stop worrying
i manifested majority of my dream life in 3 months, simply because i stopped worrying. i stopped asking "how" or "when", i stopped wondering if i needed to take extra steps or if i needed to put in work. i stopped worrying about if i was doing the right methods or if the process was happening. i stopped asking and started doing; started affirming daily, reminding myself, stopped wavering, interrupted negative thoughts immediately during occurance and replaced them with positive ones.
i used to have no path in life, i didn't have a job, friends, a relationship, wasn't in school, depressed, struggling with an eating disorder. i was literally living the staple life that most people would absolutely dread.
i switched the entirety of my purpose around simply by telling myself otherwise. i rejected what others told me what my "reality" and replaced it with what i truly wanted. within 3 months, i was socializing more than i had in the last 3 years. i was getting opportunities i used to dream about.
and remember, it only took me 3 months because that's how long i choose for it to take. there were times where i would say "this will come next week" instead of "this will come within 0.00001 seconds". therefore, i got my results by next week instead of instantly. you choose your time period.

Shifting is easy. If you believe otherwise you're not educated enough on it.
You don't need a method to shift.
You are pure consciousness regardless of what you're doing.
You don't even need an intention to shift.
Physical symptoms have nothing to do with shifting.
Consciousness is not in you, you are in consciousness.
You can still shift if you're lazy, effort is not required.
Only you can shift yourself, stop depending on others.
Attempts don't exist. You're always shifting. There's no failed shifting 'attempt'.
You can still shift with self-doubt.
Shifting is not a process.

Shifting is a decision not magic.
This is an excerpt from the book Iโm righting about permashifting. Since I have been getting several asks about what happened with my experience permashifting, I thought Iโd just post this.
What is permashifting exactly? For the next few minutes, I will challenge the contemporary perspective of what permashifting is. Most people in internet shifting communities believe that once you permanently live this reality that you will be gone. The important variable in this statement is you? What makes you, you? At your rawest point you are consciousness not tied to any physical form or reality. Permashiftimng is thought to be your consciousness permanently moving on to another reality.
Shifting is an extremely personal change that occurs almost completely in the mind of the shifter. The secondary consciousness is completely indistinguishable from the main consciousness when it comes to the abilities of thinking, communicating and creating. From any outside perspective, I am the same person that has always been there. You will perceive no difference in a shifter when theyโre main consciousness has gone to a different reality. All it is changing which thread of your consciousness is activity in a particular reality. How this can be explained is the image of a play. Letโs take the lead actor of the play who is forced to leave the performance early due to personal obligations. Their twin who is also an actor will take their place as an understudy. The understudy performs the same role, follows the same script, and embodies the same character. To the audience, thereโs no noticeable difference. A secondary consciousness simply picks up where the main left off. Permashifting is allowing your main consciousness to set its home base in another reality, while a secondary consciousness will fulfill the place in its so-called original reality.
Do I know Iโm a secondary consciousness? I donโt feel any different than I did when I was the main. I am still who I was before, there is no sort of lack in my existence. Every secondary consciousness is just as real and aware as the main was. Both of them co-exist at the same time. Consciousness is branches of a tree, they may experience the wind differently. Neither is more "real" or valid than the other. The reasoning for this way of thinking comes from the discussion of clones in the early stages of reality shifting. Many people assume that when they shift a clone who is not them will take over. Even if they donโt believe in clones, it is still engrained in how they view things like permashifting. Secondary consciousnesses can shift as long as the persona in that reality could as the main purpose is to continue as it did before. These are realized branches of your consciousness. If that persona can shift, so can the secondary consciousness.
If your main consciousness permashifted, you would know. It is impossible to change where the main consciousness originates without your knowledge. From your perspective, life will go on as it always has no different from the day before. Which means that you will keep on doing everything you did before. In this reality I have the persona of a shifter that posts on this blog. I will keep on shifting and posting because that is what this persona is inclined to do. Why am I so relaxed? This comes down to how your persona in that reality behaved. If your persona was desperate to permashift then maybe they might spend the rest of their life attempting again. But I am prone to desiring new experiences now that I understand what permashifting is. I am satisfied. Personas must be clarified for this to be understood. A primary persona is whatever persona is being assumed by the waking and main consciousness. Think of it as almost like a default version. A persona deals with personality, memories, beliefs, and behaviors. Your upbringings and experiences align to fit this persona. Because of the infinite number of realities there will be infinite versions of yourself who accompany secondary consciousness. When you swap your main consciousness with the secondary consciousness, you will assume whatever persona was set in that reality.
