless you believe it can). At worst, youโll just wake up.
โ To avoid negative projections : (1) Affirm during the day that these states are enjoyable and safe for you. (2) Before bed, listen to music that puts you in a good mood, (3) and during these states, focus on positive or funny thoughts.
๐Stabilize in these states
Once youโre in one of these states, stabilize yourself before doing anything else.
E.g. In SP: donโt panic. First, stabilize yourself by staying calm and taking your time to breathe. Then, focus on the next step, to access the void. E.g. In a LD : If you miss the chance to shift (the dream fades, and you find yourself awake in the dark), keep your eyes closed and try to induce SP or astral projection (AP). Once youโre stabilized in either state, you can choose to enter the void, shift to another reality.
๐Align Attention, Intention, and Thoughts
They must be perfectly aligned to enter the void, switch states, or shift realities. This may take practice.
Tips: Before You Sleep Take a moment to plan what youโre going to do. Spend at least 2 minutes clearly affirming your intention: which method you will use (lucid dreaming, astral projection, or sleep paralysis) and why (to access the void or shift). Also, decide which state you will choose to switch to in case of failure.

Once you are in SP, stay calm and maintain positive or neutral thoughts.
Stabilize yourself in this state by staying still, closing your eyes, and breathing slowly and calmly.
๐ To enter the Void state
Keep your eyes closed
Focus on the intention of "now" to enter your Void state: imagine floating without a body in total darkness, and confidently affirm (in your mind) that youโre already there. Repeat:
โI am now in the Void.โ
โI can enter the Void now.โ
๐ To shift realities from SP
Keep your eyes closed
Acknowledge your intention to be in your DR. Focus on the colors and shapes that appear behind your eyelids, then:
Affirm firmly: โI am now in [DR's name].โ
Or, visualize yourself physically present in your DR and using your senses (e.g., imagine waking up in your DR and trying to feel the sheets, etc.).

Once youโre lucid in your dream, ground yourself in the scene without trying to control it. Simply observe the details around you and feel everything.
Once your dream is stable :
๐ To enter the Void state
(In your dream) Take a deep breath, close your eyes, and affirm that [you are "now" in your void state] until you feel yourself there.
๐ To shift realities from LD
Take a deep breath, close your eyes
Focus on your DR and affirm that [you are waking up in your DR]
Try to wake up with the certainty that you will do so in your DR, imagining yourself there.

Once youโre in astral projection, engage all your senses (touch a wall, smell flowers, feel different textures, etc.) to stabilize yourself in the astral world.
๐ To shift realities from AP
With certainty, think that you will return to your physical body that belong to your DR, in your desired reality.
Tip: If you have a script for your DR, find an image of the room where you will wake up that matches a room in your DR and focus on returning to your physical body in that room, which belongs to your DR.
๐ To enter the Void state
(this method may not work for everyone)
In the astral world, with your astral body, lie down on the ground. Close your eyes and focus strongly on entering the Void.
โ During astral projection, thought is enough to manifest everything you want in your astral world.
