Text: "Somewhere lost to time, there was a King."

Text: "He was lonely, for there was no one in the universe like he."

Text: "He pleaded to the stars to show him someone like he, but their voices were silent."

Text: "As he wandered, he met an Echo."

Text: "It was not like the King, but it offered to help him regardless."

Text: "You do not need to wish upon the stars for a kin; Your hands can make one."
Image: The King, in the background, watches the Echo, whos arms are spread out. Red Strings wrap around the Echo's hands, and all tie to the red infinity symbol in the center.

Text: "And so, with the Echo's teachings, and his own power..."
Image: A star sits in the center, glowing brightly. A moon symbol is etched into the center of it. On the right, red strings wrap, leading to a red star with an infinity symbol on it, sitting above the first star. On the left, the King's jellyfish limbs curl around the first star.

Text: "He created a princess."
Image: A figure floats in the center. A cloak wraps around four jellyfish arms, much like the King, but her cloak is more poofy. A lopsided crown sits on the right of her head. She has long hair, and light spills forth from her head, much like the King. At the center of her head is a red star, representing the red infinity symbol from earlier. This is the Princess.

Text: "And for a single moment in time, his loneliness was cured."
Image: The King wraps his hands around the Princess', in a gesture reminiscent of a father admiring his newborn child.

Text: "But it would not last forever, as the magic he had used was far too unstable..."
Image: The king clutches his head, collapsed on the floor. Red lines dart through the light spilling from his head, corrupting it. The red infinity symbol sits at the center of the light, emitting the red lines.

Text: "And he was shattered."
Image: A broken star, with ethereal debris spreading from it. The King's limbs can be seen floating alongside it, as well as the crescent moon, cracked in half with the pieces on either side of the star.

Text: "The King and the Echo were never seen again,"
Image: Crystals surround the star, which has shrunken since the last panel. The two larger crystals on the left hold reflections, with the top being the King and the bottom being the Echo.

Text: "And the Princess was lost to space and time."
Image: Crystals surround the star, which has shrunken since the last panel. The larger crystal on the bottom right holds a reflection of the Princess.

Text: "But even though the King's body had been shattered, his magic remained..."
Image: Crystals surround the star, which has disappeared completely. The crystals are glowing, despite the fact that they don't seem to be emitting light.

Image: The crystals begin to grow, becoming more bulbous until they represent a jellyfish. Liquid swirls in the center of their body, containing glowing stars similar to the ones surrounding them.

Text: "And his wish was granted."
Image: A jellyfish floats, surrounded by small stars. A liquid inside the jellyfish glows with tiny stars inside it.

Somewhere lost to time, there was a King.
