It was a peaceful night for you at least till you heard venti's cries, as you jolted awake you saw venti's form gripping the sheets and crying. You didn't know what to do but you decided to wake him up and ask him.

You decided on that but he, himself woke up “windblume.. did I wake you up?” you shook your head “venti.. Are you alright? Do you maybe want to talk about it?” he looked up slightly shocked but it went away as fast as it came up on his face.

“huh no, it was just a dream” he sheepishly smiled, “..will you- will you stay with me for as long as you live?” “of course venti, why are you asking me this?” he inhaled deeply before opening his mouth to speak, he closed your gap and hugged you “it's just that I had a dream that, that you were gone I couldn't find you I cried out your name, called you over and over again. As a Archon I'm used to this, that's why I roam so freely trying not to get too attached to people, to not get hurt further.. But you, you're someone I'm attached to, someone I am scared taking my eyes off” you listened to him talk.

You pulled him into a hug, holding him tightly like he's the one that'll slip away from your hands “venti, I want you to know that I love you, no matter what I will not leave you I'll stay with you for how ever long you live.”

“I know you're saying this to comfort me.. that's not possible but thank you my love”

If you cried he'd be there for you, if he couldn't be there physically he'd always be there with you no matter what the wind will follow you as a comforting melody.

He would whisper words and sing songs to make you feel better.

If they decided to reach out to you again he'll make sure they never hurt you.

He is a God after all, he doesn't want to see you being hurt he loves you too much.

He almost always accompanied you wherever you go.

You were really grateful for him, after all after such a thing happening you felt like trusting people was more complicated.

If you started being cautious of people around you and kept your information to a minimum he'd completely understand that after all, no one wants to be hurt like that again and again.

He will make sure they stay away, he doesn't like the idea of someone who hurt you to approach you again.

Doesn't want them anywhere near you, he isn't affectionate or well knows how to. Comfort you properly so he protects you from the side lines.

If you do need a shoulder to cry on he'll be the shoulder, he knows he shouldn't get too attached but it happens after all, that's how you met someone toxic.

If you're more reserved he'll let you braid his hair or do anything to his hair just to calm you down or help you somehow.

Will try encouraging you to do the things they told you, you're bad at.

Overall he does his best to help and make you forget about those horrible human being.

He would be confused at first I guess? He won't be sure what to do to help but will try his best, either by reassuring words like “they're horrible people they don't deserve you” or distracting you from this.

Unlike the other two he won't really try doing much to keep the person away from you unless they end up making you uncomfortable again, unlike the other two his way of thinking is that people will cross paths eventually no matter what, this is a small world after all so there is no way of stopping someone from knowing your existence as a whole.

Though of course he does care about you so he'll gently comfort you when he has the time.

Also tried encouraging you to do things you were told you're bad at doing by certain people.

He does see improvements in you overtime and sees how you overcame the barrier they made in your mind and he's really proud!!

Honestly, I don't think he has any idea what's happening until you tell him of course his first initial reaction would be to comfort you then he'll ask who it was and he honestly falls apart as he sees you crying over someone who isn't worth your time.

You need a shoulder to cry on? He's there, you need anything? He's there, you don't want to talk and prefer silence to cope? He's got it!

He truly cares for you and wants to understand you.

I honestly feel like he would just make sure you're not uncomfortable in any way.

I don't think he'll try much to keep the person away but more like keeping you away from them same thing but yes.

Overall he really wants to keep you safe and when you improve and over come these things he's going to tell you how much he's proud of you!!

You can tell I was dying while making this but yes this is technically for comfort but if you've been through toxic people I wish the best for you!! If they ever get to your mind just remember they're nothing but imbeciles!!

It's just me ranting feel free to ignore, after scrolling through the honkai star rail tag I've seen so many gatekeepers and just random stuff and I just wanted to say that you can't really stop people from playing a game that's meant to be played? Like its not going to stop anyone, I mean yeah I've seen my fair share of toxicity in the genshin community but the honkai community isn't as good either. It's like a cat and mouse thing going on between both communities, games are meant to be enjoyed. They are not meant to be kept to a certain audience.

Picnic dates with venti would be really nice, you both would go pick out apples, he probably tried making effort to perfect the dishes you like, he would try anything to make dates with him memorable, you both would end up holding eachother and that's how the day would come to an end..
