this would be an amazing way to write affirmations for a shifting subliminal
✧ I was literally in the biggest slump yesterday it's not even funny but i'm feeling a lot better now! 🥹 I just. wanted to shift. SO BAD. SPEAKING OF WHICH!
✧ idk if anyone has thought of this before, but I made up this exercise(?) or whatever (i'm not sure what to call it HELP) during math class bc I was bored and I wanted to do smth in regards to my shifting journey.
✧ I like to write in a shifting journal everyday, so this time I was like "I don't know if I should keep using affirmations." but I was also like WELL I DO wanna use them for revision... so I thought of the idea to ANALYZE MY AFFIRMATIONS! because tbh, I have this limiting belief that my affirmations won't necessarily mean the same to my subconscious (even though they will if you believe it!) which is why I initially wanted to avoid them altogether.
✧ so basically what I did first was write down the affirmation I was using. for me, I have been trying to use imagination to shift for the past week, so i've been using the affirmation: "I shift instantly through imagination."
✧ THEN, I defined each word of that affirmation. for example:
I = Me, my consciousness, and my inner self.
Shift = The shift of my awareness into a reality.
Instantly = Within seconds with zero resistance.
Through = Using something.
Imagination = Thinking of something using your senses without pressure, with the idea that what is being thought of is real. (Or the 4D/true reality but I don't like the 3D/4D terms for me.)
✧ I tried to define them myself with how I felt about each word. I feel like going by how you actually think of each word really helps because it can pinpoint how that affirmation will work for you!
✧ the last thing I did was combine each definition!
My consciousness shifts its awareness into a new reality within seconds with zero resistance by thinking of a reality with the idea that it's real.
✧ I TRIED WORDING IT BETTER BUT HOPEFULLY YOU GET THE POINT
✧ basically it's like creating a bigger affirmation for your affirmation! obviously you don't have to use the longer version HAHAH i just thought it would help if people could actually SEE what they're affirming and what it means to them!
✧ you could use this with negative thoughts, too! "i can't shift" = "my consciousness is unable to shift it's awareness to another reality" etc. etc.
✧ LIKE, IT'S NOT THAT INTRICATE, BUT IT FEELS LIKE IT HELPED ME A LOTTT! I feel like it can also help people make up their own affirmations! :D but even then, words are just words and they can mean whatever you want them to, like I could literally say shoelaces and it could mean I shift on command HELPP but this is for people like me that enjoy using affirmations that say what's wanted!

theres a constallation in the sky that looks exactly like your initials together thats only visible on the anniversary of the day you met
they are always seeing you in their dreams
you both wear lockets with a picture of each other in it (you could also script that their locket has a slight hint of your signature scent and yours has a hint of theirs)
they always send you pictures of things that remind them of you
they always take pictures of you and post them without you even having to ask (you can also script that they take really good pictures)
everyones always teasing them about how obsessed they are with you, everyone knows that they love you
The magic of mindset
It is a truth universally acknowledged (at least in these parts) that your thoughts create your reality. What you deem to be the truth simply is. Your assumptions dictate your life, and your subconscious operates based on those assumptions to project a reality that matches your dominant state of mind.
So, in order to shift, you begin first by shifting your thoughts. You pick out your desires and you find the appropriate affirmations, the suitable subliminals, the aesthetically pleasing vision boards, and you commit.
For a while, that is.
There is only so much affirming you can do, so much delulu you can tolerate. Everything starts feeling like a chore, and your perceived reality seemingly hasn't changed at all.
Meltdowns ensue, tears flow, and a downward spiral commences as you seek "the secret of Manifestation" in some random guru's dms.
You haven't done anything wrong, nothing that you know of anyway, so you have no idea what to fix.
It's your mindset, darling. That's what you need fixing.
You see, by changing your thoughts, your subconscious starts responding to the new program right away. However, that old program is a fiesty bitch. She's been here for decades, and she's not going down without a fight. She controls the mindset, and that's what you need to take back.
Telling yourself that you're rich and then immediately falling back into your scarcity mindset the minute you have to spend a single dollar is self sabotage. Affirming that you're happy with your sp then crashing out when they don't text back in 0.01 seconds is self sabotage. Telling yourself that you have shifted then reacting to unfavourable cr circumstances is self sabotage.
It's your mindset working against you.
Deep down, you relate to the struggle. You love the suffering, you beg for hard work. It's what you're used to. What you've always known.
It's what you have to let go of in order to become who you want to be.
How do you do that? It's simple, but it requires dedication.
You can't run back to the broke version of you whenever you have to spend money. If you're rich, if you have thousands of dollars in your bank account, would you be losing your mind over this extra $5 charge? You either have the money or you don't.
Decide.
You can't lose your mind every time your sp goes radio silent. If you were together, would a few minutes of silence freak you out? You either have them or you don't.
Decide.
You can't beg and plead for your dr every time something goes wrong. If you were in your desired reality right now, would you be so desperate to shift? You either shifted or you didn't.
Decide.
Watch your thoughts as they pop up and fix them. Your mindset is whatever goes on within you once you stop affirming for what you want. Does it match your desires? Does it conform with the version of you who has it? If the answer is no, fix it.
You're a master shifter baby. Act like it.
