How to stop fighting and just live the life of your dreams?

In short: relax.

It doesnโ€™t matter what exactly you want to manifest - a nose of a different shape or an entrance to a Void State. You don't have to fight for your desires. So stop and relax.

Your desires will not go away if you just stop and relax. You have nowhere to rush, no matter what the circumstances.

You may think that if you allow yourself to stop struggling and live a calm and happy life right now, no matter the circumstances, then you will no longer be in control of the situation. But this is a false opinion.

Why do you need to stop and relax?

Because you are pure consciousness, even if you are not fully aware of it.

Pure consciousness does not know what it is to doubt, worry, fear, etc. Relaxation, calmness and enjoyment of the present moment - this is the true state of pure consciousness! And any destructive feelings and states are the ego.

Have you wondered why there are so many success stories from the Void State? People manifest absolutely any desires from this state instantly! Answer: because in this state there is no ego.

It is the ego that makes you fight. But now you know that you don't need to do this. Because you are more than your ego. You are pure consciousness and your mission is to enjoy life in a completely relaxed and calm state. Right now.

What can you do to stop and relax?

Literally stop.

Understand that any doubting or anxious thoughts are the voice of the ego, which is tied to the physical world, logic and the fight for a better life. But you are more than the ego. You are pure consciousness. When you become aware of such thoughts, literally shut up that voice of the ego and remind yourself that you are pure consciousness and you do not need to fight.

Observe the world around you. No thoughts. Just look, listen, touch, smell, taste if you can eat it. Realize that you are everything.

Breathe. Watch your breathing and understand that you are alive, which means that no matter what happens, everything can be changed (only now without a fight).

Give yourself permission to live fully and happily right now. Find pleasure in everything!

Don't be afraid that time is running out. Time is also an illusion. You may think that time is something that is constantly changing, but in reality it is not moving anywhere. You are simply aware of a certain time. If you are not attached to the ego, which thinks that everything should be logical, then you can even โ€œmoveโ€ through time (in fact, you are just aware of a certain time, but you are not moving anywhere, this is not a parallel reality).

Let go of control. Nothing bad will happen if you let go of control. Because you are still always in control of reality as pure consciousness, aware of it according to your inner world. Let go of control as the ego.

Relax. Don't hurry. Don't fight. Don't listen to the ego. Don't doubt. Don't be afraid.

What will happen?

If you really stop fighting and relax, you will finally realize that all this time you have been fighting for nothing. You don't have to fight. Why fight the natural awareness of reality according to your inner world?

What will happen? Your dream life! Life in abundance, richness, pleasure, tranquility, peace and relaxation and with all your desires.. This is what you really want, right? ๐Ÿ˜‰

This is not a technique or a โ€œfive minute practice.โ€ This is about your whole life. Just understand this.

Sleep Paralysis Symptoms

Hallucinations (visual and auditory) (optional)

During SP, everything you hear or see is a hallucination. Your brain, still in the REM sleep phase, produces images related to your dreams. These hallucinations can manifest based on your thoughts, as your subconscious is particularly receptive in this state. The sensation of suffocation is simply due to the natural relaxation of your diaphragm during sleep.

SP Tips

Stay Calm: Keep neutral or positive thoughts to prevent worsening sensations.

Stabilize: Stay still, breathe calmly, and focus on your goal.

๐Ÿ’— How to astral project from SP

Simply set the intention to astral project and imagine yourself separating from your physical body by creating as vivid an image as possible of your astral body beside your bed, without moving. Engage all your senses to activate your astral vision. Focus your thoughts to mentally picture yourself detaching from your physical body.

Rolling Method: Visualize yourself rolling out of your body. Rope Technique: Imagine a rope in front of you and picture yourself pulling up to "hoist" out of your body. Floating Sensation: Imagine floating above your body. Hammock Method: Picture yourself in a hammock, gently swaying until you feel yourself separating from your body.

Set the intention to have a lucid dream, then:

Keep your eyes closed.

Focus on the colors and shapes that appear behind your eyelids, known as hypnagogic images.

Visualize a specific scene (for example, walking on a beach) and engage all your senses in the visualization

Since the brain cannot distinguish between imagination and reality, it will start to construct a dream based on this focus. The key is to maintain your attention without getting distracted to enter the dreaming state.

Hi! I read you post about how to enter the void and shift realties(really good post btw) and Iโ€™ve been interested in inducing sleep paralysis so when I saw your post about I tried it but when I tried to replicate REM I fell asleep(Iโ€™m not really able to tell how Iโ€™m really close to sleep I sort of just black out ๐Ÿ’€) are there any tips you would suggest to me that might help me fix this problem so I can be aware while attempting to induce sleep paralysis?

SP tips

Since you're not trying to enter the void state but rather to induce sleep paralysis, you don't need to ignore your senses. You can focus on one of your senses, like your breathing, or listen to a subliminal or music/video to keep your mind awake, but DO NOT MOVE.

You may start seeing hallucinations, hearing strange sounds, or experiencing unusual physical sensations like tingling or vibrations, or even feel like you're having difficulty breathing. These signs indicate that you're close to sleep paralysis. If you stay calm and still, your body will enter a paralyzed state, rendering you unable to move.

If you move involuntarily, it's not a big deal, but try not to do it intentionally. It's just your brain checking to see if you're truly asleep, so donโ€™t fall for the trap. Keep your eyes moving to mimic REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. Generally, I enter sleep paralysis within 10โ€“20 minutes.

I really enjoy this method; think of it as a game against your own brain.

To avoid disrupting your sleep cycle too much, Iโ€™ve noticed three key moments:

Before a nap

When falling asleep at night

In the middle of the night (between 4 and 6 AM) or every 90 minutes.

Sleep paralysis allows you to see that you are more than just your physical body. But whatever the method, the only real advice I can give you is to practice, practice, and practice some more. Use your mind to push beyond your limits.

Circumstances arenโ€™t real. Circumstances donโ€™t matter. Circumstances this. Circumstances that. You do realize they came out of you right? So you arenโ€™t real??? Or is it just because you perceive your desire as separate from you and not presently in your reality? You are in a loving relationship with your sp right now but oh wait! Circumstances apparently matter and are stronger than you so that might not be real. You might actually be single asf reading thisโ€ฆ.ย 

Is it starting to make sense? Are you starting to get how ridiculous that is? No? But thatโ€™s what yโ€™all sound like when you keep worrying about circumstance you created as if you canโ€™t recreate them or give them a new meaning.

The only โ€œcirumcstanceโ€ you are โ€œdealingโ€ with is the one within your mind. It is the same boring story you keep telling over and over, refusing to โ€œchangeโ€ anything because claiming the old story and complaining is so much fun for you. More entertaining and easier than just shifting your mind to be the person you already are.ย 

Your mind is not an obstacle. You donโ€™t need to break through programing or years of trauma to manifest something you want when everything is now. You have it now.

Circumstances are what you say they are. Circumstances are brought life when you breathe life into them. Tell them what to do and how to โ€œchangeโ€ and they will.ย 

Choose different and then your world will be different. Be different so you can experience a difference. How can you expect to get new results "doing" the same thing? Thinking in a way that doesn't benefit you? Clap for yourself then. You keep giving away your power. Good job I guess.