Letโs think of how consciousness operates as a tree. The trunk of the tree is your soul which is all that you are beyond consciousness. The thickest branch is your main consciousness which is the most dominant consciousness that you have perceived since you were born in this reality. Every smaller branch is a secondary consciousness. Consciousness is non-physical with no set form or reality. Reality simply molds itself around what it wants to experience. You are not exactly consciousness by itself, you are a soul. I would say consciousness is like your metaphysical senses rather than all you are. A soul is your being. Every branch of consciousness is connected through the soul which manifests in whatever way it needs to experience reality. It has no fixed identity.
This is the run down of the terms used in this excerpt.
Main Consciousness: A main consciousness is your dominant awareness. Think of it as a car ride. The car is the soul, the driver of the car is the main consciousness, and all other passengers are the secondary consciousness. It feels like a primary self.
Waking Consciousness: This is the immediate awareness that interacts with and perceived reality. It almost always accompanies your main consciousness.
Secondary Consciousness: These are branches of your main consciousness that keeps other realities warm for you until your main consciousness shifts there. It is you.
Personas: This is who you are in a given reality. Kind of like the character you assume: personality, backstory, belief, and appearance.

This morning I shifted through sleep paralysis to like five different places but kept leaving. I was scared half to death because I hate speed running shifting. But I went to Edo period Hokkaido and soaked in an onsen, then went on a boat ride. So that was nice. Usually, I abstain from forms of social media because hearing bad news interferes with my daily mood to the point I wonโt want to go outside. But I did it anyway. And I feel better now but I just canโt get over how nightmarish this world is in many ways. I just canโt fathom why there is such callousness about the lives and wellbeing of others and it makes me sick. Thatโs to say, well if it disgusts me so much why donโt I just leave personally. Well, the way reality works is that everything is happening all at once even in relatives where time freezes. So all that ever was and will be is right now. Which is why we can flit back and forth between times in different universes and realities with no issue. Just because you are not experiencing it doesnโt mean that it ceases to exist.
Even if you shift away from this reality, a part of yourself will still be hear running your life. I like to correlate it to essentially keeping it warm for your return. Like an understudy who may or may not fill indefinitely. This is not a separate version of you. This is you. Which means that there is no reason to neglect this reality even if you loathe it. Think of it as the evening before your trip. You wonโt cease to take care of your needs or eat just because you will be gone in a couple hours. Whether or not you neglect your needs, whoever picks up the slack will still be a part of you, regardless of where your consciousness is. This does not mean that you will have to experience it. If you truly wish to, whatever part of your concussioness is aware of this reality will stop perceiving if once you leave. Complicated I know but stay with me. Below is a diagram that I made to explain it. Save it I donโt mind, sorry itโs a bit small.
There is a dominant personality of sorts that you assume at birth in this reality that aids you. But this is not a necessity for every really you go to. And since it is not universal, it can thus be shed at will once your reality status no longer needs it. But because your conscious mind has become quite comfortable with its waking personality, it will not unless prompted. I would compare your consciousness kind of like a lazy old dog that does just not to please you but no more than prompted. If you really are in such utter pain with this reality but you find yourself stuck. I would focus first on dealing with that situation and those emotions. When I feel overwhelmed and anxious about life, I decide whether I can fix it and whether I am at fault. If I cannot fix it, then I work to let it go. And if Iโm at fault, I try to accept my part in it and work to do better. If you are not ready to move on than donโt force it just let yourself feel what is natural, and when you are ready move to solve it.
Now when I want to shift first I remind myself that I am not in control of this world and did not create. We donโt create our realities we simply choose them or encounter them by chance. Itโs basically like a lottery if our minds are open enough. Then I listen to music until i repeat to myself that I am safe and somewhere I want to be. And Iโll say that until I feel less anxious and then just daydream or sleep. Then Iโll shift if I feel like it.
