sleepyhead puts a hand on the hilt of their sword, and waits a moment to see if the source comes into view. no use getting yourself into trouble if you can avoid it, and boy, does sleepyhead want to avoid it.

i associate the song "perfect nothing" by GHOST with my alterhumanity a lot. couldn't rightly tell you why.

the skin of the faun's face is soft, but not smooth. sun freckles and flecks of dirt lend an uneven texture. the palms of the hands are rougher, the thick skin smudged with dirt and grass stains.

the fauns cannot and could not. they'll just steal the skeins and make a huge mess. let's hope the yarn is biodegradable!

i was going to say no, but...
i've been jokingly referring to my masks as muzzles for a while now. when i get irritated with customers at work i imagine biting them rather than, like. hitting them. i offer to bite people for my coworkers and friends.
i think it's safe to say i'm bitey.
day 16: tell me about your favorite kind of fabric… like, just in general, unrelated to your kintype(s).
i don't like anything too plush (feels bad under my nails), or anything that collects static like a bitch (obvious reasons). slippery fabrics like silk or satin are nice to touch, but feel a bit too cold right now in december.
i think my answer is in the cotton category. my flannel sheets are so warm and comfy rn, and a good cotton t-shirt is comforting and durable. everyone say "thank you, cotton"...

i have some decorations that i switch out for different seasons, and a few kintype-specific trinkets, but unfortunately i don't have the energy/space of my own to do much rn :(
my most treasured kintype-specific trinket atm is my fairy nightlight :) my little moon
i would like to get those fabric leaf vines to tape onto my bedroom ceiling. green for spring/summer, and red for the fall.
maybe one day i could get a bedroom with a mattress big enough to fashion into a proper nest with blankets and pillows and such? something to think about.

the fauns would likely think it's a very shiny, smooth rock until the screen lit up. then they'd be trying to replicate the lights until they got frustrated/bored and tossed it back wherever they found it. if the fauns remembered the phone later, they might be curious to see if the cellphone's owner would come back for it.
if sleepyhead found a cellphone, they wouldn't mess with it. they'd probably just tuck it into their pack and keep an eye and an ear out for someone missing an odd tablet.