When you are dealing with thoughts like these. Whether you like it or not. The power is in your hands once you become conscious of it. You can fix it or let it be decided for you. Most people are not responsible for the terrible things that happen to them, that is true. So first deal with it how you can to make yourself feel less stress, and then push on to try. Life moves forward with or without you. So much is pushed out to us through the media that we are made to feel as if we are at fault for permitting the wrongdoing in this world. Humans will continue in this reality to slight one another until the Earth fails them. Thatโs what we have conditioned ourselves to be. Focus on being a good person and attempting to do right by yourself and others. Because weโre not learning anytime soon from the mistakes of our predecessors and more pain will only come.
I think Iโll post next about the use of auditory aids in shifting (music, subliminal, frequencies) maybe on Sunday. There are a few more topics I still have left to write about but the little guide is almost done, thank god. Itโs about 50 pages. And I think Iโll post another two or three excerpts from it before I edit it. then someone other than me gets the pleasure of reading it to make sure itโs not just rambles. I like calm men. Men who donโt shout or break things when theyโre mad. Men who tell you exactly how they feel. Men who communicate. Men who talk you in a gentle, low voice telling you what made them mad or what you did wrong, but never blame you and make you feel bad about it.
The logical part of your brain that insists that your circumstances make manifestation impossible is simply your ego trying to protect you from disappointment or the unknown. Hereโs how to deal with it and redirect your thoughts:
1. Understand the Function of the Ego
โข The ego is not your enemy; it tries to keep you โsafeโ within what you already know.
However, it does not understand the unlimited power of imagination or the truth that you create your reality.
โข Thank it for its concern, but remind yourself: โI am more than my circumstances. My beliefs shape my world.โ
2. Reinforce the Idea That Circumstances Donโt Matter
โข Circumstances are merely reflections of your inner state. They have no power of their own unless you give them power.
โข Repeat to yourself:
โข โMy circumstances do not determine what I can manifest.โ
โข โThe impossible to logic is inevitable to my power.โ
โข โI am the creator of my reality. My desire is already is mine.โ
3. Use Logic to Your Advantage
โข Even science supports the idea that our thoughts and beliefs influence our reality (neuroplasticity, law of attraction, quantum physics).
โข Tell yourself, โIf I can imagine it, I can create it. The physical world responds to my imagination.โ
4. Treat Logic as a Passing Thought
โข When logical thoughts appear, observe them as if you were watching clouds in the sky.
โข Think, โOh, thereโs my logical mind trying to take over again. Thatโs fine, but I choose to believe in my vision.โ
5. Practice Faith in Imagination
โข Affirm, โMy imagination is more real than 3D. 3D always follows my 4D.โ
โข Remember: if you persist in imagination, 3D will inevitably adjust to reflect that.
6. Challenge Limiting Beliefs
โข Ask yourself, โWhere does the idea that this is impossible come from?โ
โข Most limiting beliefs are learned over a lifetime and can be unlearned.
โข Replace beliefs like โThis is unrealisticโ with โMy imagination creates my reality.โ
7. Embrace the Discomfort of the New
โข Itโs normal for your brain to resist the unfamiliar. See this as a sign that youโre growing.
โข Tell yourself, โItโs uncomfortable right now because Iโm becoming a bigger and better person.โ
Logic tries to keep you in familiar patterns, but your imagination is more powerful. Whenever logic tells you itโs impossible, remind yourself that circumstances donโt matter, and that 3D is just a temporary reflection of what you believe. Persistence in your desired state is all that matters!
Hello Shifters!
It's me again, just coming to update you guys. No I have not shifted yet, No I have not manifested my desires via void state. I have found a method that works for me that allows me to enter the void. I will say it is EASY to enter the void. If you get Sleep Paralysis I highly recommend when you first wake up, stay still, and proceed as if you're going back to sleep. Once you do that try your best to stay AWARE. It's extremely hard, but the moment you do and you get passed Sleep Paralysis before entering dream state you should enter the void/pure consciousness first. (From my experience, may be different for you) Say your desires as quick as you can as I noticed in this state dreams start trying to form quickly. I believe entering the void happens before you dream. Be aware during falling back asleep, try to remember your desires and then boom MANIFESTED. It's been hard to stay AWARE during the transition but I now have a method that works for me. Hopefully it helps you guys too. I should be manifesting really soon, just takes my awareness to remember to manifest.
